Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of land area, farming cost and the amount of paddy production to paddy farmer income in Koto Aro village, Siulak Subdistrict, Kerinci Regency. Using stratified random sampling obtained sample of 30 farmers. Primary data in the form of questionnaires in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inductive which includes prerequisite test and hypothesis test with a significant level of 0.05. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous land area, farming costs and the amount of paddy field production have a significant effect on farmer's income. And partially land area sdan rice production amount and have a positive and significant impact on farmers' income. While variable of farming cost have positive effect not significant to farmer income. Keywords: Land Area, Farm Business Cost, Total Production, Income

Abstract

Law enforcement of fisheries crimes through the mechanism of drowning foreign vessels that commit fisheries crime has not run optimally because there is no public participation involved in supporting the eradication of IUU Fishing and there are still differences in views on the sinking of ships and the burning of foreign ships between PSDKP, Polri and TNI AL related to sufficient preliminary evidence. This is not in line with Lawrence M. Friedman's theory which emphasizes that law enforcement depends on the substance of the law, legal structure / legal institutions and legal culture. The legal consequences of law enforcement in the field of fisheries through the mechanism of sinking foreign vessels that commit fisheries crime in Indonesian waters if linked to UNCLOS 1982, so far there have been no negative consequences experienced by Indonesia due to these strict actions, this is because internationally IUU fishing has been become a common enemy and the decisive action of the sinking of the vessel is the implementation of the rule of law of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

This research was a research development with the reference Four-D model by Thiagarajan, Semmel and Semmel. Subject in this study were eleventh grade students in SMA YPK Medan. Student worksheets validation based on the opinion of the validator from lecturer and mathematics teacher. The practically of student worksheets was analyzed based on: (1) implementation of the used students worksheets in learning process; (2) student’s responses to worksheets developed; and (3) teacher’s responses to worksheets developed. The effectivenees of students worksheets was analyzed based on: (1) a minimum completeness mathematics student’s ability; (2) the ability of teachers to manage learning; and (3) student’s activity in learning process. The result showed that student worksheets used local-culture problem based learning in mathematics learning has been valid, practice and effective. Abstract

The purpose of this study are to determine the effect of Debt To Equty Ratio and Cash Conversion Cycle to stock is Return At PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. This research was used explanatory research by using sample survey approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with 6 years (2010-2016) the number of samples on the financial report of PT. Bank Danamon Indonesia, Tbk. The technique of data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the debt to equity ratio variable has no significant effect on stock return, cash conversion cycle variable has no significant effect on stock return, debt to equty ratio and cash conversion cycle have no significant effect on stock return at PT. Abstract

Food sanitation is an attempt to control the eating factors, people, places and equipment that may or may cause illness or health problems. The food served is not only nutritious and attractive but the quality of washing and drinking tools also plays an important role. Contaminated food and drink will cause various diseases. Food and beverage awareness raising activities for housewives are important as often as possible because of the increasing number of unhealthy foods and beverages due to the use of chemicals to increase consumer interest produced by home or individual industries. Counseling of food and beverage sanitation, so far has touched only a small number of people, whether committed by the institutions concerned or committed by community service activities by universities. From this counsel see that the community desperately needs practical knowledge on how to identify good food and beverages or food and beverages that have been bad for consumption. Abstract

It is obvious that Literature is an important subject to be studied since it reflects every single aspect of human life. In this article, the researcher investigates moral values where it becomes one of the aspects to be analyzed in Literature where the novel of “The Brothers Karamazov” written by Fyodor Dostoyevsky is chosen by the researcher as the subject of the research with some important considerations. The criteria of moral values used by the researcher is based on the definition of morality in descriptive sense proposed by Gert. In addition, the design of this research is qualitative research since the researcher tries to explore the moral values as reflected in the novel of “The Brothers Karamazov” descriptively. As the result, the researcher finds at least four dimensions exposed in account of morality in term descriptive sense. These are Russian Men, Masters and Serfs, Religious Institution, and Russian Women. Keywords: moral values, the brother karamazov, Fyodor Dostoyevsky.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Product Quality, Service Quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty Yamaha Motor located in the District Sekupang Batam City. This study used three independent variables, namely Product Quality (X1) Quality of Service (X2) and customer satisfaction (X3) with customer loyalty as dependent variable. The population used in this study 150 was calculated using the slovin formula. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear data analysis. The result of R square test of dependent variable can be explained by independent variable that is Product Quality, Service Quality and customer satisfaction equal to 74,8% and rest 25,2% influenced by other factor outside this research. Abstract

The study provides an empirical analysis on the use of cohesive devices in EFL asian journal written by non-native english researchers from asian countries. Data for the study were 20 journals collected from 4 asian efl journals. Halliday and Hassan seminal work of “Cohesion in English” provides a comprehensive taxonomy of cohesive devices and Dooley and Levinsohn monograf gives the thorough examples how to analyse cohesive devices in the text. Of 566 cohesive devices found in the samples, 204 (36%) were lexical cohesion and 174 (30.7%) were conjunctions which are relatively in balance of both usage in the journal. However, the use of repetition as a part of lexical cohesion dominates the whole lexical cohesion by 92% (189) which is interpreted as the overuse of cohesive device of this type. Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial performance of PT. Blue Bird Tbk, based Ratios Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability in 2014 until 2016. This study used quantitative descriptive approach. The results showed that: (1) The liquidity ratio to measure the ability of PT Blue Bird Tbk in meeting short-term obligations through indicators Current Ratio and Cash Ratio is in the category of performance "less good", (2) Solvency Ratio to measure the ability of firms to pay long-term liabilities if the company is liquidated, through indicators Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Debt to Total Asset Ratio (DAR) showed a tendency to decrease year after year. (3) Ratio Activity through indicator Total Assets Turn Over, its shows the tendency The Activity Ratio through the Total Asset Turn Over indicator shows a tendency to be inefficient. (4)Ratios Profitability through indicators Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Asset (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM), it shows the tendency continues to decline from year to year. It can be concluded that all four indicators below the average industry standard, so it can be concluded that the financial performance. PT. Blue Bird Tbk is in the category of "less good". Abstract

Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Uswatun Hasanah, as the main Raudhatul Athfal in South Kalimantan Province, should properly implement the Management of Kindergarten School and Government Regulation of National Education Number 58 Year 2009, so that it can become a good example for other Raudhatul Athfals. The objectives of the research were to find out the teaching and learning management of kindergarten at RA Uswatun Hasanah in Banjar Regency. The data were analyzed by models of Miles and Huberman, namely the data reduction, presentation, and verification.The conclusions of the research were: the teaching and learning management did not optimally implement the Content Standard, Process, and Assessment in Government Regulation of National Education Number 58 Year 2009.
