<![CDATA[The PSBB policy implemented by the government to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic resulted in a decline in company performance in the transportation sub-sector, resulting in a very drastic decrease in profits during the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation will make it difficult for the company to experience financial distress and even bankruptcy. This study objective is to analyze the bankruptcy of transportation companies listed on the IDX before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sample used in this study consisted of 40 companies listed on the Stock Exchange with a purposive sampling method. Annual financial report data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is the Altman Z-Score analysis using the third model formula for non-manufacturing companies. Based on this research, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the potential of bankruptcy of the transportation sub-sector companies before and during the covid-19 pandemic, this is proven by the Wilcoxon test results show a probability value < 0.05 or 0.043 < 0.05. Transportation sub-sector companies have the potential to go bankrupt during the covid-19 pandemic, this is proven by the average Z-Score of transportation companies which has decreased from -0.3458 to -1.2840 during the covid-19 pandemic. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of achievement motivation and teacher teaching style on learning achievement, determine the effect of achievement motivation on learning achievement, and determine the effect of teacher teaching style on learning achievement. The sample of this study were 92 students of class XI IPS SMAN 2 Pariaman. data collection using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis, f test, t test and R2. Based on the hypothesis t test, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between achievement motivation and teacher teaching style on learning achievement. there is an influence of achievement motivation on learning achievement and there is an influence of teacher teaching style on student achievement. The variable of achievement motivation and teaching style of teachers has an influence of 51%, while 49% is influenced by other variables. Keywords : achievement motivation, teacher teaching style]]>

<![CDATA[This study object to examine the effect of the hedonism shopping motivation dimension on impulse buying of fashion products online on Facebook in Padang City. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were women with certain criteria and had purchased fashion products without a plan on Facebook in Padang City. Samples were taken using the Cochran formula with 97 respondents and selected by purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results of this study indicate that: 1) shopping adventures have a significant effect on impulse buying of fashion products online on Facebook in Padang City, 2) social shopping has a significant effect on impulse buying of fashion products online. online on Facebook in Padang City, 3) shopping gratification has a significant effect on impulse buying of fashion products online on Facebook in Padang City, 4) shopping ideas have a significant effect on impulse buying of fashion products online on Facebook in Padang City, 5) the role of shopping has an effect significantly to impulse buying of fashion products online on Facebook in Padang City, 6) the value of shopping has no significant effect on impulse buying of fashion products online on Facebook in Padang City.Keywords: impulse buying and hedonism shopping motivation]]>

<![CDATA[The corona virus outbreak has an impact on decreasing income for culinary business. Knowing and analyzing the mediating role of innovation work behaior on the effect of work engagement and physical work environment on the performance of all Vosco Group employees is the main objective of this study. A total of 37 respondents have filled out the questionnaire without exception, employees from the Vosco Group culinary business: Vosco Coffee Malang, Vosco Coffee Heritage, Fry N Shake by Vosco Coffee, and Kim Jong Yum Korean BBQ. The quantitative data was finally analyzed in depth through PLS-analysis with SmartPLS-3.3.5 software. The results are quite surprising because all hypotheses are accepted and it is proven that innovation work behavior has an important role as a mediator of the effect of work engagement and physical work environment on employee performance. Further research is recommended to review and differentiate each café and to examine how to grow innovation work behavior in passive employees.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims.to examines the effect of product quality and word of mouth on repurchase interest and purchase decisions as mediate variables on Universitas Negeri Padang Students using Maxim application. This research conducted by quantitative (causal) method. Purposive sampling and Cochran formulation were use in this research. Total sample was 97 respondents. This research used primary data with spreading questionnaire to students at Universitas Negeri Padang who had using Maxim apps. SEM PLS 3.0 analysis also used in this research. SEM PLS analysis showed that : 1) Product quality didn’t have any significant impact on repurchase interest. 2) Word of Mouth had a significant impact on repurchase interest. 3) Product quality had a significant impac on purchase decisions. 4) Word of Mouth had a significant impact on purchase decisions. 5) Purchase decisions had a significant impact on repurchase interest. 6) Product quality gave a significant impact on repurchase interest mediated by purchase decisions. 7) Word of Mouth didn’t have any significant impact on repurchase interest mediated by purchase decisions. <![CDATA[This study object to determine the effect of service quality and company image on behavior intention through satisfaction as an intervening variable for PT. Lion Mentari Airlines customers in the city of Padang. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study is the people of the city of Padang who have used the Lion Air airline. and the determination of the number of samples using the Cochran formula as many as 97 samples. The study used a purposive sampling technique. The data used were primary data types obtained through distributing questionnaires to the people of the city of Padang with predetermined criteria. The analytical method used is path analysis using SPSS 21.The results show that (1) service quality has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (2) company image has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction, (3) service quality has a significant and positive effect on behavior intention, (4) company image has a significant and positive effect. on behavior intention, (5) customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on behavior intention, (6) company image has a significant and positive effect on behavior intention through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, (7) company image has a significant and positive effect on behavior intention through customer satisfaction as an intervention variable.Keywords : service quality, corporate image, customer satisfaction and behavior intention]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee satisfaction and performance. There are several articles that have explored the creation of satisfaction and performance in organizations. This study was conducted at the North Makassar II Samsat Office. Sampling uses total sampling, which draws the entire population of 65 respondents (employees). The research analysis technique uses structural equation modeling (SEM) with the help of partial least squares (PLS). The results of direct hypothesis testing show that work facilities have a significant effect on satisfaction and performance, work-life balance is significant on satisfaction but not significant on performance, for work discipline has no significant effect on satisfaction but has a significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, the indirect hypothesis shows that job satisfaction is significantly positive mediating the effect of work-life balance on performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the variables of work facilities and work discipline on employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The main purpose from this study is to investigates (1) the effect of cooperative education and the quality of cooperative services on member involvement. (2) to ascertain the influence of cooperative education. (3) to ascertain the influence of cooperative service quality on KSP membership at KPN Depdikbudcam South Padang. This is known as ex-post facto research. The population of this study were all 39 members. The sampling technique employed in this study was census sampling or total sampling, which meant that the complete population was used as the research sample, resulting in a total sample size of 39 persons. Techniques for data collecting include questionnaires and documentation. (1) Cooperative education is critical for member engagement in KSP at KPN Depdikbudcam South Padang, according to the findings of this study. (2) concurrently, the cooperative service quality influences member involvement, and partially (t-test), the cooperative service quality does not affect member participation significantly.
