Abstract

One of the actual forms of state defense education is through outbound activities. In this context, education is interpreted as a process to humanize humans to become fully human adults. However, the world was shocked by the outbreak of a disease caused by a virus called corona or known as covid-19. Transmission through social contact between humans is difficult to predict and also cannot be avoided so its spread is also very rapid. Therefore, it is necessary to change the outbound state defense education method from conventional activities to offline activities based on the web and automatically computed. The system will replace the conventional process of supervising outbound activities where activities that are usually carried out in groups and simultaneously, will be carried out independently by sending evidence of activities that have been recorded through document files or videos. The results of this study are the Outbound State Defense Group Randomization Information System (SIOBEL) using the Linear Congruent Method (LCM) which helps in creating random groups of students and with the Graph Query Language (Graph-QL) system architecture which can facilitate interface and system developers to exchange data.

Abstract

In 2010, the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries released a policy of accelerated development of the area based on the potential of marine and fisheries, or Minapolitan. Minapolitan is implemented in several regions in Indonesia, one of which is in the Village of Kalanganyar, Sidoarjo Regency. Kalanganyar is known as a producer of premium milkfish and shrimp, processed milkfish, as well as being the location of the most prominent fishing tours in Sidoarjo. This potential causes Kalanganyar to be called “the village of the fish”. Hence, this study aims to identify the endogenous development factors in the implementation of Minapolitan in Kalanganyar. This study uses a qualitative approach with the following data collection techniques: interviews, observation, document collection, and focus group discussion. Specifically, data analysis techniques using an interactive model consist of the stages of reduction, display, and conclusion. As for the test of the data validity, the writer utilized tools for trust checking, transferability, dependence, and certainty basis. The results showed that in general, the factors of entrepreneurship are quite fulfilled. However, there are some aspects to be considered; such as the provision of seedlings banding, an increase in capital for small businesses, the modernization of production equipment for processed milkfish, assistance for market expansion, and the construction of a hub for souvenirs and gift shops. Nevertheless, the leadership factor has been fulfilled. Formal and informal leaders have given good support in the optimization of Minapolitan. As for the third factor, the institution has also been well construed. It can be seen from the formation of village-owned enterprises, which are expected to become an economic catalyst, as well as the presence of rules in the implementation of the business. Thus, it can be concluded that in general, the factors of endogenous development in the implementation of minapolitan di Kalanganyar village have been well accomplished.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether the APBN (State Revenue and Expenditure Budget) provided by the government is appropriate to support a green economy in the Covid-19 era, especially in the agricultural sector, and wants to know how the role of agricultural insurance is in the welfare of farmers. The method used in this research used a literature review. Sources of data obtained from this research are in the form of books, journals, and internet sites related to the topics discussed. The results show that the implementation of SRI in achieving green economy implementation has been going well, but the State Budget (APBN) provided by the government is not fully suitable to support a green economy. In addition, the role of agricultural insurance in the welfare of farmers is considered a fairly good policy.

Abstract

SITUK-V2 is an application of the second version of the online competency test integrated system, which is used in the competency test at the LSP (Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi) UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur, with the signing up or registration process up to a statement of competence. At the time of registration, both from the session of the asesi and the asesor and the statement of graduation by the asesor, the asesi will receive a notification in the registered email, this notification uses push notification technology. Push notification technology is a technology that allows a device (client) to get information in the form of notifications sent by the information provider (server) automatically. In general, the mechanism for sending notifications from the server to the client uses a stand-alone push service (broker) and uses the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) protocol. but in sending notifications there is often a delay to the client. In this study, a notification delivery mechanism with push notifications was developed which will be implemented using the WebSocket protocol in the SITUK-V2 application where the result is that there is a difference in delay time between the registration process and the competency statement process that is sent via user email, this is due to the influence of the size of the data, bandwidth, and device used.

The role of information and communication technology (ICT) in supporting UKMK during the COVID-19 pandemic is getting bigger, software as a service (SAAS) developers are also improving their services to help UMKM business processes. Google, one of the SAAS service providers, provides Google My Business products to help customers find business products from MSMEs, the change in people's buying styles through digital technology has been realized by Carving Gabus Surabaya (CGS), CGS is an MSME engaged in cork carving production services for wedding aisle decoration needs to other public events. The problem being faced by CGS is the lack of ability of owners and employees to operate ICT facilities to connect the marketing of CGS products and services to digitalization. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct training related to the creation and management of Google My Business for CGS owners and employees, the aim is to provide stimulants and training to MSME activists. Based on the results of the evaluation of activities, there is an alignment between the need to know the use of Google My Business and the usefulness of using Google My Business for CGS marketing towards digitalization.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has two seasons in one period, namely the dry season and the rainy season. Problems often arise in the field of climatology, is the presence of missing data, which affects the quality of the prediction results. This study uses time-series results, which show the characteristics of statistical values ??with observed data and behave according to the probabilistic concept. In this research case study, we took data from Kaggle which contained Global Climate Change data for the Surabaya area from 1900 to 2012. In addition, we took BMKG online data from 2013 to 21 April 2021 based on observations from the Juanda Meteorological station for the Surabaya area, and surrounding. Specifically for this research, we focus on the rainfall temperature which is modeled using the ARIMA Seasonal model, to predict the weather in the Surabaya area and its surroundings. Therefore, we want to analyze the weather prediction using the ARIMA Seasonal time series model for a case study in the Surabaya area. It can be simplified that the temperature prediction in the Surabaya and surrounding areas has an accurate value with the selection of the best model SARIMA (3,0,0) (0,1,1,12).
