Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) Early Childhood Lesson Planning in KB Cerdas Sukorejo Kendal, (2) implementation of learning, (3) Assessment of learning. This research is qualitative. The research was carried out in KB Cerdas Sukorejo Kendal. The main subject of the study was the Chief Manager, teacher, and students. The methods of the data collection to make use of in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data to begin with : Data Collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion. the validity of the data using the credibility, and triangulation. The results of this study are (1) Lesson planning in KB Cerdas Sukorejo have done by developing programs of activities for a year through the semester planning,   weekly activities planning (RKM), and daily activities planning (RKH), taking into account the level of development, necessary, interests, and characteristics of the child, and also the aspects of development religious values and moral, cognitive, motor, language and social-emotional, (2) Implementation of Learning in KB Cerdas Sukorejo to begin a) with happy morning, b) activities of habituation, c) transitions, d) footing environment, e) footing before playing, f) footing while playing g) footing after playing h) introduction praying, and i) closing prayer. Learning was refer to the implementation of the principle of learning while playing with the approach of beyond center and circle time (BCCT), the method of question and answer, and role play by arrangement of conducive play house, to creates a comfortable condition to play, safe, clean, healthy and interest, the use of educational games was standards, as well as take advantage of the learning environment at the institution. (3) Assessment of learning is done by observation every times not only when the children play in the center, but it begin from the reception children, while teaching and Learning process  until the study is finished through the performance of the child, the child’s assignment, with the development of indicators of the level of achievement which covers five aspects of the development of the students. Assessment techniques in KB Cerdas learning through observation, anecdotal and portfolio.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of planning, implementation, and follow-up of authentic assessments based on the 2013 curriculum in this school. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data taken in this study are data on planning, implementation, and follow-up assessment of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Sources of data from teachers and students in class II and class V as well as school principals. Data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The validity test used is Data Triangulation. The analysis technique used is the Flow Model of Analysis. The results of the study are that the teacher prepares a plan for assessing attitudes, knowledge and skills together with other teachers at one level. The assessment conducted by the teacher is in accordance with the planning and guidelines for assessing attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Followup by the teacher by analyzing, providing guidance, and reporting the results of the assessment of attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Reports of assessment results in the form of numbers, predicates and descriptions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of learning leadership and the obstacles faced by school principals in improving student learning outcomes at SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen. This research is a qualitative research that produces descriptive data in the form of words, written or oral from people and observed behavior. Data collection techniques carried out by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using an interactive model of analysis. The results showed, first, the principal was the most instrumental element in improving the quality of education and learning. Learning leadership at SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen is carried out in 3 dimensions, namely through the formulation of school missions, good learning management, and building a conducive school climate. Second, the obstacles in implementing leadership learning in SMK Pelita Bangsa Sumberlawang Sragen include several things, namely the lack of professional teachers, conventional curriculum, incomplete supervision, and incomplete learning infrastructure.

Abstract

This study is aimed to describe how the marketing educational service is applied in Muhammadiyah elementary school plus the city of Salatiga based on the marketing mix theory (product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process). This qualitative research is conducted in Muhammadiyah elementary school plus the city of Salatiga. The data was collected by doing some interviews, observations, and documentation studies. This research is using a flow model of analysis. The results of this study show that (1) the school products are developed according to the potential benefits of academic, non-academic, and religious achievements, through promotion in various media by involving students, excellent service from all elements of the school. (2) The tuition fees are different for each grade level, not widely published and calculated globally for 1 school year. (3) The location of the school is supported by a comfortable environment for the teaching and learning process, away from the city crowd but easily accessible. (4) Promotion is carried out directly or indirectly by using various media, forging partnerships with government and private institutions as a form of service marketing breakthroughs, to win the title of an excellent school in Central Java. (5) Competent and outstanding human resources have the potential to improve school quality. (6) Physical evidence of the school is very representative, some places are strategic enough to be used as promotional media, as well as other physical facilities as a complement and support for learning. (7) the learning process is carried out with a fun and varied method and the use of social media as a means of information with the parents. The most prominent element in the marketing mix of educational services is the process.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Test the role of the learning environment and learning resources together, towards mathematics learning outcomes, indirectly through learning motivation. 2) Testing the role of the learning environment and learning resources simultaneously has a direct effect on learning motivation. 3) Test the role of learning motivation on mathematics learning outcomes. The study population of 246 students, a sample of 153 students. Research uses a quantitative correlational approach. Data collection uses questionnaires and documents. Data analysis techniques used path analysis, classical assumption test, model accuracy test, and estimator parameter accuracy test. Structural equation for the relationship between variables as follows: Z = 0.196 X1 + 0.171 X2 + 0.193 Y + 0.911, meaning that if the learning environment, learning resources, and learning motivation variables rise one level then successively have an effect each by 0.196; 0,171; 0.193 against mathematics learning outcomes. The results of the study: 1) There is a simultaneous role of the learning environment and learning resources, towards mathematics learning outcomes, indirectly through motivation to learn mathematics. 2) There is the role of the learning environment and learning resources simultaneously have a direct effect on learning motivation. 3) There is a role for learning motivation towards mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Secara umum disebutkan dalam UU No 18 Tahun 2019 bahwa pengaturan pada Pesantren diarahkan pada beberapa aspek, yaitu: penyelenggaraan, proses pembelajaran, pengelolaan dana, kerjasama, dan partisipasi masyarakat serta Negara. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan UU 18 Tahun 2019 terhadap rumusan HAM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 (lima) rumusan HAM sebagai perpaduan antara Konferensi Wina 1993 dengan UUD 1945 yang saling terkait satu sama lain, yang dapat digunakan sebagai indikator dalam menjawab sejauhmana penerapan HAM dalam UU Pesantren. Sementara itu terdapat beberapa pasal yang dinilai sejalan dengan kelima indikator tersebut di atas.

Abstract

Pada Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini terdapat berbagai model pembelajaran yang digunakan, diantaranya pembelajaran berbasis sentra. Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran perlu persiapan dalam bentuk perangkat pembelajaran. Model pembelajaran yang berbeda, memerlukan perangkat pembelajaran yang berbeda. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan model perangkat pembelajaran untuk model pembelajaran berbasis minat model sentra. Diharapkan perangkat pembelajaran yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi ajuan para guru Taman Kanak-Kanak dalam membuat perangkat pembelajaran model pembelajaran berbasis minat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan. Penelitian dilakukan dalam tiga tahap pokok yaitu tahap penelitian, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pada tahap penelitin dilakukan analisis model factual dan assessment kebutuhan. Pada tahap Pengembangan dilakukan penyusunan model hipotetik, divalidasi, uji terbatas, dan uji yang diperluas. Hasil tahap pengembangan berupa model pengembangan. Pada tahap evaluasi dilakukan penilaian efektivitas model pengembangan.
