Abstract

This study aims to determine the marketing mix of tofu products in the home industry in Mekar Sari Village, Palangga District, Konawe Selatan Regency. This research was conducted in Palangga Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan District. The subjects in this study were tofu processing business owners and 20 respondents of consumer respondents. While the object of this research is the Marketing Mix of Tofu Products in the Home Industry in Mekar Sari Village, Palangga District, Konawe Selatan Regency. The results showed that regarding the marketing mix analysis of tofu making business in Palangga Subdistrict, Konawe Selatan Regency it can be concluded that, the marketing mix (product, price, and place) has a very good category, this is in accordance with consumer ratings where 100% of respondents gave a high rating category based on class interval calculations. While the promotion mix has an unfavorable category, this is in accordance with consumer ratings where (60%) of respondents rated medium categories based on class interval calculations

Abstract

         This study aims to determine the profile of the coconut sugar industry and the prospects for developing the coconut sugar industry. The data were processed using qualitative analysis to determine the profile of the coconut sugar industry, while to see the prospects used the SWOT analysis method. The population in this study were all coconut sugar business owners. The profiles of the coconut sugar industry are labor, raw materials, capital, length of business, and income. The amount of raw materials needed in one year is 4536. The coconut sugar industry workers use family services, namely their husbands and their children, namely 3-5 people. Coconut sugar entrepreneurs carry out their profession in  5-10 years. Meanwhile, the highest income in the coconut sugar industry was in 2018, namely IDR 5,920,000 with an average of IDR 740,000 per month. Based on the observation that the prospect of the coconut industry is good in terms of income, by using the calculation of Net Income, Gross Income, and R / C analysis, it is found that the coconut sugar business can provide more benefits for the processors and this business is good to run for the future.

Abstract

The results of this study show that shredded fish products in the Kendari Permata Industrial Industry show: 1) tuna shredded tuna products are greater than one with several 2.93> 1. In other words the R / C value of 2.933 is greater than one, while the marlin shredded product is also greater than one with the number 2.67> 1. In other words, the R / C value of 2.676 is greater than one, and for shredded tuna products that is 1.78> 1 with more than one number. In other words, the R / C value of 1,784 is greater than one, so it can be concluded that skipjack tuna, marlin, and tuna products are profitable and feasible to be developed.e 2) Aspects that can be developed according to consumers in general are the addition of packaging types of canned and dried products, the addition of shredded fish products such as milkfish, catfish and carp and other flavor enhancements such as sweet and spicy to add flavor to shredded fish products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the prospects for the development of patchouli processing business XYZ in Buke village,  Buke District, South Konawe Regency by looking at the financial feasibility analysis. The financial feasibility used consists of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit-Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio), R / C Ratio, Pay Back Period (PBP), and Break-Even Point (BEP). This research was conducted from July to August 2019. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Analysis of the data used in this research is quantitative descriptive. The results of the financial feasibility of the patchy processing business of IKM XYZ are Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp. 12,521,218, Benefit-Cost Ratio (B / C Ratio) of 1,0086, R / C Ratio of 1,178, Pay Back Period (PBP) of 2.63 months, and Break-Even Point (BEP) of 164.98. From the results of the calculation of the financial feasibility of the patchy processing business, IKM XYZ is declared feasible to be developed and has good prospects.

Abstract

         This research aims: 1). To find out how to post-harvest management in Kabangka District. 2). To determine the effect of post-harvest handling on the quality of maize in the Kabangka District. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 for windows. This study uses purposive with the consideration that the District of Kabangka is one of the Districts that have good prospects of corn. The number of respondents in this study was 45 people. The results of this study are 1). Workforce experience has a significant effect on water content, and levels of impurities have a very significant effect while broken grains, other colors, and broken grains have no significant effect on labor experience. Long drying does not significantly affect the moisture content and other color grains. whereas for broken grains, broken grains and impurities have no significant effect. The amount of base used has a very significant effect on water content, broken grains, and broken grains, while other color grains and impurities do not affect the amount of base used. 2). Corn quality with SNI reference can be seen in 2004 the maximum SNI water content is 14,15,17, the maximum broken item is 2,4,6,8, other color items are maximum 1,3,7 10, the maximum broken grain is 1,2,3 and maximum impurities content of 1, 2. From the five samples, two samples meet SNI standards, corn water content meets SNI standards

Abstract

Micro Business is one of the Micro Enterprises in managing Crab Crab located in Watolo Subdistrict, Mawasangka Subdistrict, Central Buton Regency, this Micro Business produces fishery products in the form of Crab Crab Meat (shellless crabs). The purpose of this study is to know the internal and external factors of Micro Enterprises and to know the strategies for developing Micro Enterprises that are competitive. This study uses the SWOT analysis method. With the SWOT analysis, it can produce several  alternative strategies in making good decisions to run, so that it can determine the competitive strategy of Micro Business development. The results of this study found that the strength of 1.51, weakness 1.74, opportunities of 0.96 and threats 1.87. The curvaceous diagram shows that KAYUJUM Micro Enterprises are on the Defense path where KAYUJUM Micro Enterprises can try to minimize existing weaknesses and avoid the threat that will occur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the manufacturing process and the financial feasibility of pile processing. This research was conducted in Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. The population in this study were all business owners of pile processing. The determination of the sample is done by purposive (direct appointment) because the pedicab processing business actor only consists of two business units. Samples taken are as many as two business units consisting of all existing populations. The variables in this study are raw materials, supporting materials, labor and equipment. The results showed a 12%/yr NPV calculation in 1%/month. At a discount factor of 1% which is equal to Rp 14.546.944. BCR of 1,16 (>1), IRR of 5% (>1%) and return on investment by calculating PP for 9,92 months, BEP units/production of 288 packages and BEP for Rp 2.486. BEP analysis had reached the break-even point that was determined, namely 1. From the five criteria used, it was indicated that the pile processing in the Kulisusu sub-district was feasible to be developed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine patchouli oil processing and the feasibility of patchouli oil processing business in Wandoke Village, Tiworo Islands District, West Muna Regency. The analytical method used in this study is qualitative and quantitative methods, qualitative methods are used to describe patchouli oil processing, while the quantitative method is used to analyze the feasibility of the patchouli oil processing business using the Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C) formula. The results of the study showed that the patchouli oil processing process used in Wandoke Village, Tiworo Islands Subdistrict, West Muna Regency through a distillation process. Distillation used is by distillation of water and steam, in the process of distillation of water and steam through a kettle filled with water to the sieve limit and patchouli leaves on the filter then the water is boiled and produces steam which will pass through the material and flow through stainless pipes. The results of the analysis of the feasibility of the patchouli oil processing business are based on the RC rato analysis of 1.34. This shows that 1.34 R / C> 1, shows that every rupiah value spent in the production of patchouli oil will provide benefits and feasible to be developed. So it can be concluded that the processing of patchouli oil in Wandoke Village, Tiworo Islands District, West Muna Regency through and water steam distillation system, and patchouli oil processing business in Wandoke Village, Tiworo Islands Subdistrict, West Muna Regency is feasible to cultivate.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the availability and quantity of raw materials used in processing coconut oil; (2) to find out the skills of the workforce and the number of preparations produced in each time processing coconut oil; (3) to determine the productivity of coconut oil. The data is processed using qualitative data to determine the study of coconut oil processing business while finding out the amount of income using the R / C Ratio formula and to find productivity using the output/input formula. The population in this study were all coconut oil processing businesses. The total income of all coconut oil processing businesses in Kusambi District, West Muna Regency is Rp. 44,955,330 with an overall average of Rp. 6,916,205. While the average production productivity of the whole is Rp. 1.9088. Based on the calculation of the R / C ratio of coconut oil processing business, it is profitable Produk Innovation.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1). know the profile of the palm sugar industry in Napano Kosambi District, West Muna Regency. (2) know the identification of the production and marketing process of palm sugar in Napano Kosambi District, West Muna Regency. The data processed using qualitative data to identify the production process and marketing of palm sugar in small and medium enterprises (UKM) as many as 4 businesses. Data collection using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The channel pattern of palm sugar marketing uses a simple random sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the palm sugar processing business, the variable value of the palm sugar raw material is the total amount of business 1, II, III, and IV: 181 liters; 191 liters; 175 liters; 184 liters. The selling price of palm sugar ranges from Rp. 8,000-11,000, of which business I usually sell its products for Rp. 8,000, business II sells its products for Rp. 10,000, business III sells its products at Rp. 9,000 and business IV sells its production price at Rp. 11,000. With the total yield of palm sugar production from businesses I, II, III, and IV in West Muna District, Napano Kusambi District, around 141 seeds/month. Meanwhile, the total profit yields from the highest to the lowest, namely business IV, the highest is around Rp. 925,270 / month followed by business II amounting to Rp. 839,373 / month, followed by business I of Rp. 491,905 / month and the lowest is business III of Rp. 442,500 / month.
