Abstract

Sabun mandi merupakan salah satu produk yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap konsumen, sehingga hal ini menyebabkan produksi sabun mandi menjadi sangat tinggi dan persaingan yang sangat ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun Lifebuoy. Objek penelitian ini adalah santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Khoiriyah Hasyim Seblak Diwek Jombang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling pada 168 siswa.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun Lifebuoy pada santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Khoiriyah Hasyim. (2) Kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian sabun pelampung pada santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Khoiriyah Hasyim. (3) Harga dan kualitas produk berhubungan secara simultan dan signifikan dengan keputusan pembelian sabun Lifebuoy pada santri Pondok Pesantren Salafiyah Syafi'iyah Al-Khoiriyah Hasyim. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of price and product completeness on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted quantitatively, with a causal type. The population of this research is buyers in B2 Variasi Motor Jombang. Hypothesis testing uses the t test and f test, and uses the R2 test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) Price partially affects the Purchase Decision, resulting in a probability value of 0.00. 2) Product completeness partially affects the purchasing decision resulting in a probability value of 0.00. 3). Meanwhile, price and product completeness have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, with a probability value of 0.00. Keywords: Price, Product Completeness, Buying Decision

Abstract

Astra infra solution is one unit group pt .Astra toll nusantara working in the area of management toll road. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation intrinsic and motivation extrinsic on performance of employees of Astra Infra Solution Mojokerto. This research used the quantitative method with an associative approach to causal relationships with the sample of the 35 respondents .meanwhile, the sampling technique used probability sampling with simple random sampling. There are two independent variables in this study, namely  intrinsic motivation and also extrinsic motivation, while the dependent variable is employee performance. In the instrument test using the validity and reliability test, the data analysis method uses multiple linier regression of analysis with the  t test ,F test and R2 .The result of this study indicate that the intrinsic motivation variable partially has a positive influence on employees performance. Meanwhile, extrinsic motivation partially has a negative effect on employee performance. And the simultaneous test result of the variables intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation have a significant effect on employee performance (simultaneously) Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation; Extrinsic Motivation; Employee Performance

Abstract

The lifestyle changingwhich affect the changingof shopping behavior in communities in urban areas makes retail shopsattracting consumers in droves by changing their marketing strategies. TOP Bangunan relies on the store atmosphere and their product diversity to increase the sales volume. Theaim of this study is to analyze the influence of the store atmosphere and their product diversity towardthe impulse buying which is a case study on TOP Bangunan. This study used quantitative data analysiswith survey data collection techniques (observation). It used primary data which is obtained from questionnaires containing 36 statement items. The population in this study was all consumers of TOP Bangunan who did the impulse buying. The sample in this study was 50 respondents by using purposive sampling technique which has some requirement, a respondent who filled out the questionnaire mustdo the  impulse buying at TOP Bangunanfor more than 17 years. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS 23. The results showed that: (1) the store atmosphere partially influences the impulse buying towardsthe consumers of TOP Bangunan  (2) the product diversity partially influences the impulse buying towardsthe consumers of TOP Bangunan, and(3) the store atmosphere and product diversity simultaneously influence the impulse buying towardsthe consumers of TOP Bangunan. Abstract

Sugar factory Pesantren Baru Kediri is a company engaged in the sugar industry engaged in sugar cane milling (sugar manufacture) which is the locomotive of the regional and national economy. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work stress on employee job satisfaction at PG Pesantren Baru Kediri. This research method is a quantitative method with a causal approach. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested using data quality tests, classical assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all permanent employees at PG. Pesantren Baru Kediri, amounting to 195 employees.The sample in this study amounted to 13 employees who were determined using simple random sampling technique using the sample size formula Sugiyono (2017) The results showed that (1) The work environment has a partial effect on employee job satisfaction (2) Job stress has a partial effect on satisfaction Employee work (3) Work environment and work stress simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction at PG Pesantren Baru Kediri. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan munculnya berbagai butik dan toko pakaian di berbagai kota seluruh Indonesia yang mengakibatkan persaingan lebih terasa, membuat masyarakat menjadi konsumtif karena didukung dengan sarana belanja yang memadai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement terhadap impulse buying. Obyek dari penelitian ini adalah konsumen toko pakaian Dhyhijab Jombang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 100 konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian di toko pakaian Dhyhijab Jombang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) shopping lifestyle berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap impulse buying pada konsumen toko pakaian Dhyhijab Jombang (2) fashion involvement berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap impulse buying pada konsumen toko pakaian Dhyhijab Jombang (3) shopping lifestyle dan fashion involvement secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap impulse buying pada konsumen toko pakaian Dhyhijab Jombang. Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) sebagai salah satu perusahaan perbankan yang kegiatannya lebih sempit dibandingkan dengan kegiatan Bank umum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan fasilitas dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan nasabah BPR Jombang Cabang Ngoro. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 karyawan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji Hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji R dan uji F . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial fasilitas memberikan pengaruh (signifikan) terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial memiliki pengaruh (signifikan) terhadap kepuasan nasabah Secara simultan variabel fasilitas dan kualitas layanan juga berpengaruh (signifikan) terhadap kepuasan nasabah BPR Jombang Cabang Ngoro. Abstract

Customer satisfaction in using services or services is influenced by price. The appeal of products or services cannot be released from prices such as money, time, cognitive activity, behavioral efforts, value and pricing. Prices are often used as a value indicator if the price is linked to a perceived benefit on an item or service. The producers or sellers strive to fulfill their needs and wishes and provide maximum satisfaction to the consumer. Customer satisfaction in using services or services is influenced by the price and quality of service. This research is done with quantitative, Data used primary and secondary data, research samples as many as 30 subscribers, The study used multiple linear regression analyses. The testing technique in this study is validity and reliability test, while the data analysis technique uses classical assumption test (normality test, heteroskedastisity, Multicolonierity, autocorrelation, Linieritas), while hypothesis test is T test, F test and coefficient of determination.. The results showed that: (1) The price has significant effect on customer satisfaction at Jasa Ekspedisi Krian. (2) Service quality has significant effect on customer satisfaction Jasa Ekspedisi Krian  (3) The price and quality of service are simultaneously influential for customer satisfaction Jasa Ekspedisi Krian. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of high-performance work systems on employee engagement and employee resilience and also the effect of employee engagement on employee resilience. Literature studies are based on 23 international journals and data are collected using search engine methods. The results showed that high-performance work systems have a positive effect on employee engagement and employee resilience and employee resilience plays an important role in supporting this influence. If high performance work systems (HPWS) is implemented properly, the factors that influence it are considered, and there is a balance between the goals of the employee and the organization, then employee participation is in line with the company’s goals in building a superior company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine job demand, employee performance, and burnout. This study uses a literature study research method with a number of journals from previous researchers, and gets results that demand for work has a positive effect on burnout. This shows that job demand can cause fatigue with different initial syndromes according to the level of job demand received by each individual. Job requests have a negative effect on employee performance. The demand for work experienced can trigger individuals to implement their own potential. If job demands are not managed properly, it can worsen performance, so skills and ability training is needed to improve employee performance. Burnout has a negative effect on performance. Burnout experienced can be controlled because each individual has the ability or competence. Job demand has a positive effect on employee performance through fatigue. This means that burnout can mediate the direct effect of job demand on employee performance. Limitations in this study are only the literature review so it is necessary to conduct deeper research and analysis related to the variables of job demand, employee performance and fatigue. Looking at the differences and limitations in the results of previous studies, it is possible to examine and conduct further research on the relationship between these variables in future studies. The next research was conducted quantitative research with primary data sources through questionnaires and direct interviews, so as to find out how the relationship between work demand and employee performance through burnout.
