Abstract

This study is triggered by the increasing number of honest people, there have been many cases of one’s dishonesty that occur among governmental officers, community leaders, until elementary schools students. These facts are real problems that must be examined and must be solved. This study employs qualitative approach with focuses on how the strategies and steps of students honest character internalization in MI Miftahul Ulum Batu City, East Java. The based on research focus, the students honest character internalization model in MI Miftahul Ulum Batu City, East Java is structural organic rational development model.

Abstract

Kedisiplinan adalah Sebuah peraturan atau tata tertib yang mengendalikan sebuah tingkah laku sebagai suatu bentuk ketaatan terhadap norma atau aturan.Zakiah Darajat berpendapat bahwa salah satu wadah untuk mendidik disiplin bagi generasi penerus bangsa adalah melalui sekolah. Menurutnya, sekolah hendaknya dapat diusahakan menjadi lapangan yang baik bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan mental dan moral anak didik, disamping sebagai tempat pengembangan bakat dan kecerdasan. Tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa setiap orang yang berhasil mencapai kesuksesan dalam hidupnya adalah orang-orang yang mempunyai sikap disiplin yang sangat tinggi. Disiplin adalah kunci kesuksesan, sebab dengan disiplin orang menjadi berkeyakinan bahwa disiplin membawa manfaat yang membuktikan dengan tindakan disiplinnya sendiri sehingga kedisiplinan harus dimulai sedari dini sejak usia sekolah dasar, dari permasalahan tersebut penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang problematika Kedisilplinan Siswa Kelas IV SDTQ-T An Najah Cindai Alus Martapura Kalimantan Selatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui problematika siswa kelas SDTQT- AN Najah Cindai Alus Martapura Kalimantan Selatan, dan (2) Mendeskripsikan bagaimana pelaksanaan kedisiplinan di SDTQT- AN Najah Cindai Alus Martapura Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus (study case). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan memiliki hubungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dari 3 siswa, 2 siswa yang tingkat kedisiplinan dan hasil belajarnya sesuai sedangkan 1 siswa lagi tingkat kedisiplinan dan hasil belajarnya kurang sesuai. Ini berarti tingkat kesesuaian antara kedisiplinan dengan hasil belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang (66,7%). Kedisiplinan mempengaruhi hasil belajar tetapi tidak sepenuhnya hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh kedisiplinan.

Abstract

Research in mathematics education has long proven that the difficulty of learning mathematics becomes an important problem for students at all levels.The process of learning mathematics does not encourage students to think mathematics.Students directly use the formula without being taught how to analyze and apply it in everyday life.Understanding concepts is an important foundation for thinking mathematics in solving everyday problems.Students can show an understanding of mathematical concepts that have been learned, explain the interrelationships between concepts, and apply concepts flexibly, accurately, efficiently, and precisely in problem solving.Therefore, the researcher wants to know the effectiveness of the application of tangram modules on geometry in class IV SDI Surya Buana Malang City. Researchers conducted two trials, namely initial trials and field trials.The test is carried out by comparing the experimental class and the control class. Data collection instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, observation sheets, and learning outcomes. Data analysis was used to see the effectiveness of the tangram module, the researcher used a description test. Assessment refers to the scoring formula that is commonly done in schools. Tangram module on geometry can effectively improve the learning outcomes of IVC graders at SDI Surya Buana Malang. The average control class was smaller than the experimental class at the posttest, 73 <91. The students' responses were also very positive towards the tangram module on three aspects: ease, attractiveness, and usefulness. All students stated that this teaching material was very useful in learning.

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe how the marketing educational service is applied in Muhammadiyah elementary school plus the city of Salatiga based on the marketing mix theory (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process). This qualitative research is conducted in Muhammadiyah elementary school plus the city of Salatiga. The data was collected by doing some interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This research is using a flow model of analysis. The results of this study show that (1) the school products are developed according to the potential benefits of academic, non-academic, and religious achievements, through promotion in various media by involving students, excellent service from all elements of the school. (2) The tuition fees are different for each grade level, not widely published and calculated globally for 1 school year. (3) The location of the school is supported by a comfortable environment for the teaching and learning process, away from the city crowd but easily accessible. (4) Promotion is carried out directly or indirectly by using various media, forging partnerships with government and private institutions as a form of service marketing breakthroughs, to win the title of an excellent school in Central Java. (5) Competent and outstanding human resources have the potential to improve school quality. (6) Physical evidence of the school is very representative, some places are strategic enough to be used as promotional media, as well as other physical facilities as a complement and support for learning. (7) the learning process is carried out with a fun and varied method and the use of social media as a means of information with the parents. The most prominent element in the marketing mix of educational services is the process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan multiple intelligence dalam mengembangkan potensi anak sesuai dengan teori Howard Gardner yang berlokasi di SDIT Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta. Adapun siswa yang diambil sebagai sampel penelitian untuk mengetahui implementasi multple intelligence dalam memngembangkan potensi anak ini adalah siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 30 anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dan desain studi analisis. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah SDIT Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta, koordinator bidang akademik, wali kelas V, ustadz/ustadzah yang mengampu mata pelajaran di kelas V, pendamping kegiatan ekstrakulikuler dan siswa kelas V. Objeknya adalah pelaksanaan kegiatan intrakulikuler dan ekstrakulikuler sebagai bentuk implementasi multiple intelligences dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa di SDIT Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis data kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus pengkatagorian milik Sukarjo sedangkan untuk analisis data kualitatif menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode induktif.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) implementasi multiple intelligences dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa di SDIT Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta melalui kegiatan keseharian, kegiatan pembelajaran intrakulikuler dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang bervariatif meliputi pendekatan pendekatan kecerdasan yang dimiliki siswa, selain itu juga pelaksanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dapat mengembangkan masing-masing kecerdasan; 2) hasil multiple intelligences dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa di SDIT Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta dalam hasil angket dari keseluruhan aspek kecerdasan diperoleh hasil rata-rata 3,32 yang menunjukkan katagori “baik” dan didukung dari hasil wawancara dan observasi SDIT Bina Anak Sholeh Yogyakarta mampu mengembangkan potensi siswanya melalui sembilan aspek kecerdasan.

Abstract

Abstract
