Abstract

Retail business in Indonesia has developed quite rapidly in the last few years with various forms and types. Competition in the retail or retail business which is currently increasingly fierce forces retail or retail business entrepreneurs to compete with each other to try to attract the attention of consumers. This study aims to determine and analyze the variables of service quality, satisfaction and price partially or jointly with purchasing decisions at the Nabila supermarket in Yogyakarta. In this study the sample used was a portion of Nabila Yogyakarta self-service consumers using Purposive Sampling techniques totaling 100 people. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are that Service Quality has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Nabila Supermarket customers in Yogyakarta with a regression coefficient of 0.409 (positive) and a tcount of 3.351 and a probability of error (p) = 0.001. Satisfaction variable has a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Nabila Supermarket customers in Yogyakarta with a regression coefficient of 0.249 (positive) and a tcount of 2.466 and p = 0.015. Price variable has a positive and significant influence on customer purchasing decisions in Nabila Yogyakarta with a regression coefficient of 0.336 (positive) and the significance test for the coefficient obtained is 3.751 and p = 0.000. Variable Service Quality, Satisfaction and Price simultaneously influence the customer purchasing decisions on users of Yogyakarta Nabila Supermarket with F statistics obtained by Fcount of 17.961 and the probability of error (p) = 0,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the money supply, inflation, and SBI interest rates partially and simultaneously on the composite stock price index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2014, the type of data and data sources used in this study are data secondary data from the Bank Indonesia Annual Report, the Indonesian Ministry of Trade Institute, and Exchange Corner Financial Data. To analyze the data of this study used a multiple linear regression analysis tool that aims to determine the effect of the money supply, inflation, and SBI interest rates on the Composite Stock Price Index using SPSS statistical tools. Based on this research, the research method used in the first hypothesis is the Statistical t test and the second is the Statistical F test. Based on the results of this study indicate that the variable Money Supply has a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. For the inflation variable does not have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. And the SBI Interest Rate variable has a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index. Together these three independent variables (Amount of Money Supply, Inflation, SBI Interest Rates) have a significant influence on the dependent variable (Composite Stock Price Index).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether: service factors affect tourist attraction, infrastructure facilities influence tourist attraction, object uniqueness factors affect tourist attraction and security factors affect tourist attraction. And know the magnitude of the influence of factors of service, infrastructure, uniqueness of objects, and safety simultaneously on the attraction of tourists to Baron Gunungkidul Beach. The population in this study is the visitor / tourist attraction of Baron Beach. Samples taken as many as 100 respondents using the Accidental Sampling technique (sampling choose who happened to be / found) and using the Purposive Side technique that is deliberate sampling (researchers determine their own samples taken because there are certain considerations). Based on the results of research that has been tested: service has a positive and significant effect on tourist attraction, Infrastructure has a positive and significant effect on tourist attraction, The uniqueness of the object has a positive and significant effect on tourist interest, Security has a positive and significant effect on tourist interest and simultaneous service variables, infrastructure, uniqueness of objects and security have a significant effect on the attraction of tourism in the Baron beach tourism object. While the magnitude of the influence of the four independent variables on the dependent variable is 54.7%, and the remaining 45.3% tourist interest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Return on Assets (ROA) on the interest rate for time deposits at state-owned banks in Indonesia in the 2009-2014 period. The sample used in this study is state-owned banks in Indonesia, as many as 4 banks. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The method used in this study is quantitative research and the data obtained are secondary data where the data is already available in report form. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and F test) and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the analysis showed that partially the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) showed a regression coefficient of -0.674775 with a prob value of 0.5915, which meant that the CAR had a negative and not significant effect on deposit rates, while the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) showed a value of regression coefficient of 0.109967 with a value of prob. 0.6871 which means that the LDR has a positive and not significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits and Return on Assets (ROA) shows a value of -10,63718 with a prob. 0.4255 which means ROA has a negative and not significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits. Based on the F test shows a prob value of 0.300476 so that simultaneously, CAR, LDR and ROA have no significant effect on the interest rate on time deposits.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the repurchase of Gudeg Yu Djum restaurant. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents, while the sampling method used was purposive sampling method. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, F tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and multiple linear regression analysis. Analysis tools using multiple linear regression methods can be concluded that the sense variable has no significant effect on repurchases with a significance value (P value) of 0.840> 0.05, the feel variable has a significant effect on repeat purchases with a significance value (P value) of 0.007 <0 , 05, think variable has a significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) of 0.005 <0.05, Act variable has no significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) 0.945> 0.05, the relate variable has a significant effect on repurchase with a significance value (P value) 0.042 <0.05. Simultaneously sense, feel, think, act, and relate, significantly influence the repurchase with an F count of 22,010 with a significant number (P value) 0,000 <0.005. The coefficient of determination generated is 0.515, which means 51.5% change in the repurchase variable is explained by the variables sense, feel, think, act, and relate together, while the remaining 48.5% is explained by other variables not included in this research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) on Price to Book Value (PBV). The sample used was a telecommunications company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2009-2013 period, in which there were six companies. The statistical method used is a multiple linear regression model. From the results of the Classical Assumptions test that is a test for normality, autocorrelation, multicollinearity, and heterosecdasticity, followed by multiple linear regression testing. The results showed that simultaneously (simultaneously) the variable Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and Earning Per Share (EPS) significantly influence the Price to Book Value (PBV) with a significance of 0,000. While partially only Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) with a significance of 0,000, Return On Assets (ROA) with a significance of 0,000 that significantly influence the Price to Book Value (PBV). While Earning Press hare has no significant effect on Price to Book Value (PBV) with a significance level of 0.273.

Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the antecedents that affect online purchase intentions. The sample used in this study amounted to 71 respondents. The sampling method using purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability tests, F tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and multiple regression analysis. By using the multiple regression method it can be concluded that the web design variable does not have a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance value (P Value) of 0.324> 0.05. While reliability has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions with a significance value (P Value) of 0.018 <0.05. responsiveness has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions with a significance value (PValue) of 0.061> 0.05. The guarantee has a positive and significant effect on online purchase intention with a significance value (P Value) of 0.815> 0.05. For ordering a positive and significant effect on online purchase intentions with a significance value (P Value) of 0, 002 <0.05. Simultaneously web design, reliability, responsiveness, guarantee, and ordering have a significant effect on online purchase intention with an F count of 5.960 with a significance value (P Value) of 0.000 <0.05. The resulting determination coefficient is 0.246, which means that 24.6 percent of changes in the online purchase intention variable are explained by changes in web design variables, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees, and bookings together, while the remaining 76.4 percent is explained by other variables which is not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the marketing mix of products, prices, distribution / place, and promotion influences the purchasing decision of Samsung brand mobile phone products. The sample used in this study amounted to 70 respondents, while the sampling method using purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis with the validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination. By using multiple methods it can be concluded that the product variable has a negative effect and is not significant to the purchase decision with a significance value (P Value) of 0.831> 0.05. While the price variable has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, and the distribution / place variable has a positive and not significant effect on a purchase decision with a significance value of 0.058> 0.05, and the promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on a purchase decision with a significance value 0.001 <0.05. The resulting determination coefficient is 0.629, which means that 62.9% of the change in the purchase decision variable is explained by the product, price, distribution / place and promotion variables together, while the remaining 37.1% is explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, and Transformational Leadership on Readiness for Change in employees of Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta. The population in this study were 357 employees of Ahmad Dahlan Yogyakarta University and the sample used was 103 people, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling with sample criteria were permanent employees with a minimum working period of one year and had not moved to campus 4 UAD. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that Employee Engagement has no effect on Readiness for Change at Ahmad Dahlan University employees. Organizational Commitment affects the Readiness for Change of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. Transformational Leadership has no effect on Readiness for Change at Ahmad Dahlan University employees. And employee engagement, organizational commitment, and transformational leadership simultaneously influence the readiness for change in employees of Ahmad Dahlan University, Yogyakarta.
