Abstract

Facilities Management and Safety Standards (FMS) is one of the 15 hospital accreditation standards that must be fulfilled. FMS standards are very closely related to the implementation of Hospital Occupational Safety and Health (OSH). If the OSH is not implemented, the FMS standard cannot be fulfilled which impacts the quality of health services. This research aims to analyze the implementation of Facilities and Safety Management based on the Hospital Accreditation National Standards (HANS) 1st Edition 2018 at Deli Hospital Medan. The type of research is a qualitative study using a phenomenological approach. The research period is from December 2019 to March 2020. The number of informants are 10 people (1 person in charge of accreditation and 9 people in charge of OSH). Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, document checks and observations. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics to describe the achievements of each FMS standard and continued with thematic analysis to conclude the results of the interview. The results showed that the achievements of FMS based on HANS 1st Edition obtained an average of 61.90%. Obstacles to fulfillment include: limited availability of facilities and infrastructure, limited number of Human Resources (HR), awareness of HR, lack of HR knowledge about OSH, limited budget allocation to support the implementation of FMS standards, readiness of the training in conducting training and simulation has not been maximized, the lack of compliance of the Hazardous and Toxic Waste provider to attach the Material Safety Data Sheets. Achievement of FMS standard fulfillment based on HANS Edition 1.1 was 67.14%, but did not become an obstacle in hospital accreditation from the First rank to the Basic rank. It is expected that the person in charge of accreditation prioritizes the improvement of FMS 2 (implementing facilities and environmental risk management programs), FMS 6 (developing, maintaining, disaster management programs to respond to disasters and natural disasters) and FMS 6.1 (conducting simulation handling / responding to emergencies, epidemics and disasters ) because the fulfillment is still <50%. Hospital management should do a simulation before accreditation from Hospital Accreditation Commission to fulfill the achievement of at least 80%, add competent human resources in the field of OSH which also plays a role in assisting the implementation of FMS standards and allocating funds for training activities. Abstract

Mother's Milk (ASI) is the perfect substance for baby's growth and can accelerate the development of baby's weight. Complementary Food for Mother's Milk (MP-ASI) is food or drink that contains nutrients that are given to infants / children to meet nutritional needs. Appropriate complementary feeding is greatly influenced by the behavior of mothers who have babies. However, there are still many mothers who provide complementary foods for less than 6 months which can have a negative impact on the health of the baby. Many factors are related to early breastfeeding by the mother. These factors include knowledge, health and occupation of the mother, MP-ASI advertisements, health workers, cultural and socioeconomic. In order for the organizer's health efforts to be optimal, the Puskesmas must carry out a good assessment. This study aims to determine how mothers' attitudes towards early breastfeeding in the area of ​​Puskesmas Commerce in Bandar subdistrict, Simalungun Regency in 2020. This study is a survey with a cross-sectional research design. Sampling is done by using perposive sampling technique. The total sample in this study were 76 respondents. Data were analyzed by Chi Square test with α 0.05. The results of the study with bivariate analysis showed that there were influences between factors related to mother's attitudes namely education with p value (0.011) <α 0.05, occupation with p value (0.023) <α 0.05, husband support with p value ( 0.011) <α 0.05, and breastfeeding culture with a value of p (0.005) <α 0.05 in the provision of early breastfeeding MP in trade health centers in 2020. For the Simalungun District Health Office in order to provide counseling to the community especially to post partum mothers to always give exclusive breastfeeding to her baby until the age of 6 months without providing additional food such as formula milk, tea water, rice porridge and so forth. For trade Puskesmas so that Puskesmas employees can always provide the best service by providing information about early MP-ASI, how to give, due to giving MP-ASI too early to the mother so that the mother's insight becomes wider and her knowledge will be better. Abstract

ABSTRACT Patient satisfaction is an indicator of service success that affects satisfaction in nursing services. If the service is approprite to expectations, the quality of service is considered good and satisfying, otherwise the service received is not satisfactory, the quality of service is as poor. The 5 dimensions of patient satisfaction are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy with the satisfaction of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Citra Medika 2 Clinic, Medan City. The type of research used associative research, that aims to determine the effect or also the relationship between two or more variables. This research is quantitative, with a cross sectional design which is a research design by examining the relationship between two variables in a situation or group of subjects. The population of this research were all patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 in Citra Medika 2 Clinic, Medan City, totaling 1,524 people. The sample of 86 people was obtained using the Purposive Sampling technique, the research instrument used questionnaire.The results obtained that variables that related to patient satisfaction with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2, are tangibles (p value = 0,000), assurance (p value = 0.004), Empathy (p value = 0.006). It is recommended to Citra Medika 2 Clinic especially nurses to maintain good service quality and continue to improve the quality of service to patients.

Abstract

Policy implementation is a way for a policy to achieve its objectives. The implementation of this policy is the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach. In implementing the healthy indonesia program family approach policy there are related factors, namely knowledge, attitudes, communication, bureaucratic structure. Study was to determine the Factors Associated with the healthy indonesia program family approach in Gading Padang Lawas Health Center in 2020. The type of study is quantitative study with cross sectional approach that independent variables with the dependent variable faced by community health center staff in implementing the healthy indonesia program family approach in the work area of ​​the Ivory Law Center in Padang Lawas in 2020. The population of this study is all family heads registered in the community health center in Gading Padang Lawas totaling 115 people. a sample of 57 people using a questionnaire. The results obtained by variables related to healthy indonesia program family approach Policy Implementation are: knowledge (p value = 0,000), attitude (p value = 0,000), communication (p value = 0,000), bureaucratic structure (p value = 0.002). It is recommended for respondents to increase healthy clean living behavior on themselves and be diligent to check themselves to the nearest health center when sick

Abstract

The Community Health Center of Sukaramai is one of 41 Community Health Centre in Medan and It is one of the outpatient Community Health Centers. The management of Community Health Centre will integrate all existing management in solving health priority problems in their working areas. The process and stages of Community Health Centre Management at Community Health Center of Sukaramai cannot be carried out effectively and efficiently, where the human resources (HR) are still lacking and performance achievements have not reach targets. This study aims to analyze the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the management of the Community Health Center in Medan with a qualitative research design with a phenomenological design. Informants in this study were 6 people. Data collection by in-depth interviews. Triangulation of the head of the Community Health Centre, the head of administration and the staff of Community Health Centre. This research was conducted at the Community Health Center of Sukaramai in Medan from March to April 2020. The results showed that the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Community Health Center management were the availability of incomplete data, internal and external meetings that could not run effectively, supervision, control and performance evaluation were not carried out. Routinely, the lack of management openness in matters of funds, fund management is still not optimal, communication is not good and effective, lack of resources both human, physical and financial resources as well as a lack of employee understanding of Community Health Centre management. The Community Health Center Management of Sukaramai is expected to be able to carry out the management of Community Health Centre with maximum, fair and open. open.

This study is to analyze what factors are related to maternal behavior in providing early complementary feeding in the Serapit Health Center in Langkat Regency in 2019. This research is an analytic study with a cross sectional approach to 86 mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months in the region the work of the Sirapit District Health Center in Langkat Regency. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The research instrument uses a structured questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability then is analyzed univariately and bivariately using the Chi Square test. Analysis of factors related to maternal behavior in giving early complementary feeding is used logistic regression at 95% confidence level (α = 0 , 05). The results of this study indicate that the majority of respondents who have poor knowledge 73.3%, who have low education 76.7%, mothers who are 75.6%, poor attitude 74.4%, socio-cultural that is not entrenched 76.7 % and poor maternal behavior 54.7%. The results of bivariate analysis revealed that knowledge (p = 0.003), education (p = 0.005), occupation (p = 0.012), attitude (p = 0.006) and social culture (p = 0.001) were significantly related to maternal behavior in giving Early breastfeeding in the Sirapit Community Health Center. It is therefore recommended for health workers to further improve health education to mothers, families and the community to increase understanding of the importance of providing correct and appropriate early complementary feeding. Abstract

The elderly are one of the groups that are vulnerable to health problems. DM disease is increasing rapidly sufferers in the world due to the influence of lifestyle and people's diet. GERMAS is a national movement initiated by the President of the Republic of Indonesia that puts forward promotive and preventive efforts, without prejudice to curative-rehabilitative efforts by involving all components of the nation in promoting a healthy paradigm. Many people with diabetes in Indonesia who do not know they are diabetic, so do not do early detection. In fact, if early detection is done then complications can be prevented. The Healthy Living Community Movement invites the public to cultivate healthy living, to be able to change unhealthy habits or behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the movement of healthy people living in the elderly who suffer from diabetes mellitus at Saga Labuhan Batu Utara Scissors Health Center in 2020. The type of research used was descriptive qualitative research using the case study method. Intake of informants in this study using purposive sampling technique with a homogeneous sampling approach. The informants in this study consisted of 2 main informants, 3 additional informants. The implementation of Germas, in general, all activities have been carried out well by health workers, but in the process of implementing GERMAS that is currently underway at Saga Scissors Puskesmas is still not effective, because the elderly are less concerned with the disease and less concerned about their health. Abstract

Fruit fly is one of the potential pests of fruit destroyers which is very loss to fruit farmers. Lime leaves (Citrus aurantifolia Swingle.) Have been examined to contain several compounds that have the potential to control fruit fly pests. The purposes to find out whether the juice of lime leaves is effective as a vegetable pesticide against fruit flies. In this study using experimental methods. With the stages of sampling, sample processing, phytochemical screening, making juice, making fruit fly traps, and testing the juice of lime leaves as vegetable pesticides with different concentrations of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% sprayed on the surface of guava fruit (Psidium guajava) and observed its effect on fruit flies. The average results of research on the juice of lime leaves as a vegetable pesticide against fruit flies indicate that the higher the concentration the higher the number of fruit fly deaths based on observations made for 3 days. Based on data analyzed statistically by the ONE WAY ANOVA method. It can be concluded that at a concentration of 20% the juice of lime leaves is the most effective as a vegetable pesticide. Based on the results of this study, the juice of lime leaves is expected to be an alternative as a vegetable pesticide.

Abstract

Many human resources at public health center assume that the number of participants Social Health Care Assurance will burden or increase their workload so that the impact on the quality of health services in health centers. Similary, the assumption of the patient Social Health Care Assurance, because using Social Health Care Assurance card then the services that obtained feared can not be satisfactory. The purpose of this research is the analyze the effect of quality of health services on Social Health Care Assurance patient satisfactory. The research is quantitative research with survey method through explanatory research approach. The research was conducted at Patumbak Public Health Center Deli Serdang District. The Population of this research is 32.016 people and 90 people as sample. Data analysis use univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi-square and multivariate analysis use multiple logistic regression test at 95 confidence level (α=0,05)The results showed that the quality of health services significantly affected the satisfaction of BPJS Patients at Patumbak Community Health Center, P = 0,000. All dimensions of health service quality have an effect on patient satisfaction of BPJS at Patumbak Community Health Center that is direct evidence (tangibles, reliability (reliability), responsiveness, assurance and empathy. All confounding variables are sex, education occupation, membership of BPJS, distance of house to Health Center, none has an effect on patient satisfaction BPJS , with p > 0,05. The most dominant variable of the effect on patient satisfaction is the variable of Empathy, with the value of RP = 0,235 means that respondents stated that reliable health services will services. It is suggested to health workers at Patumbak Public Helath Center, Deli Serdang district regency to maintain good service quality and continuously improve service quality to patients by showing Empathy in work, hospitality to all patients, responding to problems complained of patients and empthy on patients.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Rendahnya angka kunjungan ke Puskesmas dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor baik dari faktor masyarakat sebagai pengguna atau pun dari Puskesmas sebagai penyedia pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan rendahnya kunjungan ulang pasien umum di Unit Rawat Jalan Puskesmas Bandar Tinggi Kabupaten Simalungun. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 96 orang. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi square dan regresi logistik pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (p<0,05). Hasil: Ada hubungan pelayanan administrasi (p= 0,000), pelayanan dokter (p= 0,000), pelayanan perawat/bidan (p= 0,000), ketersediaan fasilitas dan obat-obatan (p= 0,000), akses (p= 0,000), dan kenyamanan (p= 0,000) dengan kunjungan ulang pasien umum di unit rawat jalan Puskesmas Bandar Tinggi tahun 2020. Kesimpulan: Pelayanan administrasi merupakan variabel paling dominan berhubungan dengan kunjungan ulang pasien umum dengan nilai B (4,153)
