Abstract

This study aims to determine whether compensation, motivation and job training affect the performance of employees or service employees Yogyakarta Special Region Agriculture and analyze the influential factors and has no effect on the performance of employees or employees of the Department of Agriculture Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sample in this study were employees or Dinas employees Yogyakarta Special Region of Agriculture. 84 samples were processed respondent. The sampling technique uses sampling purposive, the number of samples obtained was 84 respondents, i.e. sampling techniques with certain considerations. Considerations in this research is a permanent employee. Based on the results of statistical data analysis, the indicators of the study this is valid and the variables are reliable. Order individually from each of the most influential variables is the training variablework with a t test value of 3.758, then compensation with a t test value of 2,309. Then the variable that has no effect is the motivation variable with a t test value of -0.826. Yogyakarta Special Region Government needs maintain elements that have been assessed as good as giving Work compensation and training, and those with less influence need to be evaluated back to work motivation. The amount of influence caused (R2) by these three variables together to the bound of 0.229 or 22.9%, while the remaining 0.771 or 77.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of quality service to customer satisfaction Olive fried chicken at Glagahsari Yogyakarta. And to find out what variables are influentialsignificant to customer satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. Primary data obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires to consumers who consume at Olive fried chicken at Glagahsari Yogyakarta, sample and sampling techniques using the side accidental method and purposive sampling. And selected consumers aged over 17 years. Processing the data of this research is using multivariate statistical methods. with technique multiple linear regression analysis, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test). Partial Test Results (t test) variables of food quality (X2), communication (X4), and benefit relationship (X5) does not affect customer satisfaction (Y). While for physical environment variables (X1), customer orientation (X3), and price (X6) it was concluded that the partial test (t test) had an effect on satisfaction customer (Y) in consuming Olive freid chicken at Glagahsari Yogyakarta. From the calculation results of the simultaneous test (F test), obtained Sig <α = 5% or 0,000 <5%, because Sig <α = 5%. Then it can be concluded that the variable physical environment (X1), food quality (X2), customer orientation (X3), communication (X4), the benefits of the relationship (X5), and price (X6) that simultaneously test (F test) effect on customer satisfaction (Y) Olive fried fast food restaurant chicken at Glagahsari Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This  research  aims  to  understand  how  the  influence  of  motivation, compensation  and workplace on the performance of employees at department office social  man power  and  transmigration the city of Yogyakarta bot  a partial as well as simultaneous or together. The population on this research is Employees who worked at social department office of  manpower and transmigration city of Yogyakarta. The sample collection  technique  in  this  research  use  of  sampling  methods  purposive. The total sample taken in this research as many  81 respondents. The source of data from the study  used  data  primary  obtained  from  the  results  of  questionnaires  compiled  using likert scale. This study using data analysis techniques is the quantitative analysis (linear regression analysis double, t test and test f). Test results t show that the significance of the variables ( x1 ) 0,007 value <  α = 0.05, then motivation influential significantly to employee performance, then motivation influential significantly to employee performance, variable compensation ( x2 ) 0,038 < value  α  =  0.05  then compensation significant of the performance of  employees and variable workplace (x3) 0,048  <  value α = 0.05 and a significant effect on the employees in social department office of manpower and transmigration the city of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) to share prices. the statistical method used is a model multiple linear regression. The sample in this study was a pharmaceutical company. The results showed that together (simultaneously) variables Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) significantly influence stock prices. While partially, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) with significance, Current Ratio (CR) is proven to have a significant effect on stock prices. Whereas that has no effect on price is Total Asset Turnover (TATO) and Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

The research aims to comparehealth of BPR in terms of financial performance. The object  of  the research  is  PD  BPR  BKK  Kebumen  and  PT  BPR Dana  Mitra  Sejahtera  for  a period of 2012,2013 and 2014.  Banking  financial  performance used  on  this  research  is on financial aspects that be measured by the ratio of the suffciency minimum obligation (CAR), the ratio of the quality of assets productive (KAP), an allowance the formation of productive assets (PPAP), the ratio return on assets (ROA) that reflect the ability of a bank in generate profit, the  ratio  of  BOPO ( the  load operational  against operational  income)  that  reflects the burden of operational compared with earnings obtained, while for liquidity measured by CR and LDR. From this research obtained the results of that overall shows the  level of  financial performance  of  a  healthy.  The  ratio  CAR  in  PD  BPR  BKK  Kebumen  shows  the  average 15,21% larger from PT BPR Dana Mitra Sejahtera that shows the average CAR 12,70% and both banks included in category of healthy. The rati of the quality of assets productive (KAP) in PD BPR BKK  Kebumen  shows the average 5,68% larger than PT Dana Mitra Sejahtera which  shows  the  average  quality  of  assets productive  5,27%  and  both  banks  included  in category  of  healthy.  The  ratio  of  PPAP  inPD  BPR  BKK  Kebumenthat  shows  the  average 100% and PT BPR Dana Mitra Sejahtera which shows the average 95,68% and both banks included  in  category  of  healthy.  The  ratio  ROA  in  PD  BPR  BKK  Kebumen  shows  the average 3,64% larger than PT BPR Dana Mitra Sejahtera which shows the the average ROA 2,24% and both banks included in category of healthy.the ratio of BOPO in PD BPR BKK Kebumen  shows  the  average  72,13%  less  than  than  funds  PT  BPR  Dana  Mitra  Sejahtera which shows the average BOPO 75,68% and both banks included in category of healthy. The ratio of CR in PD BPR BKK Kebumen shows the average 25,82% larger from PT BPR Dana Mitra  Sejahtera  thatshows  the  average  CR  21,02%  and  both  bank  included  in  category  of healthy. The ratio LDR in PD BPR BKK Kebumen shows the average 98,90% and included in  category  of  less  healthy  and  this  is  different  from  PT  BPR  Dana  Mitra  Sejahtera  that Shows the average 78,33% in categories healthy. The ratio of non performing loan (NPL) in PD BPR BKK Kebumen shows the average 3,87% and dutifully included in the category of while from PT BPR Dana MitraSejahtera which shows the average NPL 5,25% greater than that  required  in  category  5%  so  dutifully  enough.  Of  a  whole  the  assessment  of  the  level second health BPR in PT BPR Dana Mitra Sejahtera it has value 99.90 % better than PD BPR BKK kebumen in that it has value 99.05 %.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of multipurpose networks ATMs, interest, administrative fees, bank locations and bank services the customer's decision in choosing a bank as a place to save in Yogyakarta. In this study, taking a sample of residents who live in the city Yogyakarta with 60 respondents. This testing using analysis tools in the form of correlation (validity test) and reliability test for know the validity of the data used in research. To test the hypothesis in this research is multiple regression test. In the F test obtained F count (27.594)> F table (2.28) which means that together there is a significant influence between the variable services,  bank locations, multipurpose ATM networks, bank interest and administrative fees towards decisions. In the t test there are three variables that have no effect significantly to customer savings decisions, namely service variables with a value of t arithmetic (1.385) <t table (2.0057), Bank Location with a value of t arithmetic (1,933) <t table (2.0057) and Multipurpose And ATM Networks with calculated t values (0.839) <t table (2.0057). While interest and administrative costs are partial each has a significant effect on the savings decision variable customers because the t value obtained for the bank interest (3,697)> t table (2.0057) and administrative costs (3,510) > t table (2.0057). The results of this study provide evidence that 71.9% of customers' savings decisions influenced by the variable service, bank location, multipurpose ATM networks, bank interest and administrative costs while the remaining 28.1% influenced by other factors. Based on data analysis, the factors are a big influence on customer savings decisions is bank interest.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of profitability ratio on stock price of companies  listed  in  LQ45  index  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  (BEI).  Profitability ratios here in include Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE),  and Eearning Per Share  (EPS). This study  was conducted to assess the financial performance of the company to generate earnings from an investment.This study uses secondary data. The population in this study is the companies included in the LQ45 index from  2010-2013 amounting to 78. The total sample is 16 companies  belonging  to  and  representing  several  sectors  including  the  financial sector companies, automotive, property, plantation, infrastructure, mining, industrial cement, as well as the consumer goods  industry are consistently incorporated in the four observation period 2010-2013 in LQ45 index that has been determined through purposive  sampling  method.  Method  of  hypothesis  testing  using  Classical Assumption  Test,  Regression,  t  test,  F  test,  and  the  coefficient  of  determination  by alpha (α) of 5%.Regression analysis showed that in partial Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) significantly influence the stock price while the variable Eearning Per Share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously  all  variables  Net  Profit  Margin  (NPM),  Return  on  Assets  (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) have a significant effect on stock price. The value of coefficient of determination (R2) of  0.899, which means that the independent variable Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Eearning Per Share (EPS) is able to explain the variation of the dependent variable stock price by 89,9%, while the remaining 10.1 % is explained by other variables outside of the variables used in the study.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the influence of a variable degree growth of the company, return on assets (ROA) and shareholder dispersion partial evaluation and simultaneously to predict dividend policy to companies manufacturing industry which is listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. Tekhnik the sample collection by using purposive sampling method of sample and obtained 10 companies. The method of analysis data used a linear regression analysis worship of idols with the level of significance 0.05.The research result show that: 1) the rate of growth of the company have a negative influence and significant against its policies with a value of dividend t count -2,185 and value of significance 0,038. 2) ROA it has some positive effects and significant against its policies with a value of dividend t count 4,287 and value of significance 0,000. 3) shareholder dispersion have a negative influence and significant against its policies with a value of dividend t count -3,420 and value of significance 0,002. 4) the rate of growth of the company, return on asstes (ROA), shareholder dispersion in together influential positive and dignificant for policies with the value of dividend f count 16,089 significance and value 0,000.
