Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the presence or absence of influence between organizational culture and organizational commitment with the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Kencana employees in Jombang Regency. Using a quantitative research method and with a causal or causal approach. The results of the study explained that: (1) organizational culture does not have a partial effect on the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Kencana employees in Jombang Regency, (2) organizational commitment has a partial influence on the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Kencana employees in Jombang Regency, (3) there is a simultaneous influence between cultures organization and organizational commitment to the work productivity of PDAM Tirta Kencana employees in jombang Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on employee performance (a case study in the pelinting section of the ngoro jombang first session). The method used in this study is a quantitative research method and uses an associative analysis approach. The results of the study show that: (1) Job satisfaction has a partial and simultaneous influence on employee performance in KSU Perdula Ngoro Jombang, meaning that if job satisfaction increases, employee performance will also increase or vice versa, if job satisfaction decreases, employee performance will also decrease. (2) Job stress has no effect partially on the performance of KSU Perdula Ngoro Jombang employees, meaning that job stress has no effect on improving employee performance. (3) Job satisfaction and job stress have a joint (simultaneous) effect on the performance of KSU Perdula Ngoro Jombang employees, meaning job satisfaction and job stress together to give n contribution in improving the performance of KSU Perdula Ngoro Jombang employees. So, if job satisfaction and job stress increase, the performance of KSU Perdula employees will also increase, conversely if if job satisfaction and job stress decrease, the performance of KSU Perdula employees will also decrease.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and performance appraisal on the job satisfaction of administrators at the Male of boarding school tebuireng jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method and uses a causal or causal approach. The results showed that: (1) Communication did not influence partially on the job satisfaction of male boarding school tebuireng jombang administrators, (2) Performance evaluation partially influenced job satisfaction of male boarding school tebuireng jombang administrators, (3) Communication and performance appraisal influenced Simultaneous to the job satisfaction of the male boarding school boarder in Jombang.

Abstract

Family conflict and work stress on the performance of the employees of PT. BPR Syari’ah Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang. The method used in this research is quantitative research methods using causal research methods. The result showed that: (1) Work family conflicts are not partial to the perfomance of employees of PT. BPR Syari’ah Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang, (2) Job stress does not require partial impact on the performance of employees of PT. BPR Syari’ah Lantabur Teburieng Jombang, (3) Working family conflicts and work stress are not simultaneous with the performance of the employees of PT. BPR Syari’ah Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the brand image and promotion of the decision of users of online-based transportation service studies in the students of the faculty of Economics, Tebuireng Jombang. The Method used in this research is quantitative research methods and uses purposive sampling technique. This study uses a sample of 100 people who have made decisions on the use of Gojek Services. This studiy uses multiple linear regression analysis. The testing technique in this study is the validity and reability test, while the data analiysis technique uses the classic assumption test (normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, autocorrelation,linearity), while the hypothesis test is the t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The Results showed that brand image and promotion influence user decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on buying interest in Oriflame products (case study of students at Hasyim Asyari University, Jombang). The background of this research is a decrease in the level of sales in various types of products owned by Oriflame products. With various types of cosmetics offered, domestic and foreign products. The independent variable in this study is brand image, quality of product and price while the independent variable is buying interest. The method used in this research is quantitative and uses associative research methods. The number of samples as many as 100 people using purposive sampling techniques. The technique of collecting data uses a questionnaire in order to guarantee validity and reliability. The hypothesis will be issued using multiple regression analysis and the results of this study indicate that Brand Image has a significant effect on the purchase interest of Oriflame products, the quality of the product is significant on the purchase interest of Oriflame products and the price has a significant effect on the purchase interest of Oriflame products. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to investigate the influences of service quality and price toward the customers’ loyalty in PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero), which located in Jombang. The method used in this research is qualitative, by non-probability sampling technique, with 100 respondents. The results show: (1) Service quality in PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) which located in Jombang had been applied well. However, it must be improve to be better for the next services, in order to create positive image of the company itself. (2) The prices in PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) which located in Jombang had been applied well. However, the company must improve the effort to cultivate companys’ vission, mission, and goal to stabilize the fixed price. Company must establish such bonding to all customers by giving prizes to them. (3) Customers’ loyalty of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) which located in Jombang had been applied well. However, the company must pay greater attention to what customers’ need. Keywords: Service quality, Price, Customers’ loyalty . Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas layanan dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Pt. Pos Indonesia (persero) kantor Pos Jombang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualititatif dan menggunakan teknik Non probability sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kualitas layanan pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Jombang sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Namun, pelayanan perlu diberi yang lebih baik lagi dalam kualitas layanan untuk kepentingan perusahaan. (2) Harga pada PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Jombang sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Namun, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan upaya dalam penanaman visi, misi, tujuan perusahaan untuk bisa menstabilkan tarif harga yang telah ditentukan. Perusahaan juga perlu mempererat ikatan dengan para pelanggan dengan cara memberikan hadiah pada pelanggan. (3) Loyalitas pelanggan PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Pos Jombang sudah diterapkan dengan baik. Namun, perusahaan perlu lebih memperhatikan pelanggan dengan apa yang dibutuhkan pelanggan. Abstract

This study aims to determine what things should be improved and improved in targeting potential customer segments in terms of lifestyle which is then adjusted to the price at Pusathijabsyaree online shop surabaya. This research is a quantitative research with the method used is the associative method. The data obtained were obtained from distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents from online customers of Pusathijabsyaree online shop Surabaya by using saturated samples. The results of this study indicate that the lifestyle variable (X1) has no influence on the decision (Y) of purchasing at the online shop Pusathijabsyaree Surabaya. While the price variable (X2) has an influence on purchasing decisions (Y) at the online shop Pusathijabsyaree Surabaya. However, lifestyle variables (X1) and price (X2) together have an influence on purchasing decisions (Y) at the online shop Pusathijabsyaree Surabaya.

Abstract

Good employee performance must be maintained to complete duties and responsibilities for the creation of company goals, where work motivation and organizational commitment are the driving force. This research uses quantitative research and causal types. The population of this research is all employees of PT. BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng in the Jombang area. The tests used are: hypothesis test, classic assumption test, R2 test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that: 1) work motivation partially has no effect on employee performance, resulting in a probability value of 0.143. 2) organizational commitment partially affects employee performance, resulting in a probability value of 0.00. 3). Meanwhile, work motivation and organizational commitment have a simultaneous effect on employee performance, with a probability value of 0.00.

Abstract

 Penelitiannini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Gaya Kepemipinan Terhadap Komitmen Pengurus pada Pondok Pesantren Roudlotul Qur’an Darul Falah III cukir Jombang. Metodel atau metode yang dipakaidalam penelitian ini yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dan memakai pendekatan kausal atau sebab akibat. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan pengurus yang mengabdi pada Pondok Pesantren Roudlotul Qur’an Darul Falah III Cukir Jombang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunkan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 pengurus. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan program SPSS v23. Hasil dari analisa data menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh  terhadap komitmen organisasi..  Kata kunci: Budaya organisasi; Gaya kepemimpinan; Komitmen organiasi
