<![CDATA[This study aims to: 1) analyze the differences in student learning motivation using the blended learning method and students who do not use the blended learning method, 2) analyze the differences in student motivation before and after the application of the blended learning method. This type of research is a quasi-experimental. The population of this research is all students of class XI SMA N 1 Salimpaung which is divided into two majors, namely science and social studies. The research sample was 58 students which were divided into 29 students in the control group and 29 students in the experimental group. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire given before and after treatment. The data obtained were analyzed and tested with the Mann-Whitney U test and paired sample t-test. Using SPSS version 20. The results show that 1) there is a significant difference between the learning motivation of students who use the blended learning method and students who do not use the blended learning method, 2) there are differences in the average learning motivation of students before and after the application of the blended learning method.Keywords : learning motivation1, blended learning2 , quasi experiment3]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of GRDP, poverty, and population on HDI in East Java Province in 2017-2021 both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method with panel data regression using the Eviews 10 program. In interpreting the data using the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The F-test shows that GRDP, poverty and population have a significant effect on HDI. Whereas in the t-test, GRDP has a positive and significant effect on HDI, poverty has a negative and significant effect on HDI, population size has a positive and significant effect on HDI. The results of these findings imply that it is important to pay attention to and strive for an increase in GRDP, the role of the government in poverty alleviation must also be continuously pursued and improved because these two things contribute to increasing the HDI. In addition, the government also needs to pay attention to the large population that needs to be balanced with employment because the number of people absorbed as labor will get income that can be used to improve the quality of life of the population.]]>

<![CDATA[The emergence of the COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative influence on education. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of the use of e-learning and self-regulated learning on student achievement at the Faculty of Economic. Universitas Negeri Padang This is quantitative research with a descriptive method. Questionnaires and documentation are used to collect data. The proportional random sampling technique was used in this research, with a total sample size of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The findings of this study show that : 1) The use of e-learning has a positive and significant effect on self-regulated learning, 2) The use of e-learning has a positive and significant effect on student achievement, 3) Self-regulated learning has a positive and significant effect on student achievement. <![CDATA[The study aims to analyze how the influence of succession on the sustainability of family businesses in Payakumbuh City. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses primary and secondary data with data sources coming from people who have family businesses in Payakumbuh City. The analytical method used is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA).The results of the analysis show that the social responsibility variable has no significant effect on the sustainability of the family business in Payakumbuh city. The succession variable has no significant effect on the sustainability of the family business in Payakumbuh. This happens because the sample in this study is still a lot of family businesses or new SMEs in Payakumbuh City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study intends to certain the impact of content marketing and electronic word of mouth on Padang City residents’ decisions to purchase Vaseline hand & body lotion products. Reseacrh of this kind is casual research of this kind reaserch. The inhabitants 0f Padang City who have purchase and witnessed content marketing for Vaseline hand & body lotion good make up the study’s population. Using the Chocran formula and the purposive sampling method, the number of samples out of a total of 100 samples is determined. The information used was gathered by the distribution of questionnaires to residents of Padang City that had predetermined parameters. Using SPSS 22 as the analytical tool, descriptive and inductive analyses were performed. The findings demonstrated that content marketing and electronic word of mouth both had a substantial and positive impact on consumers’ decisions to buy products. Electronic word of mouth also had a strong and positive impact on consumers’ decisions to buy products.]]>

<![CDATA[PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk is the government's largest airline company, experienced irregularities in its 2018 financial statements which were published stating a profit, while the previous quarter's financial statements reported a loss. This irregularity reaped a polemic which ended with a sanction from the OJK in the form of a fine and the need to restate financial statements. The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia, Tbk after the restatement using the Du Pont System analysis so that the causes of the ups and downs of the ROE, ROI, NPM and TATO variables as components of the analysis are known, so that the company can prepare the type of strategy taken to avoid severity. The results of the study found that the financial performance of PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk is in an unhealthy condition.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the effect of 1) Personality Traits on Financial Literacy of Economic Education Students 2) Personality Traits on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Economic Education Students 3) Financial Literacy on Entrepreneurial Intentions of Economics Education Students. This is a quantitative research with a causative approach. The technique of sampling is proportional random sampling and the number of sample is 85 students economic education . The data used are secondary and primary data. The data was collected using documentation and questionnaires. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of financial knowledge on personal financial management among students of Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Padang. The research was done in the form of causative research. The participants in this study are students of Faculty of Economics at Universitas Negeri Padang. Sampling is done using a simple random sampling technique. Research instruments are in the form of questionnaires for personal financial management variables, tests for financial knowledge variables. This study used descriptive analysis and induction analysis that had previously used the analysis prerequisite test. The data produced were analyzed using a partial test (t-test). The results showed that financial knowledge did not have a significant effect on the personal financial management of students of the Faculty of Economics, Padang State University. In this case, students should be able to manage their finances better and be able to apply their financial knowledge.]]>

<![CDATA[This research purposes to identify and analysis the learning outcomes and soft skills on work readiness effect of 12th grade students of state vocational high school at the marketing expertise program in Padang for the academic year 2019/2020. The research population were 104 students of class 12th marketing expertise program in Padang for the academic year 2019/2020. The technique for data analysis used is analysis by path. The research results show that 1) Soft skills have a effect in positive and significant on learning outcomes of 12th state vocational high school grade students of marketing expertise program in Padang for the 2019/2020 academic year, 2) Learning outcomes have a effect in positive and significant on the work readiness of 12th grade students of state vocational high school of marketing expertise program in Padang for the 2019/2020 academic year, and 3) Soft skills have a effect in positive contribution and significant on work readiness of 12th grade students of state vocational high school of marketing expertise program in Padang for the academic year 2019/2020.]]>
