Abstract

At the beginning of 2022 Indonesia's condition has transitioned into an epidemic, making people realize the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. This makes the government and business people need to take advantage of the conditions that exist in society. In addition, the rapid advancement of technology increasingly demands that all activities run more productively. Both of these things were answered with the adoption of the telemedicine application, which is a health care service by considering distance and using information and communication technology. Halodoc dominates as the application that is most often used by the Indonesian people, with the majority of Halodoc users being in the productive age range, which is between 20 - 41 years. The application of a healthy lifestyle requires a fairly long period, therefore the interaction of users of telemedicine applications needs to be carried out regularly, so it is necessary to know how to increase usage retention (continuous intentions). To get the continuous intentions of an application, there are main influencing factors, namely technological factors (Technology Acceptance Model) such as perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. However, it takes other factors such as Self-Service Technologies (SSTs) which is an assessment of a service provided to users without direct involvement or interaction with real people such as the convenience factor. The method used in this research is Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). There were 119 respondents who made Halodoc transactions and downloaded the application for more than six months, with an age range of 25 - 41 years. The results of this research study indicate that the continuous use of Halodoc is influenced by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.

Abstract

Where’s the problem is that often the origin of the land inherited by the heir is unclear, especially if the heir does not have a valid legal basis as strong evidence of the inherited land. Often the heirs claim that the land is theirs because it is inherited from their parents as heirs, but cannot provide valid and strong evidence of ownership of the land. This paper discussed a formulation of the problem that will be the subject of discussion is: How is the validity of inheritance according to positive law in Indonesia, This research is normative juridical research, namely research that refers to legal norms contained in laws and regulations, court decisions and legal norms that exist in society. In this research, an analysis of a decision that has legal force will be carried out, namely Decision 53/Pdt.G/2018/PN Bnj. In this study, it can be concluded that if a land that is claimed does not have strong evidence, in this case the certificate as a basis for legal rights, then the person claiming it will not be comfortable owning and managing the land because there is no legal certainty or there is no legal standing over the ownership is that they do not have a Certificate of Ownership, even though the person has mastered it for a long time.

Abstract

This study examines environmental law enforcement regarding the disposal of tofu and tempeh waste into subak irrigation in the Jembrana District. The purpose of this study was to analyze environmental law enforcements regarding the disposal of tofu and tempeh waste into the irrigation canal of the'Subak Kedua', Lelateng Village, Jembrana Regency and the efforts of the Environmental Service in preventing the disposal of tofu and tempeh waste into the 'Subak Kedua' irrigation, Lelateng Village, Jembrana Regency. This research is empirical legal research. The results of this study related to environmental law enforcement regarding the disposal of tofu and tempeh waste, law enforcement that have been carried out by civil service police unit and the Regional Regulation Enforcement Team according to applicable regulations, there has been a violation of Jembrana Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2007 concerning Cleanliness and Public Order. After carrying out mediation, checking the location, calling, making statements, and giving warning letters from 1st to 3rd warning letters, the entrepreneur has followed up on the directions from the warning letters to create additional storage places for tofu and tempeh waste. As for the efforts of the Environmental Service in preventing the disposal of tofu and tempeh waste by conducting surveillance and monitoring of water quality regularly, cleaning up river waste to increase the ability of the self-purification process, namely the power of water to decompose pollutant substances that enter the river. Coaching was carried out for nine tofu and tempeh entrepreneurs to carry out business waste management before being discharged into waterways and for entrepreneurs to complete a business permit in the form of a Statement of Environmental Management, proposing to procure a Communal Water-waste Treatment Plant for water-waste management. In addition, the Environmental Service has routinely conducted outreach programs regarding environment protection and the dangers of waste.

Abstract

Based on the research question above, the purpose of this research is to investigate students’ problems in listening comprehension of TOEFL like –test at STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat academic years 2018/2019. Sample researcher will get 20 students who could be sample of this research. As a result of this research, the researcher found the answer for the researcher question that had been previously. The researcher found that the students’ problems in listening comprehension are pronounciations, cultural value, sentence complexity, speed rate delivery, colloquial, and mishearing. The finding were all of the respondents had problems in similar sound, students have problems with clarity of speaker sound, almost all of students have problem because unfamiliar with different accent, the sound unclear and chunk the connected sound make her confused, sentence listened by listener chunk the connected sound and make her difficult to understand speaker said, and she did not understand cultural value of the native speaker, she difficult to know meaning of the speaker said..

Abstract

In recent years, the Indonesian government has been emphasizing the importance of vocational education to address skills gaps, promote economic growth, and reduce youth unemployment. Vocational education in Indonesia plays a crucial role in equipping students with practical skills, fostering industry partnerships, and contributing to the development of a skilled and competent workforce that supports the country's economic and social advancement. It is in line with English as one of the skills that must be learned by the students to face the work field. The appropriate learning materials should be based on the needs. This study is a quantitative descriptive that aims to find out the Accounting student’s need that focuses on plantation company in learning English at Polytechnic LPP Yogyakarta. There were 49 respondents classified as Diploma 3 level. The researcher used a questionnaire to collect the data. The quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The data with the highest percentage are presented in the table. Based on the need analysis, the student found descriptive and report text in their life. The topics include Cost and Budgeting, Stock, Auditing, taxation, and Financial Statements. Grammar and vocabulary become obstacles in learning English. In speaking activities, they want to have a pair conversation. The main goal of learning English is to be fluent in communicating using English. They prefer to have a group discussion. The role of the lecturer should be interactive and motivate the learner and apply current technology and fun learning methods. Written literature is their favorite learning source. The results of this study can be used for developing English material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Working Capital is proxied by working capital turnover, cash turnover, and receivable turnover has an effect on proxied profitability by Return on Assets (ROA) in the health care sector. listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange before and after the Covid-19 pandemic. the data used is data from healthcare sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2018-2022 period. the number of samples used was 80 samples with purposive sampling method. The analytical model used is multiple regression to see the effect between research variables both before and after the Covid-19 pandemic simultaneously. Then a simple regression test will be carried out to see the effect between research variables both before and after the Covid-19 pandemic partially. The results of the study partially show that Working Capital Turnover has a significant effect on profitability (ROA) both before and after the Covid-19 Pandemic, Cash Turnover has no significant effect on profitability (ROA) both before and after the Covid-19 Pandemic, and Accounts Receivable turnovers has an effect significantly to profitability (ROA) both before and after the Covid-19 Pandemic. Then the results of the study simultaneously Working Capital Turnover, Cash Turnover, and Accounts Receivable Turnover significantly influences company profitability (ROA) both before and after the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Abstract

Badung Regency is one of the destinations for tourism investment, but the amount of investment that goes to Badung Regency must be supervised by the Representative House of Badung Regency. The research aiming on examining effectiveness of supervision of the Representative Council of Badung Regency on tourism investment.The research was done using empirical legal research with legal sociology approach by conducting interviews with informants. Results implies that, the Representative Council of Badung Regency as an element of regional administration has the authority to supervise investment in the tourism sector by supervising the Badung Regency Lisencing Agency through Commission II. Technical supervision is carried out in the Control and Executor Sector by forming a monitoring and coaching team for tourism business actors. The strategy used in overcoming obstacles related to investment supervision and increasing investment is to provide guidance through technical guidance with several sources and provide incentives to business actors who contribute to the development of Badung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: How does system processing affect population administration information (PIAK) on the quality of family card (KK) services. And what factors support and hinder the processing of information systems population administration (PIAK) and quality of family card (KK) services. Data source obtained by means of Surveys, Interviews, Observations, Questionnaires. Data analysis Using Validity. The results of this study indicate that the level of the regression coefficient variable X of 1579.144; meaning that if X is increased by 1%, then the value of card service quality family (KK) will experience an increase of 1579.144 assuming that the variable other independent value is fixed. Because the value of the regression coefficient is positive (+) then with thus it can be said that the processing of population administration information systems (X) significant effect on the quality of family card services (Y). so the equation the regression is Y = -165,845 + 1579,144. This proves that the processing system Population administration information has a significant effect on the quality of card services family. The factors that support and hinder the processing of the system population administration information (PIAK) and quality of family card (KK) services, - Supporting factors include (the support of the new city government, cooperation, adequate facilities and infrastructure), - Inhibiting factors which include (limited resources human resources, low public awareness regarding population administration, network internet problems / no connectivity).

Abstract

Sources of data obtained by means of questionnaires and observations. Data analysis using linear regression formula with SPSS. The results showed that the implementation of the system data processing at the Barru Regency BPS office has been going well, which includes data collection activities, data modification, data storage and document creation population. Analysis results. linear regression using SPSS, known: value 0.005 (0.001 <0.005), and t.hit : 3678 > 2771 t.tab or t.count more greater than t.table, so that the hypothesis (H.1) is accepted, namely the implementation of data processing population has a significant effect on the level of accuracy and up-to-date data of the population as produced by the BPS of Barru Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact evaluation of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program and to determine the factors that impede the evaluation of the impact of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) Program in Bone Village, Segeri District, Pangkep Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative research type, data collection techniques namely observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the evaluation of the impact of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program has a positive impact on society, and the factors that influence the evaluation of the impact of the Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) program are implementing skills and coordination between program implementers.
