Abstract

Artificial intelligence applications are now highly developed, where hardware is given the ability to think and act like humans. One method for building artificial intelligence applications is artificial neural networks (ANN). ANN is currently highly developed in areas of application that start as diverse as classification, prediction, games, robots, IoT, object/sound recognition, and so on. Unlike the human brain, which is designed to solve many problems, ANN can only solve a specific problem. To make ANN intelligent, learning methods are needed to train ANN to be able to solve certain problems with a good degree of accuracy. There are 3 learning methods commonly used to make ANN intelligent, are perceptron, backpropagation, and extreme learning method. Perceptron is the simplest learning method for the simplest ANN structure. Backpropagation was found to answer the weaknesses of perceptron which cannot solve nonlinear problems. And finally ELM exists to overcome the problem of long computational time in perceptron and backpropagation learning. This research will conduct an analysis of the three ANN learning methods using several problems. Problems used include AND logic, OR logic, XOR logic, iris datasets and MNIST digit handwritten digits. Because the ANN learning method is based on random parameters, each case will be trained 10 times for each method. After testing it is concluded that ELM has a very good speed with a pretty good degree of accuracy.

Abstract

The Faculty of Computer Science, East Java Veterans National Development University as a superior Faculty needs to improve the implementation of Information Technology in carrying out daily Tri Dharma activities. Submission of information quickly to all students is certainly a fundamental requirement. With intermediaries delivering messages such as telegrams, we can provide students with various information related to lectures, guidance, student organizations, etc. in real time and automatically. In general, when students ask through the telegram application, these questions will be answered one by one by a human admin, of course this will be very time-consuming and time consuming. What if this can be done by intelligent robots answering questions from all students according to the topic. Lecturers only fill in various information related to academic information such as guardianship, lectures, guidance on street vendors and Thesis on a web-based application, and students who ask via telegram will get their answers automatically. When students ask via telegram, students will choose a question topic before it cones on a specific topic. If the topic does not exist, the algorithm will try to give the answer that comes closest to the question. Furthermore, when students try to ask questions directly without determining the topic, the algorithm will do a match between the questions with the answer database, then give the closest answer. And also the application which we refer to as BITFIK (Bot of Information based on the Faculty of Computer Science) is also able to save and draw conclusions from various suggestions and input from students regarding the services of Lecturers and Education Personnel in the form of questionnaires. The conclusion can then be seen by the Chairperson through a Web Application built with a combination of the PHP Programming Language and its supporting Variants, the MySQL Server Database, and the Telegram Apps Chatting. Continuous coding and integration will continue to be developed in accordance with FIK's Internal Needs during the Application development period. Based on the explanation above can be formulated as follows "How to build a realtime Student Information Center application based on telegram bot case study at the Faculty of Computer Science, UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur."

Abstract

Desa Rejowinangun is one of villages located in Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar. This village has potential in form of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. In this village, majority of population make a living as traders or entrepreneurs, so that Desa Rejowinangun is dubbed as UMKM Village. Many of real problems faced by UMKM actors in this village. Most important problem is related to marketing of UMKM products. Business people in Desa Rejowinangun are still relying on conventional methods of carrying out marketing business so far. Using conventional sales model, many UMKM sell their products indirectly to consumers, but through orders or requests from distributors or stores. Production of UMKM, which were mostly sold to second hand, made UMKM not maximal in gaining production profits because profits had to be shared with second hand distributors. Marketing methods carried out until now still use social media such as Instagram, Tokedia and Shoope. Marketing methods through social media have a more limited reach, which can only reach audiences that are connected to the internet and access social media, so that the marketing of these entrepreneurial activists is better and the reach is wider then the idea to develop and change towards digital marketing where one of them is through a media website, a special website will be built to shelter UMKM actors, especially UMKM in Desa Rejowinangun to market their products.UMKM will have advantage of using information technology to increase economic value of UMKM in this village, which is expected to increase income and added value to Desa Rejowinangun as a UMKM village.

Abstract

Globalization is believed to be the exogenous driving force that has changed many social and political changes in the last few decades. Deprived of the identity of a socio-political entity, including the people in Indonesia, is a socio-political phenomenon that has become increasingly apparent in recent developments. Supported by increasingly high internet penetration rates, this uprooted culture is even felt in rural areas. But, that does not mean that the local wisdom of Indonesian people can then be lost. Bancakan Salak is one of the cultures of Indonesian people who retain elements of local wisdom. The word "bancakan" itself means "form of gratitude" and is manifested in the form of holding a meal together. While salak is the main plantation commodity in the Galengdowo village, Wonosalam district, Jombang. Bancakan Salak becomes interesting to study when it is associated with the loss of local culture due to globalization. Therefore, this study looks at the efforts of the Galengdowo village government to preserve the culture and local wisdom in the village. This study uses a mixed approach (mixed method). The research instruments used were interviews, observation, and questionnaires to obtain primary and secondary data. With these three instruments, it is hoped that the research team will get a clear picture of the history of the Bancakan Salak and why the Bancakan Salak tradition was remade by the Galengdowo village government.
