Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain results: the influence of micro and macroeconomic factors of the company on investment opportunities. This research is conducted in five ASEAN countries, such as; Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines (ASEAN-5). The microeconomic factors are measured by firm size, financial risk, profitability, and debt policy. The macroeconomic factors are measured by interest rates, exchange rates, inflation, and economic growth. The analysis unit of this study is 175 large capacity manufacturing industries listed on ASEAN-5 stock exchanges for the 2012-2017 period. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The result shows that the Debt Equity Ratio has a negative and significant effect on investment opportunities in Microeconomic influence for the ASEAN-5 Countries. Risk does not have a significant effect on investment opportunities. Profitability is insignificant for the ASEAN-5 Countries and is significant for the State of Singapore, Thailand. Firm Size is significant for Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the Philippines. GDP growth has a significant effect on investment opportunities for the ASEAN-5 countries. The interest rate has harmed the opportunities of investment in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Inflation has a negative and significant effect in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. Exchange rates are significant for Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Investment opportunities have a positive effect on the value of the company in ASEAN-5 Countries. The benefits of this study for creditors are as a guideline for disbursing credit, and for investors it is as a guideline for placing capital investments in companies that have favorable debt and equity considerations in five (5) ASEAN Countries.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena perkembangan fashion pada saat ini yang semakin menarik dan menjadi suatu bagian dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, apalagi fashion saat ini di anggap sebagai identitas diri dan kebutuhan yang wajib dipenuhi, salah satunya adalah tas. Tujuan penlitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantatif dengan sumber data yang diambil secara langsung dari mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 yang memakai tas Sophie Paris. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara penyebaran kuesioner kepada seratus responden dengan menggunakan tekinik Simple Random Sampling. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah persepsi kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, persepsi harga berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan persepsi kualitas produk, persepsi harga, dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel promosi mempunyai pengaruh paling dominan dalam keputusan pembelian tas Sophie Paris. Dengan melihat variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian tas, harga merupakan varaiabel yang pengaruhnya paling rendah oleh karena itu shopie paris disarankan pihak perusahaan disarankan untuk memberikan variasi harga sesuai dengan segmentasi pasar yang dituju mulai dari kelas atas, menengah maupun kelas bawah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kemampuan tenaga SDM Inspektorat serta identifikasi hambatan dan tantangan dalam rangka peningkatan kapabilitas dan usaha yang perlu dilakukan dalam rangka peningkatan kapabilitas tersebut. Dalam rangka pelaksanaan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif ini, data dikumpulkan melalui teknik wawancara, reviu dokumen dan studi kepustakaan. Wawancara dilakukan pada Inspektorat Kota Padang. Penilaian dilakukan berdasarkan analisis terhadap enam elemen Peraturan Kepala BPKP Nomor 16 Tahun 2015 untuk menentukan level Internal Audit Capability Model (IACM). Selanjutnya dikakukan analisis hambatan dan tantangan serta langkah-langkah yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas SDM pada Inspektorat ini. Ditemukan bahwa Inspektorat Kota Padang masih berada pada level 2 dengan catatan; dokumentasi formulir kendali mutu yang kurang baik; seta sumber daya manusia dan anggaran pengawasan yang terbatas. Untuk itu, Inspektorat Kota Padang, meningkatkan kapabilitas apClose Panelarat dengan cara membentuk tim peningkatan kapabilitas; mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki untuk mencapai level 2 penuh; melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi terkait kendali mutu audit; melaksanakan telaah sejawat antar Inspektur Badan dan antar APIP Se-Sumatera Barat; melaksanakan kegiatan assurans berupa audit kinerja. Di samping itu juga membentuk klinik konsultasi pengawasan; melakukan pengukuran dan verifikasi atas peningkatan kapabilitas APIP untuk pemenuhan level 2 dan level 3 serta sekaligus melakukan penginputan dokumen dan penjelasan pada aplikasi peningkatan kapabilitas APIP yang telah disediakan oleh BPKP yang berbasis web.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh spiritual leadership terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan. Hal ini didasari karena adanya perbedaan antara teori dengan penelitian empiris yang dilakukan. Maka, penelitian ini melakukan uji model teori spiritual leadership yang terdiri dari dimensi-dimensi altruisme, visi, dan harapan/keyakinan melalui calling dan membership terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan dengan mengambil studi penelitian di Kota Padang, tepatnya di toko Sari Anggrek. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian cross section dengan asumsi Toko Sari Anggrek Padang adalah toko yang sudah menerapkan konsep spiritual leadership. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu dengan menyurvei seluruh karyawan Toko Sari Anggrek sebanyak 60 orang. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spiritual leadership berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan Toko Sari Anggrek, Padang.

Abstract

The research aimed to determinie how much influence of Transformasional Leadership Style, Works Discipline and Compensation on teacher performance at SMK Global Mulia Bekasi partially and simultaneously. Sampling in this Research is done by using satuarated sampling technique. The sample used was 30 respondents from the population of 30 teachers. The data were collected by using questionnaires. The method used in this research is quantitative method. While The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the use of SPSS program version 24. The results showed that the three independent variables of transformational leadership style, work discipline and Compensation together partially or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance. Compensation is the biggest significant variabel in influencing the performance of SMK Global Mulia Bekasi Teachers.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to determine the effect of brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality on purchasing decisions for Tablet PCs in Padang City. This research is conducted in Padang and focusing on consumers using a Tablet PC as objects. The population in this research were all consumers who use Tablet PCs in Padang City. Population size is unknown. The sampling technique method was accidental sampling, with a sample of 96 people. The data analysis technique used is the Validity Test and Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T test, F test, Coefficient of Determination (R2) assisted by SPSS software. The results of this research indicate that brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for tablet PCs in Padang City partially and simultaneously. Based on the results of the research, 66.9% of the decision to purchase a Tablet PC in Padang City can be explained by brand awareness, brand association and perceived quality, while the remaining 33.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.
