Abstract

This research describe about the role of librarians in the implementation of knowledge management in IPDN library. The general purpose of this study was to determine the role of librarians in the implementation of knowledge management in the IPDN Library. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. As a result, librarians have implemented knowledge management by means of knowledge identification, knowledge acquisition, knowledge development, knowledge sharing management and knowledge storage.

Abstract

This study is to determine the political policy of educational leadership at the National University of Pasim in terms of Psychology, Sociology, Religion and Philosophy (PSIAFIL). the research used was quantitative with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data through the distribution of questionnaires. The research population is structural officials, lecturers and education staff at the National University of Pasim, while the sample used is 60 respondents (Slovin Formula). The sampling used is probability sampling with the type of Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis through frequency distribution (SPSS). The results of the study stated that the political conditions, policies and educational leadership at the National University of Pasim were in the good category. However, there are aspects that need further attention, namely in terms of decision control, aspects of participation and in terms of coordination. From a psychological point of view, leadership that occurs is more inclined to leaders with phlegmatic personality types. Then from a sociological point of view, leadership today has a high level of concern and can keep up with the times. Likewise, from a religious point of view, the current leader is more wise, and sympathetic, both in politics and in every policy. In the point of view of the current leadership philosophy is more wise and fair.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the pattern of human life, including the education sector. The rapid development of digital technology is very helpful in overcoming learning problems during a pandemic as well as accelerating digital transformation in the education sector, both online learning methods and the use of digital simulations as learning technology. This study aims to measure the level of digital literacy skills of students based on the characteristics of students entering the new normal era. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population is all students studying in Depok City with a sample of 410 students obtained by random sampling. The results of the study showed that the level of student digital literacy skills of 75.3% could be included in the Good category. There is no significant difference in the level of digital literacy ability based on gender and student residence, but there is a different trend based on age and year of study, where the higher the age or year of study the higher the level of digital literacy ability, and based on the source of tuition fees for scholarship recipients. Full level indicates a higher level of digital literacy ability. In conclusion, the level of digital literacy of students could be included in the Good category. There is no difference in the level of digital literacy ability based on the gender and place of residence of students, but there are different trends based on age, year of study, and source of student tuition fees.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low mathematical problem solving abilities and self-confidence of students in learning mathematics in Class VII A MTs Al-Falah Jatinangor. One alternative solution is to apply the Discovery Learning learning model. The purpose of this research is to determine the increase in students' mathematical problem solving abilities after using the Discovery Learning learning model and to determine the increase in students' self-confidence after using the Discovery Learning learning model. The method used is the classroom action research method (PTK), which is carried out in 2 cycles consisting of planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The data taken is qualitative data, namely data from teacher observations, self-confidence questionnaires and students' daily journals. As well as quantitative data, namely learning outcome data obtained from the results of mathematical problem solving ability tests. The data obtained was analyzed using percentages. From the results of data analysis, it was concluded that students' mathematical problem solving abilities and self-confidence increased after learning using the Discovery Learning model.
