Abstract

This study aims to obtain the highest goals and weights from the marketing strategy in the tofu industry in Wakobalu Agung Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency, using the AHP method to obtain stakeholders from the marketing strategy in the tofu industry in Wakobalu Agung Village, Kabangka District, Muna Regency using the AHP method, To get the alternative and the highest weight of the marketing strategy in the tofu industry using the AHP method. Data collection is done by interview method, questionnaire/questionnaire technique, and documentation. The results showed that the marketing strategy of the tofu processing industry increased the importance of each goal, namely increasing income with a weighted value of (0.394), increasing demand with a weighted value of (0.303), improving product quality with a weighted value of (0.187), and rising competitive price with a weighted value of (0.116). The level of importance of each stakeholder is the tofu industry with a weighted value of (0.435), Farmers with a weighted value of (0.204), the government with a weighted value of (0.173), academics with a weighted value of (0.094) and finance with a value of (0.093). The marketing strategy in the tofu industry for each stakeholder is the tofu industry with a weighted value of (0.435), farmers with a weighted value of (0.204), the government with a weighted value of (0.173), academics with a weighted value of (0.094) and finance with a value of (0.093). The alternative assessment resulted in the highest weighting successively product development strategy with a value of (0.579), market share increase strategy (0.234), improvement strategy, and utilization of existing resources (0.187).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of making banana chips UD. Simple in Konda Satu Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. The data was collected using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The research analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the processing of banana chips in UD. Simple begins with the stages of procuring raw materials; raw materials are obtained around the research area, namely at the Konda market and banana collectors in Konda District, then the processing of banana chips. The processing of banana chips is done by peeling or separating the fruit from the skin, slicing bananas, frying, cooling processes, and packaging banana chips. Workers two, this peeling process can take 45 minutes - 2 hours. Packaging of banana chips uses a stand-up pouch type, and one package contains 250 grams of banana chips, with the number of packages produced for one flavor variant standing at 50 packs.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the interaction effect of the dose of straw mulch and organic plus fertilizer on the growth of soybean (Glycine max L.) on marginal dry land. This research was conducted from August to December 2021 at the research area of the Agriculture Faculty, Halu Oleo University, Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi. The research design used was a Split Plot arranged in a Randomized Block Design. The main plot was straw mulch (M) consisting of three levels, i.e., without straw mulch (M0), 4 tons ha-1 (M1), and 8 tons ha-1(M2); and Sub-plots were plus organic fertilizer (P) consisting of four levels, namely without plus organic fertilizer (P0); 2.5 tons ha-1(P1); 5 tons ha-1, (P2); and 7.5 tons ha-1 (P3). The measured variable is plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, dry weight of root, dry weight of shoot, and . The analysis of data using ANOVA, if The result of significant (Fhit> Ftab) continues with the DMRT test on α=0.05. The results showed that the treatment of Straw mulch 8 tons ha-1 and organic fertilizer 7.5 tons ha-1 resulted in the highest soybean growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of developing cashew products using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method at UD. Cashew Mubaraq Lombe Kendari City. Determination of the research location purposively. Data was collected using observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Theanalytical method used is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The results showed the development of cashew products at UD. Mubaraq Lombe cashew using the QFD method, it was found that the priorities to be developed in accordance with the wishes and needs of consumers in a row include: (1) the selling price ofcashew products is affordable (8.430%), (2) sales discounts on certain days (7.686%) , (3) discounted cashew product purchases (7.270%), (4) cashew product sales online (6.822%), (5) easy to get cashew products (6.623%), (6) does not contain preservatives (6.567%) , (7) good product quality (6,435%), (8) product taste (6,410%), (9) information on nutritional value on cashew product packaging (6,384%), (10) price match with product quality (8,430%) , (11) there is a certificate of permission from the Ministry of Health (department of health) for cashew products (6.255%), (12) there are halal certificates and labels for cashew products (6.230%), (13) information on expiration (expiration date) (6.229%), (14 ) various types of cashew products (6,227%), and (15) attractive product packaging designs (6,152%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the flow of rice procurement at the Bulog Tembe Public Corporation and analyze the rice stock supply system at Bulog Tembe Public Corporation, North Rarowatu District, Bombana Regency, in ensuring the availability of food logistics in 2021-2025. Determination of the research location is done purposively. The data was collected using observation, interviews, literature, and documentation. The analysis used is forecasting, minimum rice procurement (economic order quantity), safety stock, full inventory, and reorder point. Based on the results of forecasting analysis at Perum Bulog Tembe, North Rarowatu District, for planning and controlling rice supplies in 2021-2025. The minimum quantity of rice procurement (Economic Order Quantity) at Perum Bulog Tembe in 2021 is 33.70 tons; in 2022, it is 36.93 tons; in 2023, it is 39.87 tons; in 2024, it is 43.04 tons; and in 2025, 45.95 Tons. Total Safety Stock at Perum Bulog Tembe in 2021 is 936 tons; in 2022, it is 1,071 tons; in 2023, it is 1,206 tons; in 2024, it is 1,341. In 2025, it is 1,476 tons. The Maximum Inventory at Perum Bulog Tembe in 2021 is 969.70 tons; in 2022, it is 1,107.93 tons; in 2023, it is 1,245.87 tons; in 2024, it is 1,384.04 tons; and in 2025, it is 1,521 .95 Tons. The number of reorder points at Perum Bulog Tembe in 2021 is 1,090 tons; in 2022, it is 1,247 tons; in 2023, it is 1,404 tons; in 2024, it is 1,561 tons; in 2025, it is 1,719 tons.

Abstract

                 This study aims to determine: (a) how many times per month the frequency of purchasing raw materials, (b) how much the total cost of raw material supplies determines the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Approach policy, and find out what the limit for ordering raw materials is needed during the grace period for the Tempe Asli Harapan Bangsa Medium Enterprises. The type of data used is quantitative data. Data analysis uses the EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) method approach. The results showed that the frequency of ordering soybean raw materials for Tempe Asli Harapan Bangsa medium enterprises in 2020 was 28 times; in 2021, there were 27 orders in one year. The limit or point of ordering raw materials needed when using the EOQ method in 2020 is 63,427 Kg, and in 2021 it is 72,385 Kg. The total cost of the company's raw material inventory, when calculated according to the EOQ for 2020, is IDR 452,620,622; in 2021, it is IDR 471,266,128. So, the total cost of soybean raw material inventory calculated according to the EOQ is greater than that incurred by the Original Harapan Bangsa Tempe Business, so there is an additional cost of soybean raw material inventory when using the EOQ method in preparing soybean raw material.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the process analysis of white jellyfish (aurelia aurita) processing business in cv. almahaera in puupi village of kolono districct of south konawe regency. Determination of the location of the study is done intentionally (purposive). Data collection is done by observation, interview and documeation methods. Respondents in the study were business owners, secretaries and several employees at jellyfish processing companies (Aurelia aurita). The study was analyzed using income analysis. The results showed that the variable total cost of production was produced by a production value of Rp957,435,000, total receipts of Rp2,430,400,000, total revenue of Rp 1,472,965,000 and R/C Ratio of 2.54.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of processing tofu and tempeh in the Home Industry in Lambusa Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency. The research was carried out in October 2020 to completion at the Elsa Jaya Tofu Tempe Home Industry in Lambusa Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. Respondents in this study were Tofu Tempe entrepreneur Elsa Jaya because those who know more about tofu and tempeh production are the business owners themselves. This study's data collection techniques were observation, interviews (interviews), and recording. The study results indicate that the processing of tofu and tempeh at the Home Industry of Tofu and Tempe Elsa Jaya has complied with SNI 01-3707-2013. The profit from tofu processing in the Elsa Jaya home industry in Lambusa Village, Konda District, South Konawe Regency is Rp. 1,618,000, with a profit rate of 99.81%. In comparison, the profit on tempe processing is Rp. 460,800, with a profit rate of 74.20%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the added value of cashew nut agroindustry in the Case Study: XYZ Industry in Kendari City. The research in one cashew nut agroindustry, Kadia District, Kendari City. The data collected in this study consisted of two types, namely: primary data and secondary data. The data obtained in this study were tabulated and then analyzed using the analysis of revenue and value-added costs with research variables and business characteristics. The results showed that the cashew nut agroindustry could provide an Rp income. of 72,479,139/month or 47% per production process for one month. The Cashew nut agroindustry provides a gross added value of Rp. 39,216/kg of raw materials and net value added Rp. 38.147/kg of raw materials.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the strategy for developing peanut processing in Lagadi Village, Lawa District, West Muna Regency. The population in this study were all peanut businesses in Lagadi Village, Lawa District, West Muna Regency, in 2020. Sampling was carried out by "proportional random sampling," i.e., random sampling by considering and paying attention to the proportion of each type from the selection of selected subjects. Done in a balanced way. The sample in this study was three peanut businesses from 9 respondents. The data analysis used is SWOT analysis by first identifying the peanut business's strategic factors (strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-threats). The results in this study are the development strategy of peanut management in Lagadi Village, Lawa District, West Muna Regency, namely, (1) farmers optimize land use with experienced workers. (2) the need for the role of extension workers in developing peanut management businesses. (3) the need for the role of the government and the owners of capital in procuring superior seeds. and (4) farmers carry out pest control with pesticides by utilizing capital from the owner of the capital.
