Contraception is an action to prevent pregnancy. Where currently there are enough tools, methods and types of contraceptives for men or women, implementation can be done in two ways, namely using contraceptive aids or without contraception. The problem that occurs in BKKBN and women's empowerment is the selection of good contraceptives used which still uses a simple computerized system that is using Microsoft Excel applications in the processing process. In solving this problem, the author uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to describe the weights that fit the criteria that are appropriate for the selection of family planning tools that are well used in BKKBN and women's empowerment. Analytical Hierarchy Process or often called AHP is a technique for decision making in determining the best choice from several alternatives. AHP is a mathematical model procedure that is well suited for the evaluation of qualitative attributes. These attributes are mathematically quantified in a set of comparisons in pairs. The advantages of the AHP method when compared to other decision-making methods is to have a hierarchical structure as an impact of the criteria taken, to the very detailed and detailed sub criteria

The development of steganography began to penetrate into the digital world which in this study was devoted to mp3 audio files. The techniques for developing a steganography process are briefly discussed. This study also tried to present the steganography process in audio file comparisons based on the formulas in the existing literature. A software called MP3 Stego is used to assist in the process of observing problems and completing the steganography process. MP3 Stego is tried, observed, and hypothesized for future development suggestions. After looking more deeply at audio steganography, especially in MP3 audio files, it is quite prospective in the next development. Well studied from psychological and technical factors, it turns out that MP3 media is a very appropriate media to become a message hiding media. In addition, it turns out that steganography can also be used in more in-depth and broader targets such as campaign suggestions, notifications, organizational communication, and so on.

Domestic passenger forecasting provides key input into decisions of daily operation management and infrastructure planning of airports and air navigation services and for aircraft ordering and design. Planning for the future is one of the most important keys to success, forecasting is the way. The goal of this study to predict the number of domestic passengers at Kualanamu International Airport. The time-series data were employed from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The result is then discussed in the context of the potential use of the proposed for a new perspective for the predicting of domestic passengers at Kualanamu International Airport, Indonesia. The machine learning approach using long short term memory (LSTM) presents a useful way of observing the domestic passenger predict the passenger time series.

Penggunaan jual beli online saat ini sudah sangat mudah ditemukan di masyarakat, augmented reality merupakan sebuah teknologi yang mampu menampilkan objek 3 dimensi dan juga 2 dimensi digital kedalam dunia nyata, kemampuan menampilkan objek digital ini dapat digunakan pada berbagai bidang seperti pendidikan, ekonomi dan juga dapat digunakan untuk sebagai media hiburan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknologi augmented reality yang di terapkan di dalam sebuah website penjualan sepatu sehingga pengguna website ini dapat melihat langsung secara 3 dimensi bentuk dari sepatu, karena pada saat ini website e-commerece hanya menampilkan gambaran 2 dimensi dari produk yang ada di website, dengan dapat melihat objek 3 dimensi ini pengguna akan lebih mudah untuk melihat produk yang akan dibeli sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna.

ABSTRAK Penggunaan kendaraan menyebabkan kerugian materi bahkan kehilangan nyawa akibat semakin banyaknya para pengguna jalan raya dan kendaraan bermotor tidak begitu mengerti dan paham makna dari rambu-rambu lalulintas dan selalu mengatasnamakan kepentingan sesaat yaitu harus cepat sampai dan tiba di tujuan yakni tempat bekerja. Dengan adanya sistem simulasi dan pembelajaran ini, diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat untuk dapat dengan mudah belajar dan memahami segala aturan yang sesuai dengan Hukum dan Undang-undang berlalu lintas di Negara Indoensia yaitu : UU Lalu Lintas Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 sehingga kerugian materil dan jiwa bisa berkurang karena sistem ini juga dilengkapi dengan sanksi-sanksi dari setiap pelanggaran. Luaran penelitian ini adalah aplikasi pembelajaran dan simulasi tentang hukum berlalu lintas bagi para pengguna jalan raya, serta akan menghasilkan karya tulis ilmiah dalam bentuk jurnal publikasi pada jurnal nasional tidak terakreditasi, sehingga pengguna jalan dan kendaraan bermotor mendapat informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat, dan dapat mengurangi kecelakaan dan pelanggaran kendaraaan bermotor di jalan raya.

The security and confidentiality of data is very important considering the rapid development of technology at this time which allows the emergence of new techniques that are misused by certain parties that can threaten security from data that are considered insignificant. Cryptography is a field of science to maintain image security. Cryptography has been implemented in many ways. The way it works is to change the original data that can be understood / read by humans (plaintext) to other forms that cannot be understood / read by humans (ciphertext). The process of transforming plaintext into chiperteks is termed encryption. While the process of returning a chipertext message to plaintext is termed decryption. Vigenere Cipher is an asymmetric cryptographic algorithm, where the key used to encrypt is different from the one used to decrypt. Vigenere Cipher is a cryptographic algorithm that uses letters and numeric values. Vigenere Cipher requires three steps in the process, namely key generation, encryption, and decryption. The process of encryption and decryption is almost the same process.

Operations Research is one way of taking decisions in companies by formulating problems of daily life with mathematical models with the aim of getting optimal goals. Transportation problems are one of the problems in solving operational research problems with the aim of optimizing distribution costs of shipping goods from the first warehouse to the destination warehouse. Like the problem that is in cv. Express nias where the cost of shipping goods does not calculate the optimal cost sometimes losses and profits are not optimal. The method used in solving this problem is the method of Vernel's approximation method, this method is included with the method of transportation. The results obtained in this study are that all shipping costs for cv.express nias are optimal.

Steganography is the science of art and science to make hidden messages in a certain way so that other people besides the sender and recipient will realize there is a hidden message. Cryptography is science and art to learn about processing and securing messages safely. This study will discuss the combination of the Rivest Shamir Adleman (RSA) and Least Significant Bit (LSB) methods on how to hide a secret message in a digital image. A text message before being inserted into a digital image is first encrypted with the RSA Algorithm, the results of the encryption are inserted digital imagery with LSB Algorithm. The length of the text message depends on the size of the container media. Applications designed using Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 also provide interfaces for generating randomly needed keys. Applications can be used to hide secret messages in digital images where the color changes of input images with results are not clearly visible.

Cryptography is the science and art of keeping messages safe. In cryptography there are two main concepts, namely encryption and decryption. The encoding is first created using the clasic algorithm. this algorithm builds security on the confidentiality of the algorithm used. But this algorithm is not efficient when used to communicate with many people because the algorithm is still very simple and still very easy to solve, so that important information or data that can be easily kept secret can be recognized by other people or irresponsible people. Merkle Hellman algorithm is a cryptographic algorithm that generally encrypts twice or also called double, namely plainteks encrypted with cipher I, then the first encryption results are encrypted again with cipher II.

Feature extraction is a method to capturing visual content of images for indexing and retrieval. This research using texture, low level image feature as gernal (visual) feature for extracting feature of images. Image texture measurement using selected histogram based features such as mean (average of grey level), standard deviation, skewness, energy and smoothness. The basis of measure of similarity in this research is Canberra distance. Performance of CBIR system used precision and recall.
