Abstract

AbstractEducation is a very important field for human life. Education can encourage the improvementof human quality in the form of increasing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies.The purpose of this study was to find out the views of students of Pancasila and citizenshipeducation programs on the teaching profession. This study was designed as a qualitativedescriptive study with a single embedded case study strategy. Data sources were obtained fromthe research subjects as follows; 1) Informants / Resource Persons, namely students of thePancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program; 2) Student activities when discussing theprofession of an educator. Data collection techniques used are in-depth interviews, directobservation and document analysis. The data validity technique uses standards of credibility,transferability and dependability and confirmation. Data analysis techniques use interactivemethods. The results of the study can be concluded that the views of students on the teachingprofession are teaching professionals is a respectable profession, the existence of the teachingprofession in the community according to students Educators are community teachers,educators as dampening conflicts of cultural differences and profiles of ideal educatorsaccording to students and reasons students view the teaching profession The ideal teacher doesnot have selfishness so the teacher can be said to be a teacher who is able to understand thewishes of students.Keywords: Views, Students, Professional Educators

Abstract

Provide  Color is the fastest method of delivering messange and meaning in the non-verbal communication category. The use of color in packaging design is very important. Good product packaging requirements are as a place, attractive, can protect, practical, cause self-esteem, accuracy of size, and transportation. Color selection decisions on student product packaging design can be analyzed from color psychology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of color psychology learning to improve students ability in color selection in product packaging design. The research includes an assessment of the understanding of color psycology and the ability to choose colors that are implemented in product packaging design. Total population and sample of 30 respondents with saturated sampling technique. The method used in this research is experimental and ex-post facto explanatory nature. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observations, evaluation result (score), and interviews. Data analysis using descriptive qualitative analysis and t test. The result showed satisfactory understanding of the color psychology of students, the suitability of product packaging design with color psycology, packaging design assesment is very good and good. The  effectiveness test of the application of color psychology learning to the color selection ability in packaging design by 56,2%.

Abstract

Purpose: This PKM aimed to increase knowledge and conduct training the students of SD Nurul Ulum on how to process leftover notebooks into new useful notebooks. The method in PKM is a lecture method to provide knowledge as well as an understanding of the benefits of the remaining notebook. Method: The team also uses experimental methods by conducting experiments to provide various examples in processing leftover notebooks into new notebooks by considering design aspects. Results: These community service results are 1) Students gain experience on how to process leftover notebooks into new notebooks, 2) Students can innovate in making leftover notebooks with their creative ideas. Conclusion: The conclusion from the implementation of PKM is that overall, there is an increase in students' understanding and knowledge in processing leftover notebooks into new notebooks. Abstract

Organization will produce good employee performance if it is able to pay attention to the factors of providing workload. To reduce the workload that is too high there needs to be a human relationship that can provide lightening in completing workloads in the organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the performance of BKPSDM employees influenced by human relationships and workloads. This research is ex-post facto by using primary data. Population and samples in this study using non probability sampling techniques with a total of 52 respondents. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the performance of BKPSDM employees was influenced by human relationships and workloads.Keywords : employee performance, human relationship, workload

Abstract

AbstractThe increase of bachelor graduates will increase competition in looking for work  and the lack of  jobs will increase the number of  unemployment lists. Being unemployed is undesirable  because of self-harm and unbeneficial to the surrounding community. This study was aimed to determine the importance of entrepreneurship courses for students in the civics study program. This study used a qualitative method. The data collection techniques were observation, interview, and documentation. The informants were 25 students who have taken entrepreneurship courses. The results showed that the existence of entrepreneurship courses in higher education can foster entrepreneurial spirit by instilling knowledge and interest in entrepreneurship, fostering confidence and skills in entrepreneurship, increasing motivation to become young entrepreneurs. Keywords: Students, civics, entrepreneurship

Abstract

AbstrakPendidikan merupakan salah satu bagian yang sangat penting bagi kehidupan manusia pada umumnya. Pendidikan mampu memberantas suatu kebodohan dan juga mampu menjunjung martabat manusia sebagi makhluk yang dianugerahi sebuah akal yang sehat serta fisik yang sempurna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuai permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa program studi PPKN dalam mengikuti praktik pemahaman hukum di Pengadilan Negeri Bojonegoro. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif.Subjek  penelitian yaitu mahasiswa program studi P PPKN semester lima.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tentang analisis permasalahan mahasiswa program studi PPKN dalam mengikuti praktik pemahaman hukum di pengadilan  negeri Bojonegoroadalah kurang lengkapnya pembekalan, informasi yang kurang jelas terkait waktu pelaksanaan, Penyusunan proposal praktik pemahaman hukum,tetap aktif meski ditengah pandemi covid-19, peran dosen pembimbing yang kurang maksimal, jarak tempuh yang jauh, penyusunan laporan praktik pemahaman hukum. Kata kunci : mahasiswa,praktik, hukumAbstract Education is one of very important parts of human life in general. Education is able to eradicate ignorance and it’s also able to uphold human dignity as a creature that is endowed with a healthy mind and perfect physical. The purpose of this research is to find out the problems faced by civic study program students in following the practice of lawunderstanding in the Bojonegoro District Court. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative approach. The research subjects were students of the fifth semester of civicstudy program. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using an interactive model. Based on the results of research on the problemsanalysis of civic study program students in following the practice of lawunderstanding in the Bojonegorodistrict court is incomplete debriefing, unclear information related to the time of implementation,proposal preparation for law understanding practices, remained active although in the middle of covid-19pandemics, less role of the supervisor, long distance traveled, compilation of law understanding practice reports. Keywords: students, practice, law

Abstract

Since 2021, Trembes village has had a Smart Friends TBM (Community Reading Park) to increase village literacy. However, this TBM has fewer varied activities and programs, and the number of visitors is still low. To solve these issues, the PkM team implemented a community service program that used busy books to assist children in improving their multiliteracy competencies in the fields of economic, English, mathematics, Pancasila, and citizenship literacy. Various methods are developed, including lectures, volunteerism, questions and answers about interesting and popular themes, and demonstrations. As a result of this program, children were able to create and present busy book sheets with the themes of economic, English, mathematics, Pancasila literacy, and citizenship literacy.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this community service program is the utilization of bottles become an aesthetic and economic pancil case at State Elementary School Samberan Kanor Bojonegoro to reduce the negative effect of plastic waste. The aims of this program are: (1) to give the knowledge and training for State Elementary School Samberan students about the utilization of secondhand goods to be beneficial pancil cases; (2) to improve the creativities of State Elementary School Samberan students in the utilization of plastic bottle; (3) to give the creative ideas to students, So  they can follow the creative contest about recycle plastic bottle; (4) to decrease the  pollution by recycle the plastic secondhand goods. To reach the aims, we used the active, creative, and joyful method. The data was gained by observation, lecture, question-answer, and demonstration. The result showed that the students become more enthusiastic in joining this community service program. They create the pancil case from recycling bottle That would reduce the use of plastics and the negative effect of plastics waste. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah Pemanfaatan Botol Bekas Menjadi Tempat Pensil Yang Bernilai Seni Dan Ekonomis di SDN Samberan Kecamatan Kanor Kabupaten Bojonegoro, untuk mengurangi dampak negatif sampah plastik. Tujuan dari program ini adalah :  (1) Untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pelatihan kepada siswa-siswi SDN Samberan mengenai pemanfaatan barang bekas menjadi tempat pensil yang bermanfaat; (2) Untuk Meningkatkan kreativitas siswa-siswi SDN Samberan dalam memanfaatkan botol plastik.(3) Untuk memberikan ide kreatif kepada siswa sehingga mereka dapat mengikuti ajang kreatifitas tentangan penggunaan ulang botol plasti. (4) Mengurangi  pencemaran lingkungan dengan cara memanfaatkan barang-barang plastik bekas. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut digunakan metode yang aktif, kreatif dan menyenangkan. Data dikumpulkan degan menggunakan observasi, ceramah, tanya jawab, dan demonstrasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa siswa menjadi lebih antusias mengikuti program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini. Mereka menghasilkan  tempat pensil dari botol bekas yang bisa  mengurangi penggunaan plastik dan mengurangi dampak negatif dari sampah plastik.

Abstract

The people of Clebung village, Bubulan district, Bojonegoro regency, the majority of whom make a living as farmers, are very enthusiastic about opening new businesses as an additional economic income for their families. This makes a challenge for those who want to set up a new business because it must be supported by various things including capital to support the realization of this intention. The purpose of this community service is to guide the people of Clebung village so that they can establish new legal businesses and have a force of law. The method used a the form of counseling, and discussion, as well as carrying out training. The result of community service is the formation of community enthusiasm that will start a new legal business under the law as an additional effort to improve the family economy.

Abstract

Abstract : The Pancasila student profile is a translation of Indonesia's national education goals to build the character and competence of students. Global diversity is one dimension of the Pancasila student profile. This dimension has four elements and 11 sub-elements. In elements 1) knowing and appreciating the culture and 2) communication and interaction between cultures, English plays an important role because these two elements contain a global or international context. By applying a mixed method and taking as many as 100 research subjects from three study programs (PPKn, Economics Education, and English Language Education) at a private university in Bojonegoro Regency in November 2022, this study aims to investigate students' perceptions of the role of English for strengthening global diversity in the profiles of Pancasila students. Data on the students’ perceptions were collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews. Students' positive perceptions of English will accelerate the competency achievement of Pancasila student profiles on the global diversity dimension. The results of the study indicated that students have positive and negative perceptions of English. However, they have a positive perception of the role of English in strengthening the global diversity dimension in the profiles of Pancasila students. University plays vital roles in developing the positive students’ perceptions. Keywords: Pancasila student profile, global diversity, student’s perception Abstrak: Profil pelajar Pancasila merupakan bentuk penerjemahan tujuan pendidikan nasional Indonesia untuk membangun karakter serta kompetensi peserta didik. Berkebhinekaan global adalah salah satu dimensi pada profil pelajar Pancasila. Dimensi ini memiliki 4 elemen dan 11 sub-elemen. Pada elemen 1) mengenal dan menghargai budaya dan 2) komunikasi dan interaksi antar budaya, bahasa Inggris memegang peranan penting karena kedua elemen ini mengandung konteks global/internasional. Dengan menerapkan mixed method dan mengambil subyek penelitian sebanyak 100 mahasiswa dari 3 program studi (PPKn, Pendidikan Ekonomi, dan Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris) di sebuah universitas swasta di Kabupaten Bojonegoro pada bulan November 2022, penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi persepsi mahasiswa tentang peran bahasa Inggris untuk penguatan kebhinekaan global dalam profil pelajar Pancasila. Data persepsi mahasiswa diperoleh dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner dan melakukan interview. Persepsi positif mahasiswa terhadap bahasa Inggris akan mengakselerasi capaian kompetensi profil pelajar Pancasila pada dimensi berkebhinekaan global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa memiliki persepsi positif dan negative terhadap bahasa Inggris. Akan tetapi, mereka memiliki persepsi positif pada peran bahasa Inggris untuk memperkuat dimensi berkebhinekaan global pada profil pelajar Pancasila. Perguruan tinggi memegang peran penting untuk membentuk persepsi positif mahasiswa.  Kata kunci: profil pelajar Pancasila, berkebhinekaan global, persepsi mahasiswa
