This study aims to determine development priorities in 2018 Kota Medan District covering planning, use and evaluation of village development. This study uses qualitative research, with a case study strategy. The technique of collecting data is done by interviews, observation and documentation. Test the validity of data by triangulating data sources and data collection techniques. Data analysis uses determination techniques through data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Evaluations for the Village Fund for 2017 include constraints faced during the implementation of development and allocation of village funds such as a lack of sense of responsibility between village officials in managing village funds, people who care about development are still few, and there is a lack of meetings to deliver information on village fund allocation to the community. The decision support system for determining village development priorities has stages, starting from selecting criteria, aspects to assessments that have been set, decision making difficulties in determining priorities and calculating weights. Related to this, the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method can be used to solve the problem. The results of the process are in the form of village rankings as a recommendation for decision making to choose as suitable occupies the designated fields. The results of the system supplementation, it was concluded that the use of this method can help the process of making prioritization of development, can be studied, quite easy to use, and produce information used.Keywords: Decision Support System, Development Priority, PSI

There are two law enforcement agencies combating corruption, namely the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and the Police, having the same authority, but in implementing authority there are differences, for example in the application of laws that govern the two institutions.The problem that becomes the study of this research is how the problem of the existence of the KPK as an institution to eradicate corruption has the authority regulated in RI Law No. 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission, whose authority lies with the Police regulated in RI Law No. 2 of 2002 concerning the National Police of the Republic of Indonesia which refers to the Criminal Code The results of the study showed that the resolution of the dispute between the Police and the Corruption Eradication Commission in the investigation of corruption was carried out by coordinating the Corruption Eradication Commission and the Police in Corruption Criminal Investigations. Law number 30 of 2002 concerning the Corruption Eradication Commission regulates the relationship between the performance of the KPK and the Police regarding investigations, investigations and prosecutions.Settlement of authority disputes between the Police and the KPK should be the authority of the Supreme Court, due to judicial review under the Supreme Court Law. The right to test the law is the application of a balanced and balanced government. The Corruption Eradication Commission was formed by the Law 30/2002 whereas the Indonesian Police was formed by the 1945 Constitution, article 30 paragraph 4.Keywords : Authority, investigation, KPK

Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya terletak di Desa Sinunukan III yang merupakan ibukota kecamatan Sinunukan yang terletak di kab. Mandailing Natal, Prov. Sumatera Utara. Kecamatan ini termasuk kawasan pantai barat Sumatera Utara dengan komoditas utama masyarakatnya pertanian dan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Terdapat beberapa perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perkebunan yaitu PT. Sago Nauli dan PT. Gruti. Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya bekerja sama dengan PT. Sago Nauli untuk mengolah hasil perkebunan kelapa sawit milik warga setempat dengan sistem perkebunan kelapa sawit plasma, yaitu perkebunan kelapa sawit milik warga yang perawatan dan pengembangannya dilakukan oleh PT. Sago Nauli melalui perantaraan Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya. Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya mengelola lahan seluas 621 kapling atau setara dengan 1242 hektar lahan kelapa sawit, dan memiliki anggota sebanyak 691 anggota aktif. Dengan banyaknya anggota yang di miliki maka pembuatan surat-menyurat juga harus terdokumentasi dengan baik dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas yang di miliki oleh Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya. Selama ini pegawai tata usaha Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya hanya menggunakan Microsoft Office Word untuk membuat surat-menyurat sehingga akan sangat menyulitkan dan memakan waktu yang lama jika ingin membuat surat dalam jumlah yang besar untuk di kirimkan kepada anggota ataupun surat keluar. Dengan melakukan pelatihan kepada pengurus Koperasi Unit Desa Cahaya tersebut maka pengurus dapat memahami cara membuat surat menyurat dengan mudah, cepat, efektif dan efisien dan semua surat dapat terdokumentasi dengan baik

Komunikasi adalah kebutuhan yang paling penting bagi seseorang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Apabila ingin menyampaikan ide, gagasan maksud dan tujuan kepada orang lain dibutuhkan komunikasi. Cara berkomunikasi juga memiliki etika, mulai dari intonasi suara, pemilihan kata dan kalimat agar pihak penerima pesan mengerti isi pesan dan tidak menyinggung perasaan. Di Era digital ini masyarakat lebih sering menggunakan komunikasi secara tulisan. Dimana komunikasi yang dilakukan secara tulisan terkadang memiliki makna berbeda dari pesan yang dikirim oleh penerima pesan. Masyarakat khususnya kaum muda lebih senang melakukan komunikasi tertulis melalui media sosial. Media sosial merupakan salah satu sarana untuk menyebarkan informasi dengan cepat dan tempat menjalin silaturahmi,. Saat ini dapat kita lihat sedikit pergeseran penggunaan media sosial yang bergerak menjadi ajang tempat saling menghujat, penyebaran informasi palsu, penyebaran konten negatif yang ujungnya tentu hal ini akan meresahkan masyarakat. Pengguna media sosial terbesar adalah remaja, peran orang tua sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam hal pengawasan. Namun tidak semua orang tua yang melakukan pengawaasn ketat kepada anaknya dalam hal ini. Pembekalan dari dalam diri setiap remaja itu yang perlu diterapkan. Remaja adalah usia yang haus akan informasi informasi baru, maka pembekalan pengabdian masyarakat ini mengajarkan kepada mereka hal yang boleh dan tidak boleh dilihat, ditampilkan, diketik, disebarkan dan dibaca, karena setiap hal yang mereka sebarkan akan ada hukum UU ITE yang mengawasinya.

The existence of transvestites in Indonesia has become a subject of debate in postif law until now due to the pros and cons. If his group supports allowing transgender people on the basis of human rights they can do what they want. While that defies the idea that transgender people are against nature and even transgender is a non-human right. So they are steamed and treated discriminatoryly. This study aims to obtain a picture of rejection experienced by transvestites not only from the normal and religious society but the first rejection from parents and families because of normal behavior. This study uses qualitative methods. The results of the analysis showed that the dominant society did not know what and how transvestite was, and further saw that their values tended to stay away from transvestites unless they were concerned with their existence.

In Physics subjects, so far the students have learned, among others, electronic coupling and the introduction of electronic components without any visual simulation with special media or electronic software. The availability of supporting learning media that minimally inhibits the creation of effective learning activities. To overcome the lack of availability of laboratory equipment in Citra Harapan High School Percut Sei Tuan especially in experiments with dynamic electric circuits, software called Electronic Workbench 5.12 was used which was developed in the form of a simulation. With the existence of service activities carried out, it is expected that students are able to understand electronic design, capable of assembling simple electronic components using EWB.

CV. Homecare is a company engaged in the field of laundry carpet that serves customers in carpet washing, a business engaged in carpet laundry service for most still run the conventional system has not been using computerized data, especially in terms of predicting carpet laundry every month. Simple Moving Average is a model in making predictions. The moving average technique is used in predicting demand by calculating the average value and actual demand value of a certain number of previous periods. Each new prediction is set for a long period and used with the request of the new period, so the data on the calculation moves over time, in accordance with the name of this method. The simple moving average method is used for data that is unstable, has no trends, and does not use data weighting. With the existence of simple moving average method is one of the methods on time series prediction system model with computerized characteristics, about predicting the carpet can do apply the research technique of surgery expected carpet laundry company can do predict carpet income every month so that company can measure profit ratio which will be earned every month. So as to produce the system predicts the good results of carpet laundry results, which can be utilized and facilitate the users.

The location placement is an explanation related to the spatial layout of an economic activity, and this is always linked to the geographical allocation of limited resources which in turn will have an effect on and have an impact on both economic and social locations. Placement of location is a strategic activity that aims to maximize profits for the company. Placement of location greatly influences costs and determines income, location completely has the power to make or break a company's business strategy. To determine the recommendation for the placement of hawker brended dunhill filters at PT. Bentoel Group Asmo Medan can use the weight aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) method. The Waspas method can be used to rank the Hawkwer Dunhill Filter location with predetermined criteria.
