This research aims to examine the use of remedial education in achieving completeness in Indonesian language education subjects, as well as to provide an overview and information on the use of remedial education on student learning difficulties in class XI SMAN 1 Bandar Baru Pidie Regency for the 2019/2020 academic year.NThe key concern addressed in this study is how the improvement program in Indonesian language learning is implemented and influenced in class X1 of SMAN 1 Bandar Baru, Pidie Jaya Regency, for the academic year 2019/2020. This study employs a quantitative method based on the product-moment formula to answer this question. The acquired data will be triangulated, including questionnaire data triangulation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study show that (a) remedial learning occurs when the categories of student learning issues are identified. (b) as a subject that instructs and guides pupils in learning and comprehending Indonesian language instruction. (c) it is discovered that remedial learning has a considerable impact on learning issues following implementation. Based on experiments utilizing the product moment formula, it was discovered that the remedial program had a considerable influence on learning challenges in Indonesian language education, as indicated by the r count of 0.763 from the r table, both at the 1% level (0.361 percent).

The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis through frequency distribution (SPSS). The results of the study stated that the political conditions, policies and educational leadership at the National University of Pasim were in the good category. However, there are aspects that need further attention, namely in terms of decision control, aspects of participation and in terms of coordination. From a psychological point of view, leadership that occurs is more inclined to leaders with phlegmatic personality types. Then from a sociological point of view, leadership today has a high level of concern and can keep up with the times. Likewise, from a religious point of view, the current leader is more wise, and sympathetic, both in politics and in every policy. Abstract

Poverty is still a social phenomenon that always exists in every developing country, including Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to describe the condition of cigarette consumers and poverty in Indonesia and to analyze the factors that influence poverty in Indonesia. The method used is descriptive analysis and panel data analysis with 18 provinces in Indonesia in 2015-2019. The results of this study indicate that NTT Province is the province with the highest poverty rate. The variable of cigarette consumers has a negative influence on poverty which is dominated by the Province of Lampung. However, this study contradicts the research of Supriadi and Rusyiana (2018) where poor households that have household members who smoke consume relatively less rice on average than households that do not have household members who smoke, whether they are in the poor category or not. The results of the static panel data show that the factors that affect poverty in Indonesia are income per capita(PDRB per capita), unemployment (TPT), means years school (RLS), while the dynamic panel shows that the factors that influence poverty are cigarette consumer (PMP) and mean years school (RLS).

Abstract

The diverse arts and culture of North Sumatra with distinctive characteristics is a potential that can be introduced through education in schools. Cultural arts can contribute to students having an attitude of pride towards their own nation's culture which can be felt with an aesthetic experience in working through learning at school. Learning arts and culture aims to develop aesthetic and artistic sensitivity, critical, appreciative, and creative attitude in students as a whole. This study aims to raise the potential of North Sumatran culture, especially the Sibolga Coastal Dance which can be implemented in learning cultural arts in schools as local content. The problem in this study arises from the lack of local content in North Sumatra which can be used as a learning resource in schools in the hope that students' knowledge of the richness of North Sumatran traditional arts will increase. This research produces a textbook product about the Sibolga Coastal dance that can assist teachers in carrying out their duties as well as a form of optimizing teacher competence in learning. The content of the material in text and context explores the local wisdom of North Sumatra, especially discussing dance from the Sibolga Coast, and will be guided by the 2013 curriculum, especially class X at the high school level.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the form of resistance from traditional traders after the fire against the relocation policy established by the Medan City Government, Indonesia. In-depth interviews were conducted with 6 informants who are traditional traders at Aksara Market and 1 informant as a representative from the Medan city government. This data was collected to find out the opinion and perspective of the community towards the relocation policy and reasons for the Medan city government to relocate Aksara traders to other places. The results indicate that traders in the Aksara market disagree with the relocation policy determined by the Medan City Government. Therefore, people represented their resistance by selling along the sidewalks of the Aksara market which had burned and caused traffic jams. Moreover, they established a group of fire victim traders called PK2PTAM (Representative of Fire Victims Traditional Traders of Aksara Market Medan) to struggle with the revitalization of Aksara Market. The main reason for the Medan City government in issuing this relocation policy was the flyover construction project which affects the location of Aksara market.

Abstract

Demodecosis is a skin disorder caused by parasites with the demodicosis type. The primary cause of this condition in humans is two kinds of Demodex mites, D.folliculorum and D.brevis. Demodicosis are usually treated with TTO, but the effectiveness is not well documented. To evaluate the effects of topical Tea Tree Oil on demodicosis infestation in people. We use the following string in Google Scholar; PubMed; Science Directs with keywords (“Demodicosis”iORi“demodex”iOR"D.folliculorum"iORii"D.Brevis) ANDi (TTOiORiT4OiOR "tea tree oil"). The articles compatible with the restriction criteria then screened using the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) method.  The quality of the articles is tested using GRADE method. A total of 4 of 1949 articles recorded according to the inclusion criteria, all three articles were randomized clinical trials. 351 patients were treated with topical Tea Tree Oil (TTO) scrub with eyelash shampoo, the most common ocular symtomps is ocular dryness. The treatment is provided on a scale 18 to 35 years of age, topical TTO scrub with consentrated persentation 5-50% with eyelash shampoo was at twice-daily treament for 4 weeks.
