<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of blended learning to the student’s motivation. The method of this research is Ex-posfacto. The population of this research is 50 students who take the Methodology Research Subject in the semester July-December 2017 with the blended learning assembling. The sampel is taken by using sampel total technical. The data of Blended Learning and student’s motivation use the primary data by using the questionnaire. The instrument is tested by using validity and reliability test. The data is analyzed by using description and inductive (inferensial) analyze which is the normality test, homogenitas test and the hypothesis test is analyzed by using the linear regression, determined coefficient and T experiment with the a = 0,05.The result of this research has showed that there has been a significant influence of blended learning to the student’s motivation. It has showed by the significant of 0,000 <0,05. It has indicated that blended learning has contributed to the student’s motivation 37,9% in the methodology Research Subject and for the rest 62,1% might be effected by others factors.The students should be suggested more active in the blended learning lesson to increase their motivation for the better result. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of economic growth, provincial minimum wage, and education level on open unemployment rate in Indonesia in 2011-2015, either simultaneously or partially. Using panel data with Fixed Efect Model (FEM) approach and using secondary data of 33 provinces in Indonesia. The model estimation results show that the variable of economic growth, provincial minimum wage, and education level simultaneously have significant effect on open unemployment rate in Indonesia. While the partial variable of economic growth has a negative effect but no significant effect on the unemployment rate. The provincial minimum wage variable is partially positive and significant to the unemployment rate. The variable of educational level also have positive and significant effect to unemployment rate. The government is expected to pay serious attention to economic growth, minimum wage system, improving the quality of education, the issue of availability of employment opportunities. <![CDATA[The research aims to find out the influence of family environment and learning interest on the economics learning outcome of students grade X-XI SMAN, Koto Tangah district, Padang. The type of this research is descriptive and associative. The population of this study amounted to 1.195 people and the number of the samples is 90 people. The sampling technique is done by using Cluster Sampling with multi stage cluster sampling. The technique of data collection is by questionnaire. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result showed that there was a significant positive effect between family environment and learning interest on the economics learning outcome. Based on the results of the research to improve student learning outcomes in SMAN Koto Tangah district Padang, it is advisable for parents to improve good relationships with the students, therefore, the students feel comfortable and quiet during learning. For teachers it is expected to apply learning methods that make students become active and interested. For students the way of learning for further improvement is needed in order to get better learning outcomes than ever.Keyword: family environment, learning interest, learning outcome]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the Effect of Socioeconomic Status of Parents Against Learning Motivation, Influence Motivation Learning Interest Continue Study to Higher Education and Influence of Parents' Socioeconomic Status on Interest Continue Study to Higher Education. The population in this study is the students of class XII SMK National Padang Academic Year 2017/2018 amounted to 77 students. Intruments in this study used questionnaires. Trial of research instrument with validity test and reliability test conducted on 30 students at SMK Nusatama Padang. Data analysis technique used is path analysis technique using SPSS ver program. 16.0. The results of this study show: First there is a positive influence and significant socioeconomic status of parents to the motivation of students learning class XII SMK National Padang Year 2017/2018, meaning the higher the level of socioeconomic status of parents then the student learning motivation also increases. Second there is a positive and significant influence on the socio-economic status of parents on the interest to continue studies to college students of class XII SMK Padang National Academic Year 2017/2018, it can be interpreted that the higher socioeconomic status of parents will increase the interest of students of SMK Nasional Padang to continue education to university Thirdly there is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation toward the interest of continuing study to college students of class XII SMK National Padang Year 2017/2018 which shows that the higher the students' learning motivation, the higher the interest of students of SMK Nasional Padang to continuing education to college. <![CDATA[This research aims to identify : (1) The influence of learning habit and peer group to learning achievement university student, (2) the influence of peer group to learning achievement university student. (3) the influence of learning habit and peer group to learning achievement university student This research was a descriptive causative with quantitative approach. The subject of this research was all university student at Economic Faculty entered year 2014, 2015 and 2016 and the sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Total sample of this research was 339 university student. The research’s sample test of validity and test of reability. Test of Analysis consisted of normality test, multi-collinearity test and heteroskedastisity test. Hypothesis test was consisting multiple regression with SPSS version 21 for windows. Research result : (1) have a positive and significant influence between learning ability to learning achievement The University Student at Economic Faculty of Padang State University, (2) have a positive and influence between peer group to learning achievement the University Student at economic Faculty of Padang State University, (3) have postitve and signifiant influence between learning habit and peer group to learning achievement the University Student at Economic Faculty of Padang State University. <![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of office space and work motivation on performance employee in the Department of Koperindag of Bukittinggi. This type of research is descriptive and Causative. The population in this study was a employee in the Office of Koperindag Bukittinggi. Samples technique in this reasearch use technique sampling total population with a total of 39 respon.Types of data used in this research is the primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques using path analysis using SPSS program version 20. The results of this research show that: 1) influential office space significantly to the performance of the employee, the better Office space allocation in the improve the performance of employees in the service of the Koperindag Bukittinggi. 2) influential work Motivation significantly to the performance of the employees. The higher the motivation given to employees, it will improve the performance of employees in the service of the Koperindag Bukittinggi. 3) influential office space significantly to Work Motivation, if the higher motivation of employees work then it will increase the spirit of employees who work in the service of the Koperindag Bukittinggi. Based on the results of this research advice writers recommend noticed that the light in the Office Setup and add an adequate work facilities so that the willingness of employees in working can increases. <![CDATA[This study discusses the use of bankruptcy prediction model that does not exist applied in Indonesia and determine the accuracy of each model. The research objective is to analyze the differences in outcome prediction and know the model that has the best accuracy level between the model Altman Z-Score, Bankruptcy Index, and IN05 Index. This type of research is a comparative study, the population of all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011 to 2015. The sample is determined by purposive sampling method so acquired 28 companies, and the total sample is 140 years old company. Data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The analytical method used is the analysis of different test-independent k-sample test, descriptive statistics and the accuracy of the model using post hoc test and the type of error. The results show that: 1) there are significant differences between the model of the Altman Z-Score model Insolvency Index, and models IN05 index on manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange. 2) The model has the best accuracy by post hoc test is a model of the Altman Z-Score and by type of error is the most accurate models are models IN05 index.Keywords: Altman Z-Score, Insolvency Index, IN05, Bankruptcy]]>

<![CDATA[The ups and downs of stock prices depend on the attractive tug strength between demand and supply of stocks in the capital market. Understanding of stock prices and the factors that affect the changes is very important because it can provide information for investors or prospective investors in investing in the form of shares. For investors information on Earning Per Share, Dividend Per Share and Financial Leverage become a very basic requirement in decision making needs. Therefore, the researcher is interested in doing research about the effect of: 1) earning per shere on stock price, 2) dividend per share to stock price, 3) financial leverage to share price of a company. The population of this study are all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. The method of selecting the sample using purposive sampling, samples obtained 53 companies period 2011-2015, so that 265data obtained in this study. The variables in this study consisted of EPS, DPS and FL as independent variable and stock price as dependent variable. Methods of data collection using documentation to obtain data on EPS, DPS, FL and stock prices. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that earnings per shere have a significant positive effect on stock prices, dividend per share positively insignificant to stock prices, and financial leverage positively insignificant effect on stock prices.Keyword: EPS ,DPS,FL, Stock Price]]>

<![CDATA[This reseachaims to analysze product’s innovation strategy at Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang. This reseach is a descriptive qualitative reseach. The data which are used in this reseach are primery and secondary data. The resources of the data are informen. The data of this reseach are collected by doing observation, interview and documentation. The data are analyzed qualitatively. The data of this research are validated by using source triangulation.The result of this research shows that Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang has not innovated all of their products attributes such as packaging, brand and guarantee. Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang has done innovation in term of motif and service. In the research the research find some obstacles at Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang. The obstacles are marketing, difficulties in finding raw materials, the lack of people’s knowledge about Batik Tanah Liek Bundo Kanduang difficulties in finding skillful employees in making batik, the uncompatible consumens demands and the lack of government’s attention.Keywords: Strategi, Innovation, Product, Batik Tanah Liek]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether through the media game of accounting monopoly produces different learning interests with conventional learning in students of class X SMK N 2 Padang. This type of research is a kind of quasi experiment (quasi experiment). The population of the study were students of class X Accounting SMK N 2 Padang year lesson 2017/2018. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method (sample of consideration). The sample is the XA4 class student as the control class and XA1 as the Experiment class. Data type consists of primary and secondary data. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire that has already passed the validation and reliability test stages. Data analysis technique is using t test different test. The results show that, "there is no significant difference between student learning interest using accounting monopoly media and conventional learning". This is justified by the results of variance analysis for testing this hypothesis, which in the table obtained Sig Value <of Value α (0.05), namely sig value 0.091 <0.05. This means that H0 is accepted, in other words it can be concluded that if the average student's learning interest is low by any method the learning outcomes will remain low, because interest in learning is an internal factor that greatly influences the students personally.
