Abstract

This research aims to find out the factors about marketing that consist of promotion strategies, product and distribution that can affect consumer buying interest. To find out the effect or absence of independent variables (promotion strategies, product, and distribution) on dependent variables (consumer buying interest) used quantitative research types using questionnaire data, tables and numbers described with appropriate theories and formulas so that valid results are obtained . Based on the results of the analysis conducted, it is known that the promotion strategy variable has a partial effect on the consumer buying interest variable PT. USB. Second, product variables have a partial effect on consumer buying interest variables in PT. USB. Third, the distribution variable has a partial effect on the consumer buying interest variable in PT. USB. It is known that the variables of promotional strategies, products and distributions have a simultaneous effect on the consumer buying interest of PT. USB. From the results of the t test analysis, it is known that product variables have the most dominant influence on consumer buying interest variables in PT. USB.

Abstract

Cooperatives play an important role in the Indonesian economic system. In the current situation, competition between cooperatives is very tight and makes each cooperative compete to improve service, product quality, trust in the satisfaction of each member. This study aims to determine the effect of service, product quality, trust partially, simultaneously, and predominantly on member satisfaction. Meanwhile, the population used was 404 with a sample of 80 people. The data analysis methods are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test), correlation test, coefficient of determination test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test. In addition, based on the results of the study it can be seen that the product quality variable (X 2 ) has no partially significant effect on member satisfaction (Y) while the service variable (X 1 ) and trust variable (X 3 ) have a partially significant effect on member satisfaction (Y) with the results (X 1 ) t count = 3,679 > t table = 1,992, (X 2 ) t count = 1,251 < t table = 1,992, (X 3 ) t count = 3,469 > t table = 1.992. These three variables have a significant effect simultaneously on member satisfaction (Y) with the result of F count = 60.658 > F table = 2.72. Thus, regarding from those three variables, the service variable (X 1 ) has the highest value or is the most dominant of other variables. It can be concluded that partially the quality of the product quality variable (X 2 ) has no partially significant effect on member satisfaction (Y) while the service variable (X 1 ) and trust variable (X 3 ) have a partially significant effect on members satisfaction (Y). Meanwhile, the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on member satisfaction (Y). So of the three variables that have a high value or the most dominant is the service variable (X 1 ).

Abstract

This research is a class action research conducted on the facts of class VIII A student learning outcomes SMP Negeri 2 Gedeg which is still under KKM. This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in the material substance pressure through the application of the probing prompting learning model . The research was carried out for two cycles with stages consisting of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The research was conducted from January to February 20 20 involving 31 students of class VIII A Gedeg 2 Public Middle School . The results showed that the application of the probing model was prompt on the subject matter of Natural Sciences substance pressure can increase student activity and student learning outcomes. The application of the probing prompting learning model can train students' independence in solving a problem, so that the teacher is not used as a learning center but the teacher is only a facilitator. In addition, through the application of the probing prompting model , it can also improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes .

Abstract

Science subjects _ excretion system material in junior high school is a subject that focuses on student competence in understanding, analyzing and evaluating the process of excretion. Student learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 2 Gondang class VIII C , seen from the results of the daily test scores, found that many students did not complete the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) and did not complete their studies. The KKM in the school is 70 and learning completeness is said to be successful if there is a change in behavior of approximately 75%. Observation results obtained daily class test scores, which were incomplete in learning to achieve a completeness percentage of 60%. Based on this description, it shows that the learning outcomes of the excretory system material in class VIII C of SMP Negeri 2 Gondang can be categorized as not good. To improve student learning outcomes on excretory system material , a classroom action research was conducted which consisted of two cycles. Each cycle consists of the stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were students of SMP Negeri 2 Gondang Class VIII C academic year 20 19/20 20 consisting of 34 students . The data collection instruments in this study were evaluation questions for the cognitive domain which were carried out at the end of each cycle and observation sheets for the affective and psychomotor domains. Based on the results and discussion it can be concluded that learning using demonstration models combined with projects, can provide convenience for teachers in learning, make learning centered on students, complete learning outcomes, and can teach and train students' character behavior. The implementation of lesson plans was in good category with an average score of 3.63 in the first cycle and 3.81 in the second cycle. Student activity reached 86.46% in the first cycle and rose to 93.33%. In the aspect of scientific behavior both cycles are in the good category. Completeness of learning outcomes also shows an increase, from 70.59% in the first cycle to 91.18% in the second cycle .
