Jurnal JPkMN adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga sistem informasi dan teknologi (SISFOKOMTEK) medan yang bertujuan untuk mewadahi tentang hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Abstract

Permasalahan kebutuhan pupuk di kalangan petani masih menjadikan masalah tersendiri, dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah tentang pembatasan penggunaan pupuk bersubsidi akan menjadi masalah tersendiri bagi pengurus kelompok tani. Perhitungan kebutuhan dan tagihan biaya yang harus diinformasikan kepada petani menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi setiap tahun dalam menentukan jumlah pupuk dan besarnya biaya yang harus disediakan oleh Kelompok Tani “TANI MAKMUR. Ketidakpastian antara harga pupuk dan perubahan luasan garapan sawah juga ikut menjadi salah satu pertimbangan dalam menentukan besaran pengunaan pupuk yang diberikan. Kebutuhan pupuk yang dibutuhkan yaitu jenis Urea, Phonska, SP36 dan pupuk organik. Kebutuhan pupuk yang akan digunakan disesuaikan jenis tanaman dan rencana akan ditanam, setelah ditentukan jenis tanaman langkah berikutnya adalah menentukan jenis pupuk dan jumlah yang akan disesuaikan dengan jenis tanaman dan luas garapan. Di samping itu adanya kebijakan pemerintah dengan memberlakukan subsidi kepada petani melalui rencana definitif kebutuhan kelompok (RDKK). Besaran biaya yang ditanggung anggota kelompok dihitung dari banyaknya penggunaan pupuk sampai akhir periode masa tanam.   Dari masalah diatas maka perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi pengolahan data sehingga bisa digunakan dalam perhitungan dan besaran pinjaman yang akan ditanggung oleh masing-masing anggota. Bentuk kegiatan yang akan dilakukan adalah memberikan secara bimbingan dan sosialisasi secara langsung kepada pengurus kelompok tani.

Abstract

At this time UMKM in the Indonesian economy play a very important role in the growth of a country. As a business person in a business that is run, an entrepreneur who runs a business must have a good marketing strategy, so that he can achieve the targets that have been planned.Today's rapidly developing technology can be utilized as a marketing medium, namely digital marketing. However, there are still many UMKM actors who do not understand and lack insight which makes UMKM actors unable to apply this media. By optimizing digital marketing, it is hoped that it will be able to develop the businesses of UMKM actors. Optimizing digital marketing is carried out in stages, first: a survey of UMKM in Rungkut Kidul. Second: conducting digital marketing outreach. Third: provide post-socialization assistance. This socialization was carried out to provide understanding and increase knowledge of digital marketing concepts. In addition, digital marketing management assistance is also carried out to improve capabilities in digital marketing management. The purpose of this service is to be able to provide solutions to marketing problems that are currently being faced by UMKM actors who are starting to enter the digital world as a product marketing process in a wider range. So that as a result of this service, UMKM actors gain knowledge about digital marketing and can expand marketing through digital marketing.

Abstract

Hutan merupakan paru-paru dunia. Ada banyak potensi di dalam hutan. Saat ini banyak berkembangnya populasi manusia, dan juga semakin banyak kebutuhan yang harus dimiliki yang bersumber dari hutan. Akibatnya hutan dirusak oleh orang-orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab tanpa memikirkan akibat yang ditimbulkan dari ulah tersebut. Pada tahun 1998 di Hutan Mendiro terjadi kerusakan hutan yang menyebabkan hutan gundul dan sumber mata air yang hilang. Lalu dibentuknya Kelompok Tani Hutan (KTH) Kepuh di Dusun Mendiro Desa Panglungan yang merupakan pelopor pelestarian hutan konservasi mata air sejak tahun 1998. KTH Kepuh ini merupakan kelompok masyarakat yang peduli terhadap lingkungan, hutan, dan sumber mata air. Banyak upaya penyelematan yang dilakukan oleh KTH Kepuh ini terkait kerusakan hutan dan hilangnya sumber mata air yang disebabkan oleh oknum yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembahasan ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan sumber data diperoleh dari referensi buku-buku dan sumber langsung dari KTH Kepuh sendiri. Hasil pembahasan menunjukkan KTH Kepuh menjalankan program Wanawiyata Widyakarya dengan beberapa kebijakan yang didampingi oleh pihak pemerintah seperti Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Nganjuk Wilker Jombang, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, dan lainnya. Adapun banyak kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh KTH Kepuh ini dalam upaya pelestarian Hutan Mendiro.

Abstract

Actors in the business world are held to a level of business legality. To remain competitive in the age of the free market, MSME business players must themselves meet these standards. Since MSMEs represent the foundation of the Indonesian economy, the government has recently been working to promote them. The difficulty is that there are still a lot of MSMEs in Karangtengah Village that do not yet have business legitimacy, despite the fact that MSMEs are present there. Students from UPN "Veteran" East Java are helping MSME players get an NIB (Business Identification Number) as part of their community service project. The process starts with a survey of MSMEs in the village of Karangtengah to gather information on the low-risk microbusinesses. Continue with the preparation stage by gathering information, creating documents that include information on the completion of NIB criteria, and creating a letter of assignment from the sub-district. Due to its higher perceived effectiveness, the implementation and mentoring stage is conducted door to door. On the OSS (Online Single Submission) platform, NIB is made as the last step. As a consequence of the research, it was discovered that six business actors had received assistance in creating NIBs (Business Identification Numbers) in both hardcopy and electronic form. Future MSME company development will benefit from this paper.

Abstract

Providing access to clean water and proper sanitation is important in ensuring good health and well-being for individuals and communities. SDN Weakkembar is an elementary school located in an area that does not yet have adequate access to clean water sources. Therefore, socialization about simple water filtration is an important step to increase sanitation awareness in this school. This socialization aims to explain the importance of clean water and good sanitation, as well as to introduce and socialize simple water filtration methods to students at SDN Lemahkembar. This simple water filtration method involves using inexpensive and readily available materials, such as sand, gravel, cotton wool, tissues, used bottles, and dacron to rid the water of impurities and contaminants. The socialization was carried out through a series of educational activities, including presentations, group discussions, and practical demonstrations on how to make and use a simple water filtration device. Apart from that, sanitation awareness campaigns were also carried out, which involved putting up posters, distributing brochures about the importance of personal and environmental hygiene. The results of this activity show that the socialization of simple water filtration has succeeded in increasing sanitation awareness at SDN Weakkembar. School students become more aware of the importance of using clean water and good sanitation to maintain their health. They are also skilled in building and using simple water filtration devices, which can help them gain access to safer, clean water. With this socialization, it is hoped that sanitation awareness at SDN Lemahkembar will continue to increase and become a habit that is maintained. This can have a positive impact on the health of students and school girls and encourage sustainable behavior changes related to sanitation in the surrounding community.

Abstract

Community empowerment is an effort to provide strength or power for the community so that it gets out of the problems faced. Community empowerment in Panglungan Village is carried out by organizing tour guide training or tour guides to increase tourist visits in Panglungan Village. Panglungan Village is one of the villages in Wonosalam District that has great tourism potential but still needs to be developed. The empowerment process has several stages, namely location selection, socialization of community empowerment, community empowerment process, and community independence. This writing aims to find out how community empowerment in Panglungan Village through human resource development by conducting tour guide training. The method used is through literature study and focus group discussion (FGD). Community empowerment in Panglungan Village is in accordance with the existing stages of empowerment. With the empowerment of the community through this tour guide training, it is hoped that the community will have the knowledge to become tour guides so that in the future they can support the tourism there.

Abstract

The utilization of digital marketing has become a crucial strategy for expanding reach and  building brand awareness. This research employed a qualitative descriptive research  method with a case study. The research findings indicate that B2B collaborations  significantly contribute to increasing brand awareness by enabling the company to expand its brand reach, build trust, and attract new audiences. The role of mentors, such as Yoel Sumitro has also proven effective in boosting brand awareness through the association with their own reputation and authority. In addition, the use of Instagram social media can help brands by increasing their exposure, driving audience engagement, reinforcing their brand identity through visually appealing content, and increasing awareness through targeted advertising. Proven to be effective in raising awareness. To increase brand awareness, PT Produk Zilla Akademi Indonesia can focus on B2B collaboration with relevant companies, take advantage of mentor roles such as Yoel Sumitro, and optimize the use of Instagram social media with attractive content strategies and targeted paid advertising. By combining these strategies, PT Produk Zilla was able to achieve a significant increase in brand awareness in the creative education and training industry. By combining B2B collaboration strategies, mentorship, and the use of Instagram social media, PT Produk Zilla Akademi Indonesia can achieve significant improvements in brand awareness and optimize their marketing efforts in the creative education and training industry.

Abstract

The development of the times requires introducing its products more easily and modernly to consumers through a brand. The writer who did community service in Nglebak Village, Jombang Regency found the problem of a Brand Identity that was not yet known by MSME owners, so it was sparked to help several MSMEs in introducing what Brand Identity was. With the method 1) Socialization of UMKM inviting a resource person in their field, 2) Followed by assistance in making UMKM Brand Identity, and 3) Inauguration of 3 Brand Identity accompanied by physical handover to 3 (three) UMKM, namely a) Pesona Mebel, Mr. Suparno's business which operates on furniture or furniture made of teak wood, b) Snacks from Mrs. Seniti, a culinary business with the superior product banana chips from Mrs. Seniti, and c) Rahayu Wilujeng Salted Egg owned by Mr. Muslimin who processes his home-breed duck eggs into ready-to-eat salted eggs. As a result, UMKM in Nglebak Village, who previously did not know the importance of brand identity, are now able to understand the importance of a Brand Identity after following the stages of the author's method of implementing community service. With the Identity Brand which is starting to be built, it is hoped that it will be able to sustain the UMKMbusiness.

Abstract

Abstract MSMEs are considered a helping hand in restoring the nation's economy from the monetary crisis.  However, the lack of access in marketing inside the market in Indonesia, makes MSMEs experience difficulties in increasing their income.  This problem however, can be solve by digitizing MSMEs marketing efforts which are expected to be able to promote their products on the internet, one of which is by providing assistance through the means of registering MSMEs location on Google Maps.  Apart from having Google Maps as a tool to assist digital marketing, there is something that is no less important, namely the Business Identification Number (NIB) which will facilitate business actors to save licensing data in one identity.  Therefore, students carried out this community service as a form of support for MSMEs in Kebondalem Village, Bareng District.  Jombang Regency in hopes that MSMEs  are able to compete in the global market and helps business actors and to manage their business legality.  This service starts from the preparation stage by visiting several MSMEs utilizing the door to door method.  And continued with the implementation of registering NIB and Google Maps for each MSME.

Abstract

Jamu is a traditional drink which is one of the heritages, by utilizing spices that grow in Indonesia. This “Wong Djamoe” product is an innovative product of herbal medicine which is marketed in the form of yogurt and ice cream which has traditional herbal flavors such as ginger, kencur, turmeric, and temulawak flavors. However, in terms of MSME branding, this is a little lacking, namely the lack of identification from the production house and in terms of packaging. The general purpose of this community service activity carried out by UPN "Veteran" East Java students is to help develop product innovation by carrying out product branding and digital marketing for UMKM Wong Djamoe in Pulosari Village. The dedication method carried out by the author begins with visits to partners to carry out FGD (Focus Group Discussion) activities with herbal MSMEs practitioners. The results of the FGD, product innovation carried out is a process of developing new products with the aim of meeting consumer needs, increasing competitiveness, and creating added value. Because in the current era of rapid technological development, it encourages MSME actors to adapt in developing their business by utilizing existing technology. So at this stage activities were carried out to create an MSME website and take product photos again in Pulosari Village which displayed all MSME products in the village along with information.
