Abstract

Latar Belakang: Tingkat pelayanan yang berbeda dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan pasien, dengan itu pentingnya untuk melihat kualitas pelayanan rawat inap. Tujuan: Menganalisis perbedaan kualitas pelayanan pada pasien BPJS dan pasien umum di Unit Rawat Inap RSUD Tuan Rondahaim Pamatang Raya. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 orang. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji t-independent pada taraf kepercayaan 95% (p<0,05). Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan prosedur pelayanan (p= 0,000), sarana dan prasarana (p= 0,000), profesionalisme (p= 0,000), reputasi (p= 0,000), sikap (p= 0,000), keandalan (p= 0,000), perbaikan layanan (p= 0,000) dan kepuasan pasien (p= 0,000) pada pasien BPJS dan pasien umum di unit rawat inap RSUD Tuan Rondahaim Pamatang Raya. Kesimpulan: ada perbedaan prosedur pelayanan, sarana dan prasarana profesionalisme, reputasi, sikap, keandalan, perbaikan layanan dan kepuasan pasien pada pasien BPJS dan pasien umum di unit rawat inap RSUD Tuan Rondahaim Pamatang Raya

Abstract

ABSTRACT Dental caries in 6-12 years old primary school students is a major dental and oral health problem that requires attention and prevention through the implementation of the School Dental Health Program (SDHP). The purpose of the study was to evaluate the implementation of the SDHP program and analyze the relationship between toothbrush behavior and the incidence (number) of caries and Decay Missing Filled-Teeth Index (DMF-T Index) numbers at Primary School 091407 Sarimatondang in the working area of ​​the Sarimatondang Public Health Center in Simalungun Regency. This type of research uses a mixed methods research approach which is a qualitative method with a case study approach and quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The study was conducted at the Puskesmas Sarimatondang and the time of the study began in December 2019 - April 2020. The informants selected in this study were carried out intentionally (purposive sampling) namely the school principal and supervisor of SDHP. The research sample was all students in Class I - VI totaling 168 students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and using questionnaires. Data were analyzed by thematic analysis and Pearson correlation. The results showed that the SDHP Program activities at Primary School 091407 Sarimatondang had not been carried out thoroughly. There are 5 M (Man, Money, Material, Method, Machine) obstacles in the implementation of the SDHP Program. There is a relationship between toothbrush behavior (knowledge) with the incidence (number) and DMF-T Index number. It is recommended that SDHP supervisors should take part in training to increase their knowledge and insights on dental health and at the same time act as a mobilizer for SDHP activities. Principals make schedules for the overall implementation of the SDHP program and It carried out routinely and the Head of Sarimatondang Puskesmas supports and implements SDHP activities in accordance with the Guidelines School Dental Health (SDHP) Program established by the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2012.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Community health center accreditation is an obligation as stipulated in Minister of Health Regulations of Republic Indonesia No. 46 of 2015 in an effort to improve the quality of health services. Not all Community health center have the same ability to fulfill accreditation standards in achieving accreditation status. The purpose of this study was to increase the accreditation of Community health center to the primary level at Service Unit of Community health center Sarimatondang, Sidamanik Sub District, Simalungun District. This type of research is a case study research with a qualitative approach. The research location was in Community health center Sarimatondang and the research period began in December 2019 until April 2020. The number of informants consisted of 8 Chairpersons of Public Health Efforts, Chair of Accreditation Quality, Head of Community health center, Midwife, Staff, Chair of Public Health Personal, Head of Environment-VII Sarimatondang, and Chairperson Admin. Data collection is done through in-depth interviews, document review and observation. Data is analyzed to make it easier to see data more simultaneously. The results showed that the average achievement score of Chapter IX accreditation standards was 76.82%. Achievement scores of Community health center accreditation standards for Chapter I, Chapter II, Chapter IV, and Chapter V ≥ 75%, Chapter VII and Chapter VII > 60%, and Chapter III, Chapter VI and Chapter IX > 20%. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of accreditation standards fulfillment at Sarimatondang Community health center include financial resources, variations in the level of education of human resources of Community health center staff and integrated service center cadres, staff assigned as program managers not in accordance with their main tasks and functions, limited time from the accreditation advisory team providing guidance and direction in preparation for accreditation. Efforts to improve the status of accreditation from Middle to Main, the Community health center Sarimatondang must improve the achievements of the scores of Chapter I, Chapter II, Chapter IV, Chapter V, Chapter VII, and Chapter VIII ≥ 80%; and the total achievements of Chapter III, Chapter VI, and Chapter IX ≥ 60%. It is recommended that the accreditation team that has been formed can maximize its activities to coordinate activities, conduct meetings discussing the obstacles faced in fulfilling accreditation, monitoring and evaluation standards to fit the tasks and functions. The accreditation team increases collaboration with external parties to help solve the problem of meeting accreditation standards and works based on the timeline to make the stages of activities that need to be carried out until the fulfillment of accreditation standards can be achieved when accreditation activities will begin.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Case Manager is a new innovation designed by an Independent Institution, the Hospital Accreditation Commission (HAC), in order to meet the needs of quality and efficient health services so as to improve the image of health services to the community. Case managers can play an active role in helping to achieve quality indicators in service units effectively. The purpose of this reasearch is to examine how the case manager's role activity is in efforts to improve the image of health services in the Rokan Hulu District General Hospital. This reasearch uses qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive study approach. Informants in this that were Professional Care Providers (PCP) consisting of the Physician in charge , nurses represented by the head of the intensive room (ICU) and of the dahlia ward room, and the Pharmacist. Hospital management, represented by the head of the nursing section, and the head of the hospital's education and training section. Patients / families as well as the case manager team itself. Data collection methods used in this reasearch are by observation, deep interview, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the case manager in the upstream regional public hospital is considered not yet effective in carrying out its role as a case manager. There is no interprofessional collaboration that related to meeting patient service needs, has not been active as advocacy and facilitating patients during this periode care. Factors that influence the role of the case manager include internal factors in which the case manager is still concurrent with other tasks, as well as the competence of the case manager itself. Meanwhile, external factors are the provision of rewards to case manager officers and poor coordination and evaluation systems from the hospital management.

Abstract

Hospitals require the implementation of a management information system that can be enable fast and accurate in data processing to create high quality service. Zeithmal's service quality theory has 5 indicators: Tangibles, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, Emphaty, Manual data processing has many drawbacks which are time consuming and data inaccurate due to the possibility of major errors. The importance of the Hospital Management Information System has been set forth in the Minister of Health Regulation No. 82 of 2013 on Hospital Management Information System. According to Edwards III, there are four factors that influence implementation: communication, resources, attitude (disposition), and bureaucratic structure . Sampling use total sampling technique. The sample taken in this study was 30 people. The survey instrument used the questionnaire. There is the influence of Implementation of Hospital Management Information System communication on the quality of maternity Room and delivery Room services at General Hospital of Gunungsitoli Regency amounted to 12 (40%). The influence of resources amounted to 13 (43.3%), The influence of attitude / Disposition Implementation amountedt to 43.3%, the influence of Bureaucratic Structural Implementation amounted to 15 (50%), the influence of Hospital Management Information System Implementation on quality Maternity Room and Delivery Room service at Gunungsitoli Regional General Hospital of Nias regency was significant in terms of quality of service, with p <0.05.

Abstract

One element that really determines the quality of hospital health services is health workers. Of the health workers in the Hospital who mainly have a large role are nurses, this is due to the nurse profession having a relatively large proportion that is almost more than 50% of all hospital human resources. The quality of nursing services is strongly influenced by the processes, roles and functions of nursing service management, because nursing management is a special task that must be carried out by the nursing manager / manager which includes planning, organizing, directing and monitoring. This study aims to analyze the determinants of nurse job satisfaction. This is a cross-sectional study conducted at Bhayangkara Tebing Tinggi Hospital Tebing Tinggi City in January to June 2020. Respondents numbered 100 people determined by the minimum sample formula. There is no relationship between age, education level, length of service, marital status, incentives, competence, managerial supervision and hospital facilities with nurse satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tebing Tinggi Hospital in Tebing Tinggi in 2020 based on the results of Multivariate analysis. The most dominant variable affecting Nurse Satisfaction at Bhayangkara Tebing Tinggi Hospital Tebing Tinggi City in 2020 was based on the results of multivariate analysis namely Workload (sig.0.006) and incentives (sig.0.009). It is hoped that it can increase Nurses' Incentives in accordance with UMR / UMD, complete Hospital Facilities especially Hospital lift facilities, conduct training or education programs to improve nurse competencies that researchers assume are variables that cause an increase in workload.

Abstract

Reproductive health is important for everyone. From womb to death. One of the diseases that interfere with the function of the reproductive organs is cervical cancer or cervical cancer. Cervical cancer is uterine cancer that originates from the cervix or cervix that grows and develops from the cervix and grows to the pelvic wall. The beginning of cervical cancer is HPV infection, the pre-cancer stage to cervical cancer takes 10-20 years. Whatsapp is an instant and cross-platform messaging application (mesengger) on smartphones that allows users to send and receive messages such as SMS without using credit but using an internet connection. Knowing the effect of using whatsapp group on women of chieldbearing age knowledge about Inspeksi Visual Asetat. This study used a Quasi Experiment (Quasi-Experiment) method. By using the Pre Test Post Test Control Group Design approach method. Samples A total of 34 were taken with purposive sample technique. It can be seen that from 34 respondents it is known that based on the results of the paired t-test analysis, the t-hit value = 2,690 with a confidence level of 95% (0.05) df = 33 obtained t table (1,865). so t hit table and p value = 0.011 <0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the knowledge of women of childbearing age who do not follow the WhatsApp group with the knowledge of women of childbearing age who participate in the Whatsspp group. The knowledge of women of childbearing age who follow the Whatsapp group is better, which means that the Whatsapp group has been given information about visual acetate inspection (IVA). For this reason, new innovations are needed in providing information to increase knowledge of women of childbearing age about visual acetate inspection (IVA). Keywords: Whatsapp, Knowledge, IVA

Abstract

ABSTRACT The performance and quality of health services are very dependent on knowledge, skills and motivation. The results of interviews conducted with 10 employees of Padangsidimpuan City Hospital obtained information that there was no equal distribution of training for employees, 70% of the same employees participated in several trainings while 30% of other employees had never participated in training.The type and design of research is analytic survey with case control design. The population is all employees in the Padangsidimpuan City General Hospital, the sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 people. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data analysis is univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with multiple linear regression.The results showed the t test <0.05 or 4.488> 1.984 training affected the performance, motivation affected the performance with the t test <0.05 or 3.379> 1.984, the f test showed that the employee training affected the performance by 0.00 <0.05 with a calculated F value of 23.716> f table 3.09, motivation affects the performance of the f test value of 0.00 <0.05 with a calculated f value of 14.389> f table 3.09. and the test results of the determination of the value of the correlation / relationship (R) that is equal to 0.527 coefficient of determination (RSquare) of 0.278 means that 27.8% of training and motivation have an influence on employee work.Training should continue to be given continuously to each employee and provide incentives in accordance with the quality and workload at Padangsidimpuan City Hospital to improve the quality of services in hospitals. Abstract

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus, a virus that licenses the immune system obtained by the Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). Education about HIV / AIDS as the main weapon against HIV / AIDS or reducing the incidence of HIV / AIDS, because there is no treatment or vaccine that can prevent the spread of HIV / AIDS where the biggest risk factor for transmission is heterosexuals as much as 384 cases (52.10%). This research was intended to see changes in education about students' knowledge and attitudes about HIV / AIDS in Class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan Mandailing Natal Regency in 2020. The type of research was a Quasi Design experiment (quasi-experimental) by making One Group Pretest Posttest research. Sampling using Total Sampling with a total number of respondents equal to a total of 127 students of class X. Respondents were given a pretest questionnaire continued with counseling, and givenquestionnaire again to conduct a posttest on the same day. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon test which previously carried out the previous normality test. An increase in good knowledge from 39 respondents (30.7%) to 115 respondents (90.6%), and an increase in attitudes toward positive attitudes as many as 36 respondents (28.3%) to 116 respondents (91.3%). Wilcoxon test results obtained the(pvalue = 0,000) where 0,000 <0.05 has a significant difference between the knowledge and attitudes of class X students before and the provision of health education assistance. Recomended to management of the SMA Negeri 1 Tambang Mandailing Natal District in carrying out PKPR activities and expected to theHealth Department to carry out health promotion therelated to efforts and to improve HIV / AIDS infected

Abstract

Health development is the implementation of health efforts by the Indonesian people, to increase awareness, willingness and ability to live a healthy life for everyone, so as to realize the highest degree of public health. Data from Mitra Sejati Hospital in Medan City recorded fluctuations in the number of inpatient visits at Mitra Sejati Hospital in Medan City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the relationship between the quality of public health services and patient satisfaction in Mitra Sejati Hospital in Medan City in 2020. This type of research uses quantitative methods conducted an analytical survey with a cross sectional study approach. Population in this study were all patients who visited Mitra Sejati Medan City Hospital in 2020 with an average number of visits of 220 patients. The sampling technique used Stratified random sampling of 69 patients. Data analysis in this study used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis and multivariate analysis with logistic regression. The results of the study with the chi square test revealed the value of p value variable reliability was 0,000 <0.05, assurance was 0.001 <0.05, tangible was 0,000 <0.05, empathy was 0.001 <0.05 and responsiveness was 0,000 <0.05 . Logistic regression test results revealed that the reliability variable has the largest Exp (B) value = 55.614. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship of reliability, assurance, tangible, empathy and responsiveness with patient satisfaction at the Medan Sejati General Hospital in 2020. The most dominant variable related to patient satisfaction is the reliability variable. Suggested to Mitra Sejati Hospital, Medan City to further improve the quality of service and maintain good quality so that patient satisfaction can be achieved optimally.
