Abstract

This study aims to find out to determine increase students' speed before using the application and after using the Typing Master application in the OTKP major at SMK Nusatama Padang, and improving students' typing accuracy before using the application and after using the Typing Master application in the OTKP major at SMK Nusatama Padang. This type of research is class action research (CAR). The research design used consisted of several cycle stages starting from the Pretest, Cycle I, Cycle II, and Posttest. This research was conducted on 19 students of class X OTKP 2 SMK Nusatama Padang. The instruments used are observation sheets and assessment sheets. Data collection techniques use observation, tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The criterion for success in this research was the total number of students who passed the specified typing target, namely 70%, or as many as 14 students graduated from a total of 19 students with a speed of 80 cpm and 90% accuracy. Based on the results of each cycle there was an average increase in the number of students who reached the target, namely in Cycle I 73.68%, Cycle II 68.42%, Cycle III 73.68%, and Posttest 78.94%. That way it can be concluded that the use of the Typing Master application to increase the typing speed of class X OTKP 2 students is declared acceptable.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to investigate the influence of Adversity Quotient and Personal Attitude on Entrepreneurship Interest in Economics Education students. This study's population consisted of 216 students enrolled in Economics Education at Padang State University's Faculty of Economics in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021. This study employed Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling as its sampling method. The data used are both primary and secondary. The data gathering tool used is a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, analysis precondition test, multiple regression, T test, F test, and determinant coefficient were employed in data analysis. The sesult of this research is student's interest in entrepreneurship will be high if student has a positive view of what they are doing, this view will lead someone to be able to maintain or continue his interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The aims of this study were to determine how advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion influenced purchasing decisions at Rawit Indah Supermarkets in Pasaman District, West Pasaman Regency. This research approach is a quantitative research with a causative research type. The population of this research is all consumers who have shopped at Rawit Supermarkets. Using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 97 people. As well, descriptive data analysis techniques and inductive analysis. The result of this research, (1) advertising, personal selling, and sales promotion variables all have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) advertising variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) individual sales variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and (4) sales promotion variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Dkandang Amazing Farm is a brand that represents the products of CV Sawangan Dairy Farm. The products sold are goods and services. The service product offered by Dkandang is educational tourism. The existence of educational tours creates new value in offering products that are at CV Sawangan Dairy Farm. However, in implementing tour package activities, there are several obstacles, such as congestion in some activities so that the tour packages become hampered and the activities are not on time from the specified time. This study aims to analyze the activities of tour packages with the Line of Balance method. Researchers took samples by asking directly for data owned by the Tourism team for further analysis. For the first step, the data is processed in a planning S Curve to be re-analyzed to find activities that experience delays in tour package activities. Next, a Logic Diagram explains the sequence of activities from start to finish. The last step is to make a Line of Balance Diagram. The results show that the S curve can analyze the problems in tour package activities. In addition, a Line of Balance can be used to evaluate schedules or make plans for tour package activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy on independent learning. The sample of this research is 217 students. Collecting data using a questionnaire. This type of research is quantitative research. The method of data analysis is in the form of descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, hypothesis testing. It can be concluded if there is a significant influence between self-efficacy on student learning independence. Self-efficacy has a positive impact on independent learning. While 57% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

In order to create public welfare and be able to enhance community welfare, the government must be able to manage the available resources.  This study was conducted to determine the impact of government spending and budget management on the income of residents in Simalungun Regency. Data were gathered for this study using the purposive sampling technique to obtain secondary data for each variable. Multiple linear regression is the data analysis method employed, and the F test and t test are used to examine the significance of the effect jointly. The partial regression coefficients are tested using the t test. The heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test were all performed as part of the standard assumption test.   The results of this study demonstrate that budget management and government expenditure have a positive and significant impact on people's incomes concurrently and in part. In this study, these two variables correctly predicted the income of Simalungun Regency residents 96% of the time, with the remaining 4% being influenced by additional variables not included in the research model.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Character Education, Learning Creativity and Learning Motivation on Student Achievement in terms of Knowledge and Attitude Values partially and simultaneously as well as the most influential variables. The population is all class XI SMAS Darul Falah Enrekang. Data collection uses a sample selection technique with a non-probability sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria, the sample processed was 64 people who studied Economics with the data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS software ver.22.The results of this study indicate that character education, learning creativity and learning motivation partially and simultaneously have a positive effect and the variable character education has the most dominant effect on student learning achievement in terms of knowledge and attitude values in economics subjects.

Abstract

This study aim to compare learning outcomes in Class XI SMAN 1 Pantai Cermin using the Quizizz Aplication-assisted Discovery Learning learning model versus the Conventional learning model. A quasi-experimental design, purposive sampling technique, instrument testing, gain score, validity, reliability, different test questions, and level of difficulty were all used in the study. Data collection and documentation, as well as learning outcomes tests This study's population was class XI IPS SMA N 1 Pantai Cermin, with samples XI IPS 3 for the experimental class and XI IPS 2 for the control class. The paired sample t-test and independent sample t-test analysis methods were used. The study found that there are differences in student learning outcomes when using the Quizizz Aplication assisted Discovery Learning learning model versus traditional methods.

Abstract

This study objective to find out the influence of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on employee performance at Bank Nagari Bukittinggi. Sample from this study were 87 respondents who were employees of Bank Nagari Bukittinggi Branch. Based on the partial t test, it can be seen that the job satisfaction variable has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the conclusion is that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The organizational commitment variable has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the conclusion is that the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on the simultaneous f test, it is obtained a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the conclusion is that job satisfaction and organizational commitment as a whole have a significant effect on employee performance. The amount of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 91.3%, the remaining 8.7% is influenced by variables other than the research model.
