Implementation of service activities also involve the participation of the community and partners. Service activities are organized into an activity aimed at improving the welfare of society.

Abstract

Kelurahan merupakan garda terdepan dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan nasional karena kelurahan memiliki peranan yang signifikan dalam implementasi berbagai program, mulai dari program-program yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah pusat hingga pemerintah daerah. Kelurahan juga merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan publik pemerintah kepada masyarakat. Pelayanan publik yang berkualitas prima tentunya menjadi harapan bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat tanpa terkecuali. Komunikasi dalam sistem administrasi publik memiliki peranan yang signifikan dalam administrasi publik, terutama dalam implementasi kebijakan publik. Maka, kami tergerak untuk turut serta dalam proses optimalisasi komunikasi dan pelayanan administrasi publik kualitas prima di Kelurahan Kejaksan Kota Cirebon. Untuk itu, kami menggunakan pendekatan pendampingan yang terbagi dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi, Pelayanan Publik, Kualitas Prima.

Abstract

Villages have a lot of potential that is still untapped or not properly processed, especially in the tourism sector. Therefore, the theme of the UMC KKN is Exploring the Potential of Tourism Villages Towards West Java Champion During the Covid-19 Pandemic, basically every village has potential that sometimes the surrounding community itself has not seen this potential, such as in Leuwigede village, there are already natural resources and resources. adequate human. Whereas the tourism sector is one source of income and is able to make a very good contribution to village independence. Recently, tourists have switched from conventional tourism to tourism that has a sense of caring for the environment, nature, and culture. Tourism that gives respect to the environment, nature, and culture cannot be separated from the support of the environment in the village, which is driven to support the potential of rural tourism. Each village has a uniqueness that can be a special attraction for the village. The charm of each village can be seen immediately or requires effort to dig up again. Tourist attractions can be in the form of natural potentials such as mountains, lakes, rivers, beaches, seas, or cultural potentials such as customs, museums, forts, historical heritage sites, and others, as well as man-made potential. A tourist area must have a different attraction from one another. Every village can become a tourist place if the community, organization and government can cultivate the potential of the village. Abstract

P2M yaitu salah satu bidang yang berada Di BNN Bidang penyampaian informasi salahsatu cara yang digunakan yakni melalui Sosialisai tatap muka atau melalui media Elektronikpada komunikasi organisasi yang sasaran komunikasinya adalah publik atau khalayak. SeksiPencegahan dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (P2M) BNN Kota Cirebon mempunyai perankepada publik dalam penyebaran informasi terkait narkoba dan bahaya penyalahgunaanyayang bertujuan untuk mencegah masyarakat menyalahgunakan narkoba. Dalam prosespelaksanaannya memiliki dua cara yaitu melalui penyuluhan secara langsung dan melaluimedia. Penyuluhan secara langsung dilakukan kepada beberapa lembaga dan instansisepertiperguruan tinggi dan desa-desa atau kelurahan serta masyarakat lainnya,denganmenggunakan komunikasi antar persona proses penyampaian informasi dinilai akan lebihefektif juga lebih tepat sasaran. Kata Kunci : Sosialisasi, media elektronik, anti narkoba.

Field Work Practice (PKL) is an alternative in implementing the national curriculum as a coursethat aims to produce graduates who are professional in their fields. Abstract

Menghadapi era globalisasi yang semakin nyata di depan, tentulah kita menyadari bahwapembangunan dan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia sangatlah diperlukan. Sumberdaya manusia yang kreatif, berdaya saing dan mampu beradaptasi akan mampu membawanegara ini terus bertahan dalam dunia yang tanpa batas.Salah satu tugas dari seksi P2M yakni menyampaikan informasi terkait narkoba sertabahaya dari penyalahgunaannya. Dalam proses penyampaian informasi salah satu carayang digunakan yakni melalui proses komunikasi tatap muka atau sering disebut senagaipola komunikasi antar persona dimana komunikasi ini menekankan pada komunikasiorganisasi yang sasaran komunikasinya adalah publik atau khalayak. Seksi Pencegahandan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (P2M) BNN Kota Cirebon mempunyai peran kepadapublik dalam penyebaran informasi terkait narkoba dan bahaya penyalahgunaanya yangbertujuan untuk mencegah masyarakat menyalahgunakan narkoba. Abstract

In a digital world, information and entertainment are easier to obtain. The widespread use of the internet and social media, now everyone can access information anytime and anywhere. Not only in the field of information and entertainment, in the field of marketing and advertising now everything is digital. The research was conducted at a digital company in Cirebon, VF Digital Indonesia. The formulation of the problem is how the process of making news articles at VF Digital Indonesia starts from searching for news to the uploading process on websites and social media. The manufacturing process has several stages that are not too long but require more attention. Starting from the search and topic determination, editing, then the upload process on the website and social media. Abstract

Abstract In terms of education, there are currently many shortcomings in terms of learning, especially for face-to-face learning by switching the learning system from face-to-face to online learning so that children tend to be increasingly difficult to adapt in understanding learning materials due to restrictions on the learning system and the lack of media to support online learning. . Therefore, seeing the Covid-19 pandemic situation that affects the learning system, we propose to establish a Reading Saung. Saung Baca is one of the activities of the Student Work Lecture program and the College of Pharmacy in the village of Ciledug Lor. This activity is intended for the Ciledug Lor community, especially children who are less able to understand learning at school. Seeing the situation during the Covid-19 Pandemic, which is increasing day by day and affecting the learning system, therefore to improve the learning system, the Saung Baca activity should be carried out which aims to open up scientific knowledge through reading and learning literacy so that children can learn and understand lessons. although the learning that is done at school is not face-to-face. This reading room is held every afternoon at 16.00 WIB which is attended by the community, especially kindergarten, elementary and junior high school children, which aims to help children to be able to learn optimally. Abstract

There are many reasons why a person may get married early, one of which is astrong desire to get married at a young age, or a condition that can be deliberately calledupon. Intention Early marriage is a tendency for adolescents or those who want to getmarried under the age of 20. Increased willingness to marry can be resolved throughpsychoeducation. This study uses a pre-experiment planning method with a one-groupdesign of some pre-test and post-test. This method is given to a group that does not havea comparison group. From this we can conclude that psychoeducation can be used toreduce the intent of early marriage.Drugs abuse is widespread in different parts of the world. In Indonesia, the levelof illegal drugs is increasing every year. It turns out that most illegal drug users areadolescents and adults. The role of young people as potential talent as successors to thiscountry can be interpreted as not being able to function optimally. This happens to somedrug users. Early management is better than the future, and the ideals of teens in thecountry are undermined by illegal drugs.Adolescence is the transition from childhood to adulthood. This time is veryimportant as it is an important factor for the future of the country. Adolescentreproductive health is a healthy condition that includes reproductive systems, functions,and processes. Adolescent reproductive health education is important to prevent genderbased violence and sexual deviation in adolescence. Lack of reproductive education cancause unwanted things such as free sex, sexual violence, and deviant behavior. Cognitiveprophylactic methods can be performed between peers, between peer groups, or usingfacilitators.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychoeducation earlymarriage in reducing early marriage intentions in adolescents, provide counseling toteenagers, provide an overview of drugs and motivation from drugs and providemotivation to adolescent teenagers to always think and behave positively , and alsoprovide adolescent reproductive health education which includes adolescent growth anddevelopment and adolescent reproductive health problems in Kedongdong village.Keywords: Intentions Early Marriage, Drugs, Reproduction Health, Teenagers

Abstract

ABSTRACT Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises or commonly abbreviated as MSMEs are business groups managed by certain individuals or business entities whose criteria are set based on Law Number 20 of 2008. Changes in consumer spending patterns not only affect large companies, but also affect businesses. small and medium enterprises (SMEs). For this reason, SMEs are required to be able to follow changes and market developments and consumer spending patterns so that their businesses can survive and develop. In response to this, the Cirebon Regency Cooperatives and UKM Office pays attention to SMEs in Cirebon with Marketplace Implementation Training located at the Apita Hotel Cirebon, on Wednesday 22 September 2021 attended by around 100 SMEs from various regions in Cirebon Regency. This training aims to socialize what it is marketplace and how to implement it. The results of the marketplace implementation training activities for SMEs that have been carried out can be concluded that: a) Participants (SMEs) who attend can understand the meaning and types of marketplaces, b) Participants (SMEs) who attend can implement marketplaces on Facebook. With the hope that after participating in the training, SMEs can create and manage a marketplace so that they can increase and develop their business. Keywords: SMEs, marketplace. e-commerce

Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah limbah tiap harinya semakin meningkat, hampir 60% limbah yang terbuang di Tempat Pembuangan Akhir (TPA) adalah limbah organik. Dan 75% limbah organik ini berasal dari pemukiman penduduk yaitu salah satunya limbah rumah tangga. Cara alternatif untuk mengurangi limbah organik yaitu dengan pembuatan eco enzyme. Eco enzyme sendiri adalah cairan alami yang terbuat dari fermentasi limbah kulit buah dan limbah sayur yang dicampur dengan air dan gula merah. Cairan eco enzyme ini dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga dengan cara pembuatan eco enzyme ini selain dapat mengurang limbah rumah tangga juga dapat menghemat pengeluran. Tujuan diadakan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada ibu-ibu PKK bagaimana cara mengolah limbah rumah tangga dengan baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini yaitu melalui perencanaan meliputi menyusun program kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampinan pembuatan eco enzyme dan evaluasi. Hasil yang diharapkan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu masyarakat mengetahui cara pembuatan eco enzyme dari limbah organik rumah tangga serta dapat mempraktekannya sendiri.
