Abstract

Study of drinking water from a refill drinking water depot at the Deli Husada Delitua Health Institute environment has been conducted. The quality of drinking water is analyzed based on the aspect of temperature, pH, E.coli and Bacteri Coliform to see the feasibility of refill drinking water with PERMEKES No. 492 in 2010 About drinking water requirements. Sampling is done at 3 points of drinking water source once. Results of laboratory analysis of drinking water measured in terms of parameters Temperature, pH, and biological by the method of Indonesian National Standards (SNI). Based on the result of temperature testing that to the three points of Drinking Water Depot being sampled meet the quality standard according to the prevailing regulations that is 25OC ± 3OC, The requirement of drinking water based on pH of three points in the sample also meet the applicable quality standard that is 6.5-8.5. based on Biological parameters of e.coli content there is one point that does not meet drinking condition, there is e.coli of <1 with the required standard of 0 / 100mL. Judging from the content of the coliform bacteri there are two sample points that do not meet the requirements, contained <1 / 100ml - 1.2 / 100ml bacteri coliform with the required quality standard of 0 / 100ml. The results showed that only one semester of water depot fulfilled the water criteria from 3 points of refill drinking water depot (DAMIU) in the Deli Husada Delitua Health Institute in accordance with Permenkes. 492 Year 2010 about the criteria of drinking water in terms of temperature, pH, content E.coli and Total Bacteri Coliform, Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of drinking water sources.

Abstract

Kemampuan dan keterampilan dari seorang pimpinan adalah faktor penting dalam memotivasi pegawainya agar lebih bekerja dengan baik. Rujukan dalam memimpin ini sangatlah banyak termasuk kepemimpinan etnik seperti budaya batak. Misalnya kepala suku, ada pula sistem kerajaan seperti sultan, raja Sistem kepemimpinan masyarakat batak Toba, berdasar kepada stratifikasi sosial yang diwarisi secara turun temurun. Selain itu, secara khusus, aspek kepemimpinan dalam budaya batak biasanya diurai melalui unsur pantun atau umpasa dalam budaya batak. Pemimpin otentik adalah pemimpin nyata dirasakan rakyat dalam perikehidupannya sehari-hari. Bukan hanya sekadar nama tanpa peran nyata melindungi, mengayomi, mengarahkan, menginspirasi, menularkan spirit optimisme, serta memberi rasa aman dan nyaman bagi yang dipimpin. Karena pentingnya melihat bagaimana pemimpin di RS Grandmed Lubuk Pakam yang menjadikan RS ini sebagai salah satu RS tereksis di Lubuk Pakam Bahkan Sumatera Utara. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif pendekatan fenomenologi untuk menjawab pertanyaan penulis melalui cara mencari, mengumpulkan, mengolah dan menganalisis data hasil penelitian tersebut. Yang menjadi informan adalah orang yang benar-benar sudah memahami betul karakter pemimpin di RS ini. Kemudian dianalisis dengan proses Redusi Data, Penyajian Data dan Verifikasi Data. Dengan hasil kepemimpinan LT,KG dan PH di RS Grandmed Lubuk pakam sangat kental penekanan tiga prinsip batak yaitu: 1) Dijolo siihuthonon yang menekankan pemimpin yang berkarakter menjadi contoh untuk setiap anggota. 2) dipudi sipaimaon bermakna dibeakang ditunggu, pada konsepnya seorang pemimpin harus memiliki sifat selalu di nantikan oleh para anggotanya. dan 3) ditonga-tonga siharungguon bermakna ditengah dikerumuni yang menekankan untuk berbaiklah kepada sesama manusia. Konsep karakteristik kepemimpinan ditonga-tonga siharungguon berarti untuk merumuskan suatu hal harus berdasaran diskusui bersama dan pemimpin menjadi pusatnya.

Abstract

Nurses are the spearhead of whether or not the health services provided to patients are good because for 24 hours the nurse always interacts with the patient. The success of nursing services and services is largely determined by the performance of the nurses, so that an increase in the performance of nurses is necessary and must always be carried out through a standardized system so that the results are more optimal. One of the efforts to improve the performance or quality of health services, in this case nurses, needs job satisfaction. This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on nurses during the COVID 19 pandemic at the BNN Deli Serdang Rehabilitation Workshop in 2020. This type of research is a quantitative study with an analytical observational research design designed in a cross sectional manner. The population of this study were 14 nursing staff both ASN and PPNPN who worked at the Deli Serdang Rehabilitation Center. Data collection was carried out using primary data and secondary data. The research instrument was a questionnaire sheet. The data were then processed and analyzed using the Spearman test and multiple linear regression. After doing the research, the results show that sig. = 0.001 for the salary variable, sig = 0.046 for the promotion variable, sig. = 0.036 for the monitoring variable, sig. = 0.008 for the peer-to-peer relationship variable and sig = 0.853 for the job variable itself. The conclusion is that there is an effect of salary, promotion, supervision and peer-to-peer relations on the performance of nurses, but there is no effect of the work itself on the performance of nurses. So it is suggested to the BNN Deli Serdang Rehabilitation Workshop to increase the amount of salary and especially in providing fairer incentives, because salary is job satisfaction that has the greatest influence on nurses in implementing nursing care.

Abstract

Many factors cause the public health status in Indonesia is still low, including the community has not utilized health service facilities optimally, including the Namorambe Health Center is one of the health centers in Deli Serdang Namorambe Regency with the lowest number of visits and fluctuates every year from 2016-2018. . The type of research used is a survey with an explanatory research type to explain the influence of predisposing factors (knowledge, attitudes, and health beliefs), enabling factors (distance), and reinforcing factors (attitudes of health workers) towards the utilization of Community Health Centers in the working area of ​​the Namorambe Health Center, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2020. The population is all heads of families who live in the working area of ​​the Namorambe Health Center as many as 4,069 families. A sample of 93 families was taken using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using a logistic regression test. The results showed that as many as 13 respondents (14.0%) used the Puskesmas and 80 respondents (86.0%) did not use the Namorambe Health Center. Based on the bivariate test in this study, it showed that the variables of knowledge (p = 0.001), attitude (p = 0.030) and health beliefs (p = 0.041) Namorambe Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency 2020. Suggestions are expected for employees and health workers at the puskesmas to improve and maintain good services to increase public perceptions of the available health service system.

Abstract

Many human resources at public health center assume that the number of participants Social Health Care Assurance will burden or increase their workload so that the impact on the quality of health services in health centers. Similary, the assumption of the patient Social Health Care Assurance, because using Social Health Care Assurance card then the services that obtained feared can not be satisfactory. The purpose of this research is the analyze the effect of quality of health services on Social Health Care Assurance patient satisfactory. The research is quantitative research with survey method through explanatory research approach. The research was conducted at Patumbak Public Health Center Deli Serdang District. The Population of this research is 32.016 people and 90 people as sample. Data analysis use univariate analysis, bivariate analysis with chi-square and multivariate analysis use multiple logistic regression test at 95 confidence level (α=0,05)The results showed that the quality of health services significantly affected the satisfaction of BPJS Patients at Patumbak Community Health Center, P = 0,000. All dimensions of health service quality have an effect on patient satisfaction of BPJS at Patumbak Community Health Center that is direct evidence (tangibles, reliability (reliability), responsiveness, assurance and empathy. All confounding variables are sex, education occupation, membership of BPJS, distance of house to Health Center, none has an effect on patient satisfaction BPJS , with p > 0,05. The most dominant variable of the effect on patient satisfaction is the variable of Empathy, with the value of RP = 0,235 means that respondents stated that reliable health services will services. It is suggested to health workers at Patumbak Public Helath Center, Deli Serdang district regency to maintain good service quality and continuously improve service quality to patients by showing Empathy in work, hospitality to all patients, responding to problems complained of patients and empthy on patients.

Abstract

The purpose of health development is health is to create people who have healthy behavior which includes awareness, willingness and ability to live healthy, able to reach quality health, live in a healthy environment and have optimal health degrees. The creation of an Indonesian society like this is marked by the population living with a healthy behavior and environment, and having the ability to access health services. Health services are every effort that is carried out alone or jointly in an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent and cure disease and restore the health of individuals, families, groups and or communities. The use of health services is most closely related to when a person needs health services and how far a person takes health services. In supporting development in the health sector, hospitals have a role in implementing policies in the health sector. It is mandated that to carry out its duties in health development, hospitals have the role of carrying out individual health service efforts in a plenary manner. The policy that regulates the Hospital is PERMENKES No. 3 of 2020 concerning Hospital Classification and Licensing states that a hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. This counseling activity aims to explain the implementation of service policies in hospitals during the Covid 19 pandemic. From the findings it is known that the Sembiring Deli Tua General Hospital has carried out its functions as mandated by PERMENKES No. 3 of 2020, namely the function as a complete individual health service that provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. However, a special strategy is needed to maintain the quality of service in the hospital to obtain achievements in accordance with the minimum service standards contained in the performance assessment.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus tipe 2 adalah sekelompok penyakit metabolik yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemia, karena sekresi insulin yang tidak normal, kerja insulin atau keduanya. Berdasarkan hasil studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga November 2019, rata-rata setiap bulan terdapat 48 pasien rawat jalan di poli DM di RSUD Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, pengetahuan, motivasi, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan terapi pada penderita Diabetes Mellitus tipe 2 di RSUD DM Meutia Aceh Utara Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah 180 accidental sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis unvariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil analisis bivariat didapatkan bahwa faktor kepatuhan terapi pada penderita DM adalah umur (p value = 0,000), jenis kelamin (p value = 0,032) pendidikan (p value = 0,009) pengetahuan (p value = 0,000), motivasi ( p value = 0,000) ), dan dukungan keluarga (p value = 0,000). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan terapi pada penderita diabetes mellitus di RSUP DM Cut Meutia Kabupaten Aceh Utara tahun 2020 yang didapatkan nilai P-value 0,05. Variabel tersebut adalah pengetahuan p value 0,03 motivasi p value 0,000, dan dukungan keluarga p value 0,003

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic is the spread of the 2019 coronavirus disease worldwide. The disease is caused by a new type of corona virus named SARS-Cov-2. And it was declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020. The outbreak of this corona virus is almost all over the world, including in Indonesia. Using of the masks during the Covid-19 pandemic is very important to protect yourself and others from the risk of transmitting this virus. The aims of the study to determine the implementation of government policies regarding health protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic on the compliance of Street Vendors to using mask in Deli Tua market 2022. The type of research is a descriptive quantitative research with a cross-sectional study design. cross section). The number of available samples with 82 samples taken using accidental sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 82 samples. The data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using Chi Square test. The results of the Chi Square test show that there is a significant relationship between the implementation of health protocols and compliance to using mask the Street Vendors in the market with a p value of 0.024<0.05. The suggestions to the perpetrators to be willing and able to implement and comply with the protocols that already exist will provide benefits for reducing transmission of the covid-19 virus and also for traders to advise buyers to comply with health protocols to jointly break the chain of transmission of the 19 virus.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh ekstrak etanol daun karenda (Carissa carandas L.) terhadap penurunan kadar gula darah mencit jantan yang diinduksi aloksan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 15 ekor mencit jantan yang dibagi atas 5 kelompok yang terdiri dari kelompok kontrol positif, kontrol negatif, kelompok dosis 6 mg/20gBB, kelompok dosis 8 mg/20gBB, dan kelompok dosis 10 mg/20gBB. Hewan diinduksi aloksan dengan dosis 2mg/20gBB secara intraperitonial. Ekstrak diberi selama 6 hari secara oral. Hasil penelitian yang dianalisis dengan ANOVA satu arah menunjukkan penurunan pada kadar gula darah secara signifikan (p 0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ekstrak daun karenda (Carissa carandas L.) dengan dosis 10 mg/20gBB dapat menurunkan kadar gula darah dan lebih bagus jika dibandingkan dengan dosis yang lain
