Abstract

Abstract -  This study aims to analyze how the role of the teacher as a communicator in increasing motivation to learn PAK class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Pangaribuan Learning Year 2018/2019. With the hypothesis the research is: the role of the teacher as a communicator in increasing students' PAK learning motivation 70% than expected. This study uses quantitative descriptive methods, with a population of 217 people and a sample of 34 people. Data was collected with a closed questionnaire instrument. The questionnaire trial was conducted on 32 students in Pangaribuan Middle School 1 who were not research respondents. Test the validity of the instrument using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient formula obtained rcount rtable (0.351 to 0.689 0.349) so that the instrument is valid. Meanwhile there are 3 invalid items between the values of 0.134 to 0.233. And the reliability test of the instrument with the Cronbach Alpha formula obtained r11 = 0.903 is in the high category, so the instrument is reliable. The results of data analysis showed that the value of the formula t as testing criteria then obtained tcount t table of 6.029 1.697 means that the teacher acts as a communicator in increasing motivation to learn PAK class VIII Pangaribuan Middle School Learning Year 2018-2019 70% than expected. Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to find out how the relation of creative teachers of Christian Religious Education with the motivation of studying students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sigumpar Year of learning 2017/2018. The research hypothesis is: there is a positive and significant correlation of teacher's teacher's creativity with the motivation to learn the students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sigumpar Year of learning 2017/2018. This research is a correlational research using descriptive and imperative statistical techniques. The population is all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sigumpar 2017/2018 years of study that is Christian Protestant amounted to 137 people. Samples is 34 people. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire. The result of rx value = 0,468 rtabel = 0,339. Hypothesis test obtained t count = 2.995 ttable = 2.042 then H0 rejected and Ha accepted indicates that there is a positive and significant correlation of teacher Christian Education teacher's creativity with the motivation to study the students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sigumpar Learning year 2017/2018. The researcher concludes that the Creativity of Christian Religious Education teacher can support student's learning motivation. In connection with the results of this study. the authors provide input for the observer of the Christian Religious Education teachers to improve the creative in teaching so that student learning motivation can increase.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the magnitude of PAK teacher strengthening skills effect on XI grade students behaviour of SMAN 1 Tarutung, Taput, academic year 2019/2020The method of this research was inferential quantitative. The population is all christian students on XI grade of SMAN 1 Tarutung which amount to 260 students. The sample was taken 20 % from 260 students = 52 students. The instument of this research was closed questionnaire. Analysis results was r count  = 0,534   r table =  0,297 and t count  =  4,037   t table = 2,021, showed that there was an effect between strengthening skills of PAK teacher to XI grade students behaviour of SMAN 1 Tarutung, Taput, academic year 2019/2020. Hypothesis test is obtained f count =  37,158   f table = 2,08,  that Ho rejected and Ha be accepted.Based on the research result that 71,5 % influenced by other factors as explained in the theory discussion. It was concluded that there is a positive and significant effect between PAK teacher strengthening akilss to XI grade students behaviour of SMAN 1 Tarutung, Taput, academic year 2019/2020.Therefore, the writer gives advice for PAK teacher to increased strengthening skills so it can improve students behaviour better.Keywords: PAK Teacher Strengthening Skills, Student Behavior

Abstract

Abstract - The purpose of this study was to describe the playing technique of electric guitar in one of John Petrucci works. The subject of this study is John Petrucci Glassgow Kiss score which has been transcribed into an electric guitar. While the object of his research is John Petrucci Glassgow Kiss guitar playing technique. So that the researcher will apply some of these techniques to a praise song more than the winner. Data analysis techniques are carried out with the stages of analysis before in the field and at the time in the field consisting of data reduction (data reduction), display data (data presentation), and verification (conclusions). The study material in this thesis is done based on the problems the author discussed. Then the results of the data produce conclusions that become problem solving in this thesis. The results of this study that the techniques contained in the work of Glassgow Kiss consist of several parts, namely; Alternate picking, Sweep picking, String skipping, Hammer-On, Pull-Off, Bending, Vibrato, Slide, Arpegio, Palm Mute, and Tapping. From some of these techniques, researchers applied several techniques that were considered capable of adding harmonization that included the structure of the melody into a song of praise more than the winner, including: Palm mute, bending, slide, tapping, hammer on, pull of, skipping strings, alternate picking, and vibrato. Researchers have applied the techniques contained in this work to a "more than a winner" hymn to improve the flow of a more varied melody. Abstract

Abstract, The purpose of this research is to determine the percentage of personality christian religious education teacher in implementing learning class IX Junior High School 1 Porsea regency Toba Samosir learning year 2017/2018. This research using descriptive quantitative method, population research is 210 people, samples is 42 people. Data were collected by questionnaire covered 40 items based on indicator variables corresponding theory expert and test result validity of the instrument is 37 valid itemsand 3 items not valid. Instrument reliability test result obtained r11 = 0,927 in the category of very high. From data analysis application of the values obtained personality competence Christian Religious Education Teacher in implementing learning = 82,77 % are in the very good category. By t test obtainable thitung = 24,651 ttabel = 1,684, therefore Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.That personalityc christian religious education teacher class Ix Junior High School 1Porsea regency Toba Samosir learning year 2017/2018≥ 61% than expected accepted as true. Abstract

vAbstract, The purpose of the study to determine the relationship of teacher welfare with the work ethicof Christian Education teachers in North Tapanuli Regency in 2019. The population was all ChristianEducation teachers in North Tapanuli District in 2019, which totaled 289 people. The sample wasdetermined by a purposive sampling technique (aiming at sampling techniques) by establishingChristian Education teachers who taught at the high school / vocational high school level in NorthTapanuli District, amounting to 30 teacher. Data was collected with a closed questionnaire instrument.The results of the analysis of the value of rxy = 0.643 rtable = 0.361 indicate that there is arelationship between the welfare of teachers and the work ethic of Christian Education teachers inNorth Tapanuli Regency in 2019 with a strong category. Hypothesis test is obtained t = 4.443 table =2.048 with the hypothesis. Abstract

Abstract,This study aims to determine the influence of the Christian family with the formation of the character of adolescents aged 12-17 years in the Church of GKPI Pagar Beringin, Sipoholon Subdistrict, North Tapanuli Regency in 2019. Research Hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence of Christian families on the character formation of adolescents aged 12-17 years in the GKPI Church of Pingin Beringin, Sipoholon Subdistrict, North Tapanuli Regency in 2019. This research is a quantitative study using inferential statistical techniques.The population is all adolescents aged 12-17 years in the GKPI Pagar Beringin Church numbering 35 people. The sample is the entire population, thus this study is a population study. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire.Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 8.494 Ftable = 2.09 then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted, namely the positive and significant influence of the Christian family on the formation of the 12-17 year old character. This study concluded that the Christian family had a positive and significant effect on the formation of adolescent characters aged 12 -17 years in the GKPI Church of Pingin Beringin, Sipoholon Subdistrict, North Tapanuli Regency in 2019 by 21.25%.Keywords: Christian Family, Formation of Youth Character

Abstract

Abstract, This study aims to determine the effect of the use of learning media Christian Religious Education Against Student Results Class XI SMK Negeri 1 Lumbanjulu Toba Samosir Year Learning 2017/2018. Hypothesis of this research is There is Positive Influence and Significant Use of PAK Learning Media to Student Result of Class XI SMK Negeri 1 Lumbanjulu. This research is descriptive and inferential quantitative research. The population is all students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Lumbanjulu which amounted to 113 and the sample research taken 30% of the entire population so that the sample research into 34 students. This study concludes that the learning media of Christian Religious Education have a positive and significant effect on student learning outcomes. The result of data analysis shows that there is a positive and significant effect of PAK Learning Media on Student Results of Grade XI SMK Negeri 1 Lumban Julu with coefficient of determination (r2) = 12,71% and significant test of influence obtained Fhitung Ftabel equal to 2,1585 2.042, meaning H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. In connection with the results of this study, the authors suggest for teachers of Christian Religious Education to increase the use and utilization of instructional media in accordance with the material in order to assist students in improving learning outcomes. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the percentage of the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model in improving PAK learning outcomes of Grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 3 Muara Siatas Barita 2019/2020 Learning Year. The research hypothesis is the analysis of the application of a jigsaw cooperative learning model in improving the learning outcomes of students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Muara Siatas Barita 2019/2020 Learning Year 75% of the expected 100%.               The population in this study were all eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Muara Siatas Barita 2019/2020 Learning Year, totaling 52 people. This research method is quantitative inferential method. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the t test formula is obtained value (count) = 10.83 t table = 1.711. The value of t_ count is in the area of the curve of rejection H0 and acceptance of Ha.            Thus it can be concluded that the research hypothesis is accepted, namely the analysis of the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model in improving the learning outcomes of grade VIII PAK students of SMP Negeri 3 Muara Siatas Barita 2019/2020 Learning Year 75% of the expected 100%. Achievement of the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model in improving PAK learning outcomes of VIII grade students of SMP Negeri 3 Muara Siatas Barita in the 2019/2020 Academic Year is 3,423 in the good category with a percentage of 85.57% in the very strong category.Keywords: Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model, PAK Learning Outcomes
