Abstract

Supplier is very important for companies in services or goods, as well as parts procurement of medicines a Hospital, Hospital GrandMed is one of the largest hospital in Deli Serdang it's important to select suppliers for the procurement of drugs to be maintained and sustained quality of drug availabilitydrug and drug procurement logistics section to selectively choose a supplier with specific criteria so that the process of drug procurement at the Hospital GrandMed running properly and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to develop a decision support system to determine which is the best supplier priority Hospital medicine order so that can always keep the availability of drugs in terms of both the quality of medicines, price and delivery time. Data supplier in view of the historical kesupplier reservations about the company address, price, variants possessed drugs and drug quality and backed by the method of Weighted Product to support the decision which supplier to choose a priority determination. The results of this research program is to create a ranking and determination in the supplier selection GrandMed Hospital.Supplier selection decision support system with Weigthed method GranMed Product Hospital has been able to be built with UML and created with Visual Basic programming language in 2008.

Abstract

Searching is the process of selecting the information needed from a collection of data that already exists, data search is often also called a tablelook-up or store and retrieval information. Along with the development of technology that is now so very rapid, one of them is the Smartphone application. Smartphone applications that are currently in demand are increasing sharply, that is Android. Even though the presentation is limited to the screen, Smartphones are quite efficient for its users where the mobility is very high and affordable in all circles of society. used is the string search method. String search method is a string search process or often also called string matching. In the string matching process, there is the Crochemore perrin algorithm, which is an algorithm that factoring a pattern into two parts, namely Pattrenkiri and pattern right. This method is perfect for dictionary search applications of Latin terms flora and fauna.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge of the disease and the limitations Pesia cat disease management is often experienced by the owners of Persian cats. Therefore it is necessary to act / respond quickly to prevent infection with the disease more serius.Teorema Bayes is a method used to predict the probability. Abstract

In this study, the authors conducted research to apply the Certainty Factor Method to Diagnose Diseases in Livestock and build applications in the application of Reviews These methods. Information technology is now a staple in developing a field. Along with the development of the times, proper information management is needed, so we need an Appropriate computational method. In this case the expert system method is one way to find out or identify diseases in poultry that have been infected with bacteria or viruses. A form of management information system specifically created to support a plan in making decisions to solve a case or problem. Artificial Intelligence (Artifical Intelligence) is one part of computer science that makes machines (computers) can do work as and as well as humans do. Expert System is one of the Artificial Intelligence techniques that attempts to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems as is usually done by experts. Diagnosing disease in poultry is currently a problem that is still underestimated for most people, this is due to lack of knowledge or lack of information in terms of Overcoming and Preventing Contaminated, viruses or bacteria. Certainty Theory Theory was suggested by Shortlife and Buchanan in 1975 to a accommodate the uncertainty of thinking or inexact reasoning of an expert. Phrases like "maybe", "most likely", "almost Certain". To a accommodate this, Researchers conducted a certainty factor method to describe the level of expert confidence in problems in diseases Suffered by chickens already infected with dangerous viruses.

Abstract

This research was conducted to design a Decision Support System as a tool for decision makers in distributing the Bidik Misi Scholarship at the Politeknik Bisnis Indonesia. The selection of students who volunteered to become Bidik Misi Scholarship recipients used the Decision Support System (DSS) approach which applied the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method so that the decisions of Bidik Misi Scholarship recipients that had been subjective, non-transparent, and immeasurable could be overcome. The Simple Additive Weighting method is carried out by weighting the criteria and sub-criteria for each alternative for all attributes. The SAW method in the process is by normalizing the decision matrix (X) to a scale that can be compared with all existing alternative ratings. The criteria used in the SAW method in this study consisted of 2 (two) criteria and each of these criteria had Sub Criteria. The first criterion is Parents with Sub Criteria consisting of: Education, Income, The Number of Dependents. The second criterion is Students with Sub Criteria consisting of Age, Academic Potential, KIP Ownership. The output obtained from 5 data samples analyzed in this study obtained first rank NM1 with a value of 0.9, second rank NM3 with a value of 0.77, third rank NM5 with a value of 0.62, fourth rank NM4 with a value of 0.59, fifth rank NM2 with a value of 0.55. Based on the results of the tests conducted, it is concluded that the Bidik Misi Scholarship decision support system using the SAW method can make it easier and very helpful in solving the problems faced by the Politeknik Bisnis Indonesia.

Abstract

The problem of PT. Sinar Sejahtera Intiberkah are still many employees of PT. Intiberkah Sinar Sejahtera especially the logistics employees who are critical to the company that should be worthy to obtain as the best employees but until now there has been no employees at the logistics become the best employee in the company of PT. Sinar Sejahtera Intiberkah tersebut.Oleh Therefore, in this study used a decision support system that can be used to help the PT. Intiberkah Sinar Sejahtera in determining the eligible employees in the selection of the best employees, there are four criteria taken in these elections is the first no ethical criteria, these criteria related to attitudes and ways of speaking with courtesy to superiors.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is an infection caused by acid-fast bacilli (AFB). Tuberculosis is an infectious disease apat affect anyone over the air. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease berbahaya.Tuberculosis a chronic or chronic disease that can strike between the age of 15-35 years. How to diagnose tuberculosis is by way of the expert of experts interviewed then test sputum samples using a lab to determine the positive or negative tuberculosis disease so it takes a long time. Therefore it takes an expert system with Bayesian methods to facilitate the penykit diagnosing tuberculosis. This expert system developed using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as well as by using Microsoft Access 2010 database.

Abstract

Ksecurity wheel is one of the essential needs of the data, or information. With this regard the importance of the information or data by the party or person of interest. This research aims to design and build a system for data security deed of sale that can help the Notary / PPAT. The system was built using the RC4 (Rivest Code 4) which is a symmetric key cryptographic algorithms and is stream cipher, there is a process of encryption and decryption. The encryption is the process of encoding the original message or plaintext into ciphertext encrypted text. While decryption is the process of encoding back to cipherteksmenjadiplainteks (original data). This research resulted in a system that is able to change the data that can be read into the data that is not easily understood.
