<![CDATA[The purpose of researche is to know the role of System Quality and Service Quality on User Satisfation student Padang State University. This research used quantitative descriptive method, the population in this research were students Padang State University.Number of samples were decided base on hair et. As many as 100 people and were chosen by using proportional stratified Random Sampling. Data were used is primer data were provided through questionnaire shared to students Padang State University based on predetermined criteria. Analysis method was used is multiple regression by using spss 20. The result of this research shows (1) System Quality have significant affect on User Satisfaction, (2) Service Quality have significant effect on User Satisfaction. ]]>

<![CDATA[This reseacrh aims to reveal the effect of customer perceived value and customer experience on revisit intention in The Great Wall of Koto Gadang attraction. This research is a causative study. The population in this study were all tourists who had visited the attraction of The Great Wall of Koto Gadang. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are using questionnaires and documentation. The sample technique used in this study is purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 respondents. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS version 21. The research hypothesis testing was carried out using data analysis through validity and reliability, normality, heterokedactivity, path analysis, F test and statistical t test at α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that 1) customer perceived value and customer experience significantly influence revisit intention 2) customer perceived value significantly influence customer experience 3) customer perceived value significantly influence revisit intention 4) customer experience significantly influence revisit intention. <![CDATA[This research was conduct to determine the effect of financial literacy includes financial knowledge, financial skills, and financial attitudes towards financial management in the UMKM guided by Padang BUMN Creative House”. Issues regarding financial management are a key factor that can lead to failure of UMKM. UMKM’s financial management should apply practical and effective methods in financial management by practicing accounting well to make financial information for decision making. This type of research is causal-comparative. The population in this study was the UMKM practitioners guided by BUMN Creative Houses with a total population of 287 UMKM and 75 UMKM as samples. Sampling was determined using the Slovin formula with random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. The validity test uses SPSS version 20 seen in the Corrected item-total Correlation column and the reliability test seen in the“Cronbach Alpha” column. The data analysis technique” used multiple linear regression. To test the hypothesis the F test and the T-test were used, using SPSS 20 program. The results are (1) financial knowledge, financial skills, and financial attitudes, that all have a significant and positive influence on financial management in the UMKM of Padang BUMN Creative Houses. (2) financial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on financial management in the UMKM guided by Padang BUMN Creative Houses. (3) financial skills have a positive and significant influence on financial management in the UMKM guided by Padang BUMN Creative Houses. (4) financial attitudes have a positive and significant influence on financial management in the UMKM guided by Padang BUMN Creative Houses. <![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of sales promotion and shopping lifestyle on impulse buying of fashion products at Transmart Padang. This is the causative research.The population of the research is Padang city community. The number of research samples as many as 100 people and selected using purposive sampling technique.The data used is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to Padang city community with established criteria. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence customer interest in using a credit card PT. Bank Negara Indonesia Padang. The type of research is descriptive and qualitative research. The sampling technique used is Purposive sampling. The type of data used is primary and secondary data. <![CDATA[The Covid-19 virus has changed the learning process around the world, Efforts made during a pandemic are online learning. Where the online learning system can be done without having to meet face to face but through virtual classes through online media. The aim of this research is to get an overview of the implementation of online learning in the Economic Education Study Program of STKIP 'Aisyiyah Riau. The subjects in this study were all students of the Economic Education Study Program. The method of data collection is done by using the interview method via the zoom meeting app and by telephone. Data were analyzed in three stages, namely the process of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Online learning was very effective in the Covid-19 period which could increase motivation and comfort in the learning process; (2) overall students already have the means to support online learning; (3) Quota fees that must be paid by students for online learning are quite expensive; (4) Online learning can reduce the spread of Covid-19 in STKIP 'Aisyiyah RiauKeywords : Effectiveness, Online learning, Covid-19]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the effect of the level of service, solidarity, and the competitive ability of cooperatives to the participation of members of the KPRI Disdik West Sumatra. This research is a type descriptive and associative. The population in this study were members of the Cooperative Employees of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Departement of Education in the Province of West Sumatera with a total population of 1.142 cooperative member and a sample of 92 cooperative members. Test the validity of using SPSS version 25, shown in column corrected item-total correlation and reliability testing are shown in column Cronbach alpha. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To test the hypothesis used T test using SPSS version 25. The results showed that (1) Level of Services significantly influence the Members Participation KPRI Disdik Sumatra Barat. (2) solidarity has a significant influence on the participation of member of the KPRI Disdik Sumatera Barat. <![CDATA[Organization will produce good employee performance if it is able to pay attention to the factors of providing workload. To reduce the workload that is too high there needs to be a human relationship that can provide lightening in completing workloads in the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the performance of BKPSDM employees influenced by human relationships and workloads. This research is ex-post facto by using primary data. Population and samples in this study using non probability sampling techniques with a total of 52 respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. <![CDATA[This study aims to reveal the effect of applying the learning model and learning motivation on student learning outcomes. This type of research used a quantitative approach, especially quasi-experiments. Population in this study all students of class XI 2 Painan. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 63 students. Data analysis techniques used questionnaires and tests. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Differences in learning outcomes obtained between students who have high learning motivation in class who apply the flipped learning model (2) Differences in learning outcomes obtained between students who have low learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (3) Differences learning outcomes obtained between students who have high learning motivation in the class implementing the flipped learning model and students who have high learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (4) Differences learning outcomes obtained between students who have low learning motivation in the class implementing the flipped learning model and students who have low learning motivation in the class applying conventional models (5) There is no interaction between learning models and learning motivation in influencing learning outcomes.Keywords : flipped learning model, learning motivation, learning outcomes]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to determine the level of influence between “Self Potential, Economic Condition’s of Parents and Social Environment” on interest in continuing to the university 11th students of SMA Negeri 8 Padang. The research is a quantitative descriptive study using data collected with questionnaires and documentation. The sample used in this study is 170 students using proportional random sampling technique from 360 population with error rate 5%. The result of research, show that there are significant influence from the “self potential, economic condition’s of parents and social environment” as simultaneous on interest in continuing to the university among 11th students of SMA Negeri 8 Padang 60,9% while 39,1% is influenced bu other variables. “Self Potential there is a significant influence on interest in continuing to the university, Economic Condition’s of Parents (Parental Education and Parents Income) is influential but not significant on interest in continuing to the university and social environment there is a significant influence on interest in continuing to the university 11th students of SMA Negeri 8 Padang”.Keywords : Self Potential, Economic Condition’s Of Parent, Social Environment and Interest in Continuing Education to Higher Education]]>
