Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction (a case study in the rolling division at KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang). Method used is quantitative research. The number of samples was 92 respondents who were permanent employees at KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang using random sampling techniques and uses questionnaire data collection techniques, interviews, documentation and observation. In data analysis using statistical methods using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed: (1) motivation has an effect on job satisfaction of KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang employees, (2) The work environment has an effect on employee job satisfaction at KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang, (3) motivation and work environment influence job satisfaction. employees at KSU PERDULA Ngoro Jombang. Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health Systems and the Physical Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Muhammadiyah Hospital in Jombang. The method used in this research is quantitative research method and uses an associative approach the result showed that : (1) Occupational Safety and Health have partial effect on the Performance of Employees of Jombang Muhammadiyah Hospital, (2) The Physical Work Environment has partial effect on Performance of Employees of the Muhammadiyah Jombang Hospital, (3) Occupational Safety Health Physical Work Environment simultaneously influence the Performance of Employees of the Jombang Muhammadiyah Hospital.  Keywords: Occupational Health Safety; Physical Work Environment; Employee Performance

Abstract

SAE Pujon Milk Cooperative in one of the major dairy producers in Malang Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and brand image on consumer purchasing decisions of processed milk in the SAE Pujon Milk Cooperative. This type of research isverification or quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who buy and consume dairy. The number ofsamples is 30 respondents using multiple linier regression. This research uses descriptive quantitative analysis and statistical analysis which is used to determine the direct relation between variable product quality, brand image, and purchase decision. Research results show that (1) product quality influence partially on purchasing decisions in dairy consumers in SAE Dairy Cooperative (2) brand image influence partially on purchasing decisions to consumers of processed milk in the SAE Pujon Coorperative (3) product quality and brand image jointly influence the purchasing decisions of consumers of processed milk in the SAE Pujon Milk Cooperative.  Keywords: Product Quality; Brand Image; Purchase Decision

Abstract

This research was aimed to know the effect brand awareness and product quality towards a purchase decision in PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo (A Case Study in consumer PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo). This type of research was quantitative research. The population in this research were consumer PT. Anugrah Cipta Interindo. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 40 respondents as a sample. The results showed that: (1) Brand Awareness has a positive and significant effect towards a Purchase Decision (2) Product Quality has a positive and significant effect towards a Purchase Decision (3) Brand Awareness and Product Quality have a simultaneous effect towards a Purchase Decision. Abstract

Thiss study aims to find out the effectof work training anddwork environment onn employee performance in PT. Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari Jombang. Themethod and used in this study is quantitative, the sample in this study was takeen by 60 respondent usiing the questionnaire distribution method using the saturated sampling technique. The results show that : (1) work training has no positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT Maan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Lestari Jombang, (2) Work environment partially positive and significant effect on employee performance variables in PT Maan Ghodaaqo Shiddiq Lestari Jombang, (3) work training and work environment have a simultaneous effect onemployee performaance in PT.iMaan Ghodaqo Shiddiq Leestari Jombang. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) and work environment on the work productivity of employees CV Surya Kencana Food. This research is quantitative research using causal or causal approach. Data collection using research instruments, data analysis is statistical, with the intention to describe and test hypotheses. The population in this study was a permanent employee of CV Surya Kencana Food. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 57 respondents as samples. The results showed that: (1) occupational safety and health (K3) has no partial and significant effect on employee work productivity (2) the work environment has a partial and significant effect on employee work productivity (3) occupational safety and health (K3) and the work environment simultaneously affects employee work productivity.  Keywords : Occupational Safety and Health (K3);Work Environment; Employee Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment and organizational culture on the work productivity of PT. Nusantara X Ajong Gayasan Plantation, Jember Regency. This research is quantitative research. To answer the objectives of the study, the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. To find out whether the hypothesis is rejected or accepted in this study, the t-test and f-test are used. To determine the percentage of the dependent variable caused by the independent variable, the coefficient of determination (R2) is used. The population in this study were employees of PT. Nusantara X Ajong Gayasan Plantation, Jember Regency. The sample was determined by saturated sampling and obtained 40 respondents as a sample. The results showed that: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity (2) Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee work productivity (3) Organizational commitment and organizational culture have a simultaneous effect on employee work productivity. Abstract

This research is quantitative research with a causal approach. The population used is all permanent employees of CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung. Sampling technique using saturated sampling with the number of samples as many as 39 employees. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Classical assumption tests include normality tests, heteroskedasticity tests, and multicollinearity tests, coefficients of determination to determine how much influence independent variables have on dependent variables, as well as multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove research hypotheses. The results of the t (partial) test study showed that the recruitment system (X1) had a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) on the CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung and the work environment (X2) have a positive and significant influence on employee performance (Y) on CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung. The results of the F (simultaneous) test study showed the results that the recruitment system (X1) and the work environment (X2) as a whole had a simultaneous and significant effect on employee performance (Y) on the CV.Wahana Karya Jaya Mojoagung.  Keywords: Recruitment system; Work environment; Employee Performance

Abstract

The research concerning the influence of price, halal label, and product quality on a purchasing decisionsfor Hni-Hpai’s herbal product Kanigoro Hamlet, Puton Village, Diek, Jombang aimed to discover the influence of one variable on another. Using a multiple linear analysis supported by qualitative analysis. The approach used in this study was quantitative using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 80 people. The result of the study showed that (1)there was an influence of a price on a purchasing decisions for Hni-Hpai products, Hamlet Kanigoro, Puton Village, Diwek, Jombang which could be seen from the t-test of 2.380 with a significant value of 0.020 (2) Halal Label on product’s purchasing decisions Hni-Hpai Kanigoro Hamlet, Puton Village, Diwek, Jombang was 2.134 with a significant 0.036 (3) Produk Quality on a purchasing decisions Hni-Hpai product Kanigoro Hamlet, Puton Village, Diwek, Jombangwa 6.256 with a significant 0.000 (4) Price, halal label, product quality simultaneously influenced the purchasing decision which was 120.628.                                 Keywords: Price; Halal Label; Product Quality; Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Research analysis of the influence of online customer reviews and ratings on the interest in online purchases shopee on the students of pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Seblak. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection was conducted by disseminating questionnaires on 60 respondens. The results of this study stated that online customer review and rating each had a significant positive effect on purchase interest judging by the results of the t test which stated the value of online variable thitung customer review 2,419 > ttabel of 1.6715 and signification value of 0.019 < 0.05 then the value of variable thitung rating of 13.792 > ttabel of 1.05 6715 and signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. Online customer review and rating together positively and significantly influenced the purchase interest judging by the f test result which stated the Fhicalc value of 94,405 > Ftabel of 3.16 and signification value of 0.000 < 0.05. The hypothesis in this study is acceptable, therefore online customer reviews and ratings are included in the important factors that influence the interest in purchasing.  Keywords: Online Customer Review; Rating and Purchase Interests
