Soil moisture sensor (moisture content) is very important in determining the time a crop irrigation, soil wetting depth, the depth of the growth of plant roots and soil wetting sufficiency. This study discusses the design and implementation of the system of measuring soil moisture content of gypsum block based electronic. Measurement data are stored automatically in a database and then performed with a sensor calibration step gravimetric measurement results. The test results demonstrate system performance design performance measurement system with accuracy (%) error rate. Then used to determine gypsum block sensors with good performance

This research aims to review the existence of sulfur dioxide result of the mud volcanoes Bledug Kuwu. Research sites in the Kuwu Area, Kradenan District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java Province. Utilization of research results for the potential of sulfur dioxide’s influence for human health by identification of the nature of corrosion metal formed. The method used in the form of field and laboratory, that was performed by comparing some of physical and chemical characteristic of mud and water. The determination supported by observation the nature of corrosion metal in the field. By recognizing geology medical condition following corrosion metal identification, its obtained benefit to analyze the potential an impairment of health and directive treatment. Farther away from the center of the mud volcano, the potential of sulphur gas pollution tends to be low. Sulphur content less than 73,83 ppm to 10,90 ppm. Pollution influenced by geogen and biogen, that it was identified from the growth of vegetation and corrosive metal existence. Vegetation can live starting 200 meters from the center of the mud volcano and fertile at more than 300 meters. This were in accordance with the existence of corrosion (rusts) on metal that its more vulnerable when approaching to the center of the mud volcano. Potential an impairment of health are irritation respiratory systems, irritation of the windpipe, acute toxicity for the old man and there are had the disease chronic in cardiovascular respiratory system. Hence tourist development should be accompanied by medical equipment, awareness of the use of mask to anticipate respiratory disorders, socialozation for visitors and the community of the most sensitive due to pollutants sulfur dioxide

The development of transport activities that can increasing of contaminants in the air. This would lead to the influence of environmental conditions and health. UII campus is a campus that is committed to applying the campus of low-emission and environmentally based. This study analyzes the density of traffic that occurs in the area of UII Kaliruang. This research analyzed the relationship with environmental conditions of factors: noise, vibration, NOx, and TSP (Total Suspended Particle). Traffic density in the UII is still relatively medium speed (service A). This study shows that the condition of the environment caused by transport is a positive relationship, that the higher the intensity of transport will decrease the environmental condition. Environmental condition that occurs due to transport to NOx, noise and vibration are still in tiers below the quality standards. While the TSP at noon already classified in a higher intensity. Although the integrated campus UII still in a modest scale, but the development for follow-up treatment can cope with environmental conditions worsened

Basinareaof western North Serayuis potentially for hydrocarbon such assource rock, reservoir, cap rock and manife stations of the oil. The basin composed by turbit current sediments during the Middle Mioceneto Pliocene. Petrographic analysis of the mineral quartz, feldspar and lithikh as been done to identify the provenance of rocks potentially hydrocarbon. Turbid currents bringrich sedimentlithic, that indicate origin of themagmatic arc. Lithicis reduced to wards younger and east ward. Reduced lithikindication of declining volcanism. Indications reduced lithikisdeclining volcanism. Rocks of western North Serayu basin, that is origin of this magmaticarcin several places found dead oil and oil see page, especially on the rock that show scoarsening up ward or decreasing the current sea level.

The number of indonesian documents which available on internet is growing very rapidly. Automatic documents clustering shown to improving the relevant documents search results of many found documents. Suffix tree is one of documents clustering method that developed, because it is proven to increase precision. In this paper, we propose a new method to clustering indonesian web documents based on phrase efficiency in the choice process of base cluster with the combination of documents frequency and term frequency calculation on the phrase with a single pass clustering algorithm (SPC). Every phrase that is considered as the base cluster will be vectored then calculate of the term frequency and document frequency. Furthermore, the documents will be calculate their similarity based on the tf-idf weighted using the cosine similarity and documents clustering is done by using a single pass clustering algorithm. The proposed method is tested on 6 dataset with number of different document 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 documents. The experiment result show that the proposed method succeeded clustering indonesian web documents by reducing the leaf node with no derivative and produces the F-measure an average of 0.78 while STC traditional produces the F-measure an average of 0.55.This result prove that the efficiency of phrase by phrase choice on internal nodes and leaf nodes that have derivative, and a combination of term frequency and document frequency calculation on the base cluster, gives a significant impact on the process of clustering documents.

Information technology architecture based cloud computing become one of the architectural model of the development of information technology for the college. Based on data from the Department of Education of South Sumatra, is currently in South Sumatra there are 100 public and private universities. Analysis and design of information technology architecture based cloud computing will be applicable to all universities in South Sumatra, to standardize the development of information technology at each university. So with the standardized architecture teknlogi this information will have a significant impact in improving the quality of higher education in South Sumatra Indonesian people to realize intelligent and competitive. Analysis and design will use the TOGAF Architecture Development Method methods adapted to the concept of cloud computing. The first stage of the analysis process is done by gathering data from each university in South Sumatra with a survey and observation. Pyrolysis processis definedas a reaction to chemical degradation caused by heat energy with little/absence of oxygen. Pyrolysis of waste plastics into liquid fuels using a batch reactor in which the heatingis set at a temperature of 450oC. This study was conducted to determine the properties of mixed plastic waste pyrolysis oil PE 50% + PS 50%, PE 50% + Other 50% , PE 50% +PS 25% + Other 25% include specific gravity, kinematic viscosity, pour point, flash point,water content and ash content. The results of the calculation of the percentage ofthe highest pyrolysis oil is a mixture of PE 50% + PS 50% of 52.36%, while the lowest percentage is a mixture of PE 50% + Other 50% at 43.41%. Polystyrene plastic addition type increase in the percentage of liquid, the higher the percentage, the percentage of liquid plastic Polystyrene produce higher. Conversely with the addition of plastic Other resulted in a decrease in the percentage of liquid product. Characteristics of pyrolysis fuel oil for specific gravity, and water content is higher than biodiesel. Conversely to kinematic viscosity, flash point, and lower ash content. Pour point to a mixture PE 50% + PS 25% + Other 25 % equivalent to biodiesel (60C), PE 50% and 50% PS (-120C) is lower than biodiesel and PE 50% +Other 50% (120C) higher of biodiesel.

Along with the development of computer and information technology, has been a lot of changes in viewpoint and way of learning someone. Students now are more looking at something based on the function and attractiveness in the learning process.Along with the development of computer and information technology, has been a lot of changes in viewpoint and way of learning someone. Students now are more looking at something based on the function and attractiveness in the learning process. Learning Mathematics in the material geometry taught in the sixth grade students in elementary school (SD) still use the model of learning by drawing on paper manila by following the pattern geometry such as balls, slinder, cone, pyramid, cubes, blocks and prisms. This makes many students feel bored and wasting time because the students are now proficient in using mobile technology. So, we need a learning simulation that can help learning in order to create interesting and fun learning environment for elementary school students as well as additional teaching aids for teachers. This research aims to create a 3D space simulation wake of learning that can be implemented in mathematics so that it appears interest in students and help students to learn everyday. Because this application is also equipped with the question and the way it's done.The results of this penlitian is a simulation applications of 3D geometry-based android as a learning tool for elementary school students that contains all kinds of geometry, materials, formulas, and sample problems and how to solve problems that can help students to be easy to learn geometry.

The area is the largest source of the presence of domestic wastewater as well as being the largest contributor to environmental pollution. To help minimize the problems that occurred required an intelligent system design is to adopt an expert knowledge into an application. ILCIdroid application designed to identify the level of pollution from domestic wastewater on android based mobile devices. Application of expert system is designed using the Eclipse IDE tools and Matlab toolbox. To determine the results of the identification, use the rules of the rules established by the fuzzy logic based on the data obtained, which then conducted a search of data tracking the fore or forward chainning. The test results show the output generated by the matlab application has the appropriate conclusion.

College is an academic organization, an institution which has a role and strategic position in the achievement of educational goals. To achieve The goal, the college needs the support of information technology in carrying out its activities. There are currently utilizing cloud computing technology be one solution to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiency information technology in higher education. However, the use of new technologies of potential risks in their operations that have an impact on performance organization. Therefore we need appropriate risk management for implementation cloud computing in order to improve the performance of colleges. Research It aims to measure the level of possible risks arising from the introduction cloud computing at the university to make use of the OCTAVE Framework on the application of cloud computing technology for information systems at universities high (Bina Darma University case study). This research resulted in the level of University information system readiness Bina Darma in applying technology cloud computing that are in a position YELLOW, namely the implementation of the information system has supported the adoption of cloud computing, but more needs to be improved.
