Abstract

With the various demands regarding occupational health and safety issues, companies must be able to fulfill their responsibilities in protecting employees by carrying out occupational health and safety programs. It is only natural that the workforce also plays an active role and takes responsibility for the implementation of programs for the maintenance and improvement of welfare for the realization of good protection for workers and their families. So, not only the company is responsible for this problem, but employees must also take an active role in this to achieve common welfare. Based on the description above, the purpose of this study aims to determine the relationship between K3 and Motivation with Employee Performance at PT. Surabaya National Airport Facility. The population used in this study are employees of PT. Sarana Bandar Nasional Surabaya with samples taken were 40 respondents. The research model uses Spearman rank correlation to test the significance of the hypothesis. Based on data analysis and discussion of the research results that have been stated, it can be concluded that the following questions are answered: Occupational safety and health have a moderate relationship with employee performance. Motivation has a strong relationship with employee performance.

Abstract

The problems discussed in this study are: whether services, products, and prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously and whether services, products, and prices have a significant effect on purchasing decisions partially. The purpose of this study is to analyze and analyze whether services, products, and prices simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions and to analyze tests and analyze whether services, products, and prices partially influence purchasing decisions. The object of this research was carried out on customers from PT. Surya Medika Utama Surabaya.

Abstract

The existence of this research is in the background of the instability of the sales volume of the Hardware clothing company in Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, from the data generated in the last year of 2015 the Hardware clothing company experienced ups and downs in its sales, this has a direct impact on company revenue, with the company's instability. it is feared that it will make the company's performance decline and sustainable unstable. This study aims to determine the level of the relationship between promotional variables, price, service to increase customer loyalty, researchers need to distribute a questionnaire as many as 123 respondents according to the number of members on Hardware clothing. To determine the level of validity of the results of the respondents' answers, the researcher conducted a validity and reliability test. while the data used interval data. The data analysis used Person Product Moment / Pearson Correlation. From the test results and analysis regarding the relationship between promotion, price, and service in increasing customer loyalty, it can be concluded that the three variables have a significant relationship. Of the three variables, the price variable which has a moderate relationship value (0.405) is compared to the promotion (0.256) and service (311) variables which have a low value. From the promotional variables, prices, and services in this study, it can be used as a reference for what variables that are considered low can be increased.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between price, promotion, product variants, and sales volume of Lego branded toy products at Grand City Surabaya. This research is quantitative. Population and sample based on distributing questionnaires to consumers or customers of Lego brand products in Grand City Surabaya and a sample of 100 respondents was taken. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used was a validity test, reliability test, and chi-square test. The results showed that price, promotion, and product variants had a significant relationship with sales volume which had a significant value <0.05. The indicator of interest in the implementation of a promotional event from the promotional variable is the most very significant and has a significant value of 0.000. Abstract

This study aims to explore the performance of PT Petrokimia Gresik Coal Utility Unit employees who have recently emerged issues regarding employee performance that seem to have decreased so that testing is needed to prove whether the employee's performance has decreased. Exploration of employee performance is carried out using quantitative research methods, with the analysis technique using Path Analysis. By distributing several questionnaires to 40 employees who work in the Coal Utility Unit, to find out the results of the analysis required several tests such as the Validity Test which states valid, because the correlation value of each question item is greater than its critical value and for the Reliability Test it reaches Cronbach numbers. alpha 0.892 and above 0.60, it is declared reliable and trustworthy. With the results of the calculations that have been done, it can be seen that the contribution of the Reward System, Work Environment and Empowerment variables affects the Employee Engagement and Organizational Citizenship Behavior variables as a measuring factor for employee performance.
