The results of this study stated that promotion influential positive significant to consumer satisfaction, quality product has influential positive significant to consumer satisfaction, quality service influential positive significant to consumer satisfaction. And promotion, quality product and quality service in a manner together influential positive significant to customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: Public Service Innovation in Service Offices Investment and One-Stop Workforce Services (DPMPTSPTK) Baru district. And to find out the supporting factors in public service innovation in improving the quality of service in the investment service and integrated services one door of labor in Barru Regency. Source of data obtained by observation participants, in-depth interviews, and documentary studies. Innovation is an idea, practice, or objects that are considered new by individuals one unit of other adoption. Public service is activities or a series of activities in order to fulfill the appropriate service needs with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services, and/or administrative services provided by public service providers namely state administration institutions, cooperatives, independent institutions formed under the law for public service activities and other legal entities formed solely for public service activities.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of human resources of companies or organizations need to be carried out well, directed, and planned, so that companies or organizations can compete fairly with other companies or organizations, Given that in the future competition between companies will be tighter . Human resources that are able to compete with competitors or with business partners are only companies that have quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the work environment and work discipline on the work performance of employees at the Telukjambe Health Center UPTD. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis through the help of SPSS software version 25. The population of this study was 42 employees and all of them were used as research samples with a sampling method, namely saturated sampling. Questionnaire data collection and tested with validity and reliability tests. The results showed that the work environment and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on employee work performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance.

Abstract

PLTS is an alternative in meeting the needs of electrical energy, in which electrical energy is obtained from the photovoltaic process. That is the process of converting energy from sunlight into electrical energy. In its application, many PLTS are built on the roofs of office buildings and houses, which are commonly referred to as rooftop PLTS. In this study, we will discuss the analysis of the power of PLTS rooftop on the grid in order to determine the ability of PLTS to produce electrical energy. This research was conducted in the admin building of PT. PLN Indonesia Power PLTU Pangkalan Susu, Tanjung Pasir Village, Pangkalan Susu Sub-district, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra on Saturday 27 May to 28 May 2023, starting at 08:30 - 17:00 WIB. The highest power loss on 2 monitoring days occurred at 12:00 -13:00 WIB, which was in the range of 1, 800 Wh to 2,200 Wh. It can be seen that the On-grid Rooftop PLTS is unstable because it is heavily influenced by weather conditions. and the intensity of sunlight, therefore, according to the working principle of PLTS On grid, share the load with PLN electricity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence social media and service quality have on product purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee. The independent variables are social media and service quality and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique with a sample of 97 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, observation and interviews. The research method used is quantitative method, this study uses primary data and secondary data with multiple linear regression models. Data processing was carried out using SPSS 26.0 software. Through the R test, social media and service quality have a strong relationship with purchasing decisions. The effect of social media and service quality on purchasing decisions is 68.9% and the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Partially seen from the t test, there is an influence of social media on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee and there is an influence of service quality on purchasing decisions at E-Commerce Shopee.

Abstract

Advances in information technology in the modern era as it is today have a major influence in various fields, especially in the field of sales. The development of accounting information systems has led to a large number of accounting software that makes it easier to input and process accounting data in sales that have quite a lot of transaction data. Zam-zam Hijab Ar Rafi Tangerang is a business entity that needs accounting software for its sales because so far the sales system is still manual, namely only by using a mobile phone, thus allowing errors in recording and processing transaction data occur. With the implementation of Zahir Accounting Version 6.0 on Zam-zam Hijab Ar Rafi Tangerang, it can be the best solution to solve problems that exist when processing accounting data. Sales transaction data processing using Zahir Accounting Version 6.0 helps companies obtain financial reports more effectively and efficiently. Therefore, a computerized system can make company operations run better because the input time is shorter, and the financial reports produced are far more accurate than the manual method.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with a sociological juridical approach to determine the implementation of auctions. This research took place at the State Property and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) in Parepare City. Interviews were conducted with informants, resource persons and respondents to find out about the implementation of the auction at the Parepare KPKNL. The analysis took place interactively by starting from question and answer activities with structured questions, data collection, data presentation and conclusions or verification. The results of the study show that the implementation of the auction by the Parepare KPKNL is in accordance with the Minister of Finance Regulation No. 93/PMK.06/2010 concerning Guidelines for Auction Implementation, and the theory of Good Governance, but there are still obstacles, namely community members who do not know about the functions of the KPKNL, and how to participate in auctions. The author's suggestion to the State Property Service Office and Parepare Auctions is to further increase the intensity of communication with the public so that the public does not hesitate to participate in auction activities held by the KPKNL.

Abstract

Facing the risk of fraud , organizations need to adopt a proactive and holistic approach to identify, analyze and mitigate potential risks. A common approach is fraud risk assessment , which involves collecting and evaluating data from various aspects of the business, including internal processes, external environment, and human factors that influence the occurrence of fraud . This study aims to analyze in depth the development of the literature regarding fraud risk assessment using the bibliometric method Scopus database . Article selection begins with screening steps to ensure the quality and relevance of the articles in the analysis. This research provides insight into sources, titles, institutions and research trends as well as collaborative network variables in the fraud risk assessment domain . The results of the analysis show fluctuations in the number of publications related to fraud risk assessment over time, with a certain increase in certain years. There are journals which are important sources of this literature, as well as the contributions of authors and institutions in developing an understanding of fraud risk . Provides a broad overview of research developments regarding fraud risk assessment and provides direction trends that the variable task performance of fraud risk assessment can be collaborated on in future research.

Abstract

The development of local beverage products is currently very rapid. This is marked by the emergence of many different brands and types of local beverage products circulating in the market so that there is a need for strong competitiveness. Customer loyalty is the key to success because customer loyalty has a strategic value for the industry and is one of the assets of high-value products. Coconut Jelly is one of the MSMEs involved in the beverage and food sector. The processed coconut processing system has become one of the selling points of local entrepreneurs to develop the coconut fruit beverage sector. A new breakthrough in processing young coconuts into coconut jelly. In this study will discuss the level of customer satisfaction with the quality and taste of the product using quantitative methods taken from field survey data.

Abstract

UMKM initiatives help create jobs and are very important in assisting Batubara Regency in solving its financial problems to improve the local economy and improve the welfare of its residents, especially in Pahlawan village, Tanjung Tiram District. The purpose of this research is to find out how good the understanding and readiness of UMKM players and the Pahlawan village community in Batubara Regency are to implement UMKM bookkeeping based on Micro, Small and Medium Entity Accounting Standards (SAK UMKM) in 2023, which is beneficial for the continuity of UMKM businesses for business actors. This paper used a sample of 30 people from the village of Pahlawan, Batubara Regency, including UMKM actors. Because this research discusses the understanding of UMKM bookkeeping based on Micro, Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards in Batubara District, a descriptive qualitative research methodology in the form of words not in the form of numbers is used to present the data in this study.
