Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of trust, price and service quality on consumer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. , and to find out which of the variables Trust, Price and Service Quality have the most significant influence on consumer satisfaction for Go-Jek services based on Go-Food in Sidoarjo city. This research is a descriptive research using quantitative methods. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumer respondents who use Go-Food services in the city of Sidoarjo. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) version 22 for windows. The results of this study prove that the trust variable has an effect on consumer satisfaction, the price variable has an effect on consumer satisfaction, and the service quality variable has an effect on consumer satisfaction for Gojek-based Go-Food services in the city of Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image and product quality on consumer loyalty at McDonald's in East Java. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire survey method. The method of determining the sample is simple random sampling. The sample used is 100 respondents who have bought McDonald's products in East Java. The data analysis used is outer model test and the inner model test on the Smart PLS software application. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of brand image on consumer loyalty McDonald's in East Java, With the results of a good brand reputation indicator which dominantly reflects the brand image variable and the less dominant loyalty indicator reflects the brand image variable. There is an effect of product quality on consumer loyalty McDonald's in East Java, with the result that the dominant flavor variant indicator reflects the product quality variable and the less dominant product shelf life indicator reflects the product quality variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer focus, operations focus on business results on cafe owners and Angkringan Warkop owners in East Java. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. Probability sampling technique to determine the population, and using accidential sampling for sampling. for the number of samples in this study took as many as 150 respondents to be the research sample. Then the validity test and reliability test will be carried out by using the Smart PLS method as a data processing application to conclude the proposed hypothesis and to answer the problem formulation. The results of this study, show results that can prove that Consumer Focus, Operations Focus has an effect on Business Results owners of Cafes and Warkop Angkringan in East Java.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how consumers perceive the quality of service provided by CV Momentum Bertumbuh Indonesia as a company engaged in online guidance services. For a company to pay attention to the quality of good service to consumers is important so that consumers feel satisfied, have a good perception and foster loyalty. The research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Collecting data through interviews, observations and documentation with purposive sampling informant determination technique. Indicators to measure service quality are tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The results of this study indicate that the company has a positive perception because it provides facilities according to what consumers expect and is responsive to providing services according to company procedures. There is a guaranteed fee provided and the mentoring process runs smoothly. However, there is a negative perception because some customer service in providing services is not timely and the company needs to provide facilities that can be accessed offline

Abstract

The results showed that: Service Quality affects Consumer Satisfaction of J&T express delivery. Kurniawan, Ari Lista. 2022. Effect of Service Quality, Company Image and Customer Relationship on Consumer Satisfaction of J&T Express Expedition Sidoarjo Regency. This study aims to determine the influence of Service Quality, Company Image and Customer Relationship on Consumer Satisfaction. This research a quantitative approach . Sampling in the study used accidental sampling techniques, with a total of 96 respondents from J&T Express Expedition consumers . Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed throughquestionnaires. . Data analysis in this study includes validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, auto correlation test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, multiple correlation coefficient (R) and coefficient of determination (R2). Data processing in this study used the SPSS 22 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences) software program. The results of the study indicate that service quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction with J&T express delivery. Company Image has an effect on customer satisfaction with J&T express delivery. Customer relationship hasan effect on customer satisfaction with J&T express delivery.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of Selebgram/Celebrity Endorser and E-Commerce Shopee on consumer buying interest of Erigo product. The method used in this research is quantitative. The populations in this study were Instagram followers @erigostore with a sample of 205 respondents who were taken using the Slovin Formula’s and using a simple random sampling technique. Data collection is done by ditributing questioners with the help of google form. This study uses multiple linier regression, and data analysis with the help of SPSS 20.0 software. The result of this study indicate that there is an influence of Selebgram/Celebrity Endorser and E-Commerce Shopee on consumer buying interest with an Adjusted R Square value of 0,489 with a contribution of 48,9% independent variables. There result of the T Test show that there is a parsial effect of Selebgram/Celebrity Endorser and E-Commerce Shopee on consumer buying interest in Erigo products. And the result of the F Test shiow the influence of Selebgram/Celebrity Endorser and E-Commerce Shopee on consumer buying interest in Erigo products together or simultan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Brand Ambassador, Viral Marketing, and Online Custommer Review on Purchasing Decisions. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in the study using accidental sampling techniques, with the number of respondents as many as 100 respondents from marketplace shopee.id consumers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed through questionaire. Data analysis techniques in this study use multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study using the SPSS 22 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences) software program. The result of this study, show result that can prove that Brand Ambassador has an affects on Purchasing Decisions of marketplace shopee.id, Viral Marketing, has an affects on Purchasing Decisions of marketplace shopee.id, and Online Custommer Review an affects of Purchasing Decisions for marketplace shopee.id user in Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the effect of work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction on job satisfaction in Snack Small Industries in Tarik District. In this study using quantitative methods. The total sample taken in this study amounted to 69 respondents at the IKM Snacks in Tarik District. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis in this study includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, simultaneous test and partial test. The results of this study prove that work motivation, work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on organizational commitment to the Snacks Small and Medium Enterprises in Tarik District. Work motivation partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment to Snack SMIs in Tarik District. The work environment partially has a significant effect on organizational commitment to SMI Snacks in Tarik District. Partial job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment to the Snack SMI in Tarik District.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the existence of an agency or organization is very dependent on the performance of the human resources who work in it. Implementation of organizational commitment in human resource management is needed in order to maintain membership in the organization. The research approach used is a descriptive quantitative approach. The survey method is carried out by distributing questionnaires to a number of respondents to examine the correlation of several variables on the hypothesis that has been made. The population of this research is all employees of PT Mutiara Masyhur Sejahtera, totaling 70 people. In this study, linear regression analysis was chosen as a data analysis technique using SPSS version 16. The results showed that work ethic had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work morale had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. . So that the work ethic, compensation, and work spirit have a simultaneous effect on organizational commitment at PT Mutiara Masyhur Sejahtera

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT. Implora Sukses Abadi with employee job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In determining the number of samples in this study, the Porposive Sampling . formula was used so that the number of samples used in this study were 134 respondents. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The data collection technique used in this study was to distribute questionnaires and the tools to analyze the data obtained were using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for windows. The results obtained from this study prove that that 1) Work Experience has a significant influence on Employee Productivity. 2) Organizational Culture has a significant influence on Employee Productivity 3) Work Experience has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. 4) Organizational Culture has a significant influence on Job Satisfaction. 5) Work Experience has a significant influence on Employee Productivity through Job Satisfaction. 6) Organizational culture has a significant influence on employee productivity through job satisfaction.7) Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Productivity
