Abstract

Asthma is a disease that is Often found in society, especially in the elderly. Asthma is a long-term chronic disease, if left to be fatal and can cause death. Limited access and costs, to patient health information, it is difficult, to know how much influence the disease. So to find out it needs to be built a simple application that can help and Facilitate the community. The purpose of this application is to identify asama disease in older people with 15 symptoms. For the development of expert systems, Several stages are needed items, namely: Analysis and Design of the data collection. This expert system application complies with asthma used by experts and users.

Abstract

Dental disease is one of the many health problems Complained of by the people of Indonesia. Dental health is a reflection of human health. Lack of knowledge and limited sources of information on oral health have the caused public awareness to maintain oral and dental health is still low .. The development of one of the fields of information technology namely artificial intelligence has been Widely applied in various fields of life. In this study, the dental and oral disease expert system uses the Dempster Shafer method to control inferences that Contain thought patterns and reasoning mechanisms used by experts in solving problems.

Abstract

Unsecured loans are the community's choice for lending to banks that provide Reviews These services. PT. RB Diori Ganda is a regional private banking company that serves savings and loans and loans without collateral for the community. Submission of unsecured loans must go through an assessor team to process the analysis of the attributes that Affect the customer's classification so that credit can be approved, the which is then submitted to the commissioner for credit approval. But what if Reviews those who apply for credit on the same day in large amounts, of course this will the make the process of credit analysis and approval will take a long time. If it is seen from the many needs of the community to apply for loans without collateral, a classification application is needed, in order to Facilitate the work of the assessor team in the process of analyzing the attributes that Affect customer classification. To find out the classification of customers who apply for unsecured loans for using data mining with the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm. The result of this research is the classification of problematic or non-performing customers for credit applications without collateral.

Abstract

J. City Residence provides subsidized housing loans facilities for people who earn below the average. The number of credit applicants with different criteria requires carefulness of the Credit Analyst in making decisions. This problem can be solved by building a Decision Support System (DSS) in determining the provision of subsidized mortgage loans using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria used are house condition (cost attribute), income (cost attribute), employment (benefit attribute), credit history (benefit attribute) and marital status (benefit attribute). The process is to normalize the credit applicant value matrix, then multiply the results of the normalization by the weight value. If the result of the calculation is above the credit line is not feasible, then the applicant is declared eligible to receive credit. Application can be used to help to determine the eligibility of consumers in obtaining subsidized housing loans with the SAW method in J. City Residence by Capital Property Housing.

Abstract

Color blind test system is needed in various needs such as the management of a driver's license, prospective students in Certain institutions, prospective employees or employees in government and private agencies. The development of a computer-based test system color blind color blind tests aims at activities that produce normal eye Conclusions on sealing, partial color blindness and total color blindness. The method used to complete this research is Ishihara, which was discovered by Dr. Shinobu Ishihara. For the construction of the Ishihara color-blind method of testing using the stages of analysis, design and implementation. The developed test system aims to be used as a color blind tests for the health test requirements as a requirement for prospective employees at PT JAVA GLOBAL FUTURES Medan. To build this color blind test system used MS-Visual Studio 2010 and the results were made using Crystal Report 2010. This research has produced a Color Blind Test System with the Ishihara roomates Computer Based Method is used for the color blind tests at PT JAVA GLOBAL FUTURES Medan. With the output in the form of computer screens and paper prints when using a printer connected to a computer in the form of a Health Certificate with test results in the form of a normal eye vision, color blindness partial or total color blindness.

Abstract

Indonesia is included in an agricultural country that is rich in agriculture, fertile land in Indonesia allows for the growth of various types of plants, one of which is rice. But in the cultivation of rice plants, it will never be separated from pests and diseases of rice plants, so that the growth of rice plants is not optimal. Due to the large number of pests and diseases that can attack rice plants, it is necessary to take proper care in dealing with pests and diseases of rice plants to avoid losses that can result in reduced production of rice plants. Therefore an expert system was created which was expected to help farmers in consulting about diseases and pests contained in their rice plants to the experts without having to meet with experts directly. In its identification, the expert system for diagnosing ahama and rice disease uses the Bayes method and uses the Website in its implementation.

Abstract

Employee performance is the level of achievement of an employee of a particular task that is influenced by internal and external factors of the company where the employee works. Employee performance is influenced by many factors including competency, attendance, loyalty and length of work. The purpose of this study is to create and design a Decision Support System (SPK) for evaluating employee performance using the TOPSIS method and applying the method to employee performance evaluation SPK. TOPSIS is a decision-making method that has multiple criteria or criteria. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive method that presents methods and research objects based on numbers. The study population was 42 employees at PT Catur Karya Sentosa and used as many as 4 employees as research samples and data were collected by interview method. The results showed that the calculation of employee performance using the TOPSIS algorithm runs well and efficiently and can be done every month so as to minimize or even eliminate the employee performance appraisal method subjectively. Ranking taken from the results of this method is the final result after the calculation of positive and negative ideal solutions as consideration of the final decision making by the board of directors.

Abstract

Abstract Teacher performance evaluation of SMK Negeri 1 Beringin Deli Serdang Regency was conducted on 3 teachers as samples of teacher performance appraisal data as material for consideration of the continued relationship of cooperation for the future budget. Components of performance appraisal of teacher performance at VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 1 Beringin Deli Serdang Regency are work performance, performance quantity, performance discipline, cooperation, and loyalty. Problems with the teacher performance appraisal process that occur due to unclear criteria and assessment weights. A method in a decision support system can help the optimal decision making process, the AHP method in determining the performance evaluation of honorary employees. There are three employee performance weights, which are very good, good, sufficient and good enough, from 3 employees who are categorized by performance appraisal, after applying the AHP method, it is obtained Irmala, S.Kom value = 1.139 Iswadi, S.Kom value = 0.739 and Hadi Suprayetno, ST value = 0.79, the three teachers were categorized with very good performance assessments.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge about the problem of acne for the people who do not know how to prevent early steps to prevent acne more inflamed. This system can help doctors to facilitate patient diagnosis and can save the patient's medical records for consideration of the results of diagnoses of new problems that will come. Therefore, this study aims to produce an expert system for diagnosing acne problems on the face using the case base reasoning method. The algorithm used for the CBR method is the Nearest Neighbor Retrieval algorithm for determining the value of disease symptom weighting based on: if the symptoms of the selected disease will be the same value of 1 and if the symptoms chosen are not the same will be value of 0 to the symptoms of old disease cases. In this CBR method the system will determine the solution of the problem with the highest level of similarity value which will be chosen as the solution of the new problem.
