Abstract

In achieving the company's main objectives seen from the ability and achievement of employee performance. This achievement involves emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence at work. Studies of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on performance have been carried out by many researchers before, but the results obtained vary greatly. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study and analyze the results of previous studies in the field of industrial organizations, which are related to the meta-analysis study approach. The meta-analysis study was conducted by reviewing 16 studies based on the results of the selection of the correlation value r, the reliability coefficient, the characteristics of the research subjects, and were the primary studies. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done, empirically the results of literature studies with this meta-analysis are able to answer while convincing researchers that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence are the most important things in increasing their participation in decision making and can create an active work atmosphere.

Abstract

Article investigate the influence of competence on performance, competence on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on performace, and competence on performance through job satisfaction. The literature study were based on empirical studies from any national and international journals. Data collected by using a search engine methods. The results suggest that competence has positive significant effect on performance, competence has positive significant effect on job satisfaction,job satisfaction has positive significant effect on performace, and competence has positive significant effect on job satisfaction through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support on employee performance through employee engagement. Literature studies are based on 15 national and international journal and data are collected using search engine methods. The results showed that perceived organizational support have a positive effect on employee performance and employee engagement plays an important role in supporting this influence. If the perceived organizational support is high it will add to the employee’s engagement and will had a positive on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of job crafting, work engagement and job satisfaction. This literature study is based on 20 empirical studies from national and international journals. Data is collected using a search engine. The results showed that job crafting had a positive relationship with work engagement and job satisfaction. This shows that the higher the job crafting done by the employee, the higher the work engagement. Job crafting has an important role to the level of job satisfaction of employees, because by doing crafting will make it easier for employees to complete their work. if, the higher the job crafting and employees' sense of engagement in the work, it will give employees a sense of satisfaction in completing work. Through job satisfaction, employees will tend to do crafting in their work that can simplify and improve their ability to work so as to increase work engagement with employees.

Abstract

Modjopanggong sugar factory is a company engaged in the sugar industry engaged in the field of sugar cane milling (making sugar) which is the locomotive of the regional and national economy.This study aims to determine the effectthe effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee work productivity at PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method and uses a causal or causal approach. The total sample of 136 employees using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire.Hypothesis test uses t test, R test and F test. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work Motivation has a partial effect on employee work productivityin PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung Work discipline has a partial effect on work productivity in PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung (3) Work motivation and work discipline simultaneously influence work productivity in PG Modjopanggoong Tulungagung.

Abstract

This study aims of the efect perceived organizational support and work motivation on work productivity (case study on Bale Tani Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method and uses an associative analysis aproach. The results of the study show that: (1) Perception of Organizational Support has a partial and simultaneous influence on employee work productivity in Wisata Bale Tani Jombang Tourism, which means that if organizational support is given well, employee productivity will increase or vice versa, if organizational support decreases, employee productivity will also decrease. (2) Work motivation has a partial effect on the work productivity of employees of Bale Tani Jombang Tourism. This means that work motivation is influential to increase employee productivity. (3) The perception of organizational support and work motivation has a joint (simultaneous) influnce on the work productvity of employes of Wisata Bale Tani Jombang. This means that the perception of organiztional support and work moivation together contribute to increasing work productivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the presence or absence of influence between sense, feel, think, act, and relate to customer satisfaction at Mulyo Redjo Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method and uses a causal or causal approach. With a sample size of 100 respondents is using non probability sampling techniques through the Purposive Sampling method. The results of the study show that: (1) Sense partially influences customer satisfaction at Warung Lesehan Mulyo Redjo Jombang, (2) Feel has no partial effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Lesehan Mulyo Redjo Jombang, (3) Think partially influences customer satisfaction at Warung Lesehan Mulyo Redjo Jombang, (4) Act partially influences customer satisfaction at Warung Lesehan Mulyo Redjo Jombang, (5) Relate does not have a partial effect on customer satisfaction at Warung Lesehan Mulyo Redjo Jombang, (6) Sense, feel, think, act, and relate simultaneously affect customer satisfaction at Warung Lesehan Mulyo Redjo Jombang.

Abstract

PT. Rukun Bersama Sentosa Kediri merupakann perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidangmakanan dan minuman ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhbudaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. RukunBersama Sentosa Kediri. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metodepenelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan kausal atau sebab akibat. Jumlahsampel sebanyak 128 karyawan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah di uji melalui uji kualitas data, ujiasumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji dan membuktikanhipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Budaya organisasiberpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Rukun BersamaSentosa Kediri, (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawanpada PT. Rukun Bersama Sentosa Kediri, (3) Budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerjaberpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Rukun BersamaSentosa Kediri.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi danorganizational citizenship behavior terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Rukun BersamaSentosa Kediri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian iniadalah seluruh karyawan PT. Rukun Bersama Sentosa Kediri. Sampel ditentukan dengansimple random sampling dan memperoleh 128 responden sebagai sampel. The goals on the observation where examine any impact between works environment anddisciplin toward employesed performances of this company on Tirta Kencana RegionalWater Supply in Jombang Regency. This used quantitative research methods and causalapproach. The number off samples was 54 employees and was using questionnaire asdata collectionss techniques.
