Abstract

The results showed that; 1) The concept of the message on disbudpar.malutprov.go.id website owned by the North Maluku Province Tourism Office that is promoting the culture and tourism in North Maluku and informing the promotion activities to the community/the intended destination about what will be found in visiting the disbudpar website malutprov.go.id. 2) Constraints faced are the limitations of human resources (HR) in the management of the website disbudpar.malutprov.go.id, the problem of internet network that are problematic and not too adequate in the office so that it becomes an obstacle, and also regarding the allocation of funding or budget that is still not maximum as supporting the maintenance costs of server equipment and financing of internet quota at the office, as well as the lack of coordination channels between the Tourism Office and the Regency/City Tourism Office that have not been effective in the content promotion message content on the website disbudpar.malutprov.go.id. 3) The response of visitors to the website disbudpar.malutprov.go, namely the design and appearance is very simple so that it is easy to understand when opening the website, and some representations of images displayed also attract the attention of the end to see the objects of tourist destinations in North Maluku.

Abstract

Changes that occur in the global world have given birth to a number of challenges, including in the world of education. Humanitarian aspects need to be applied and implemented in a human way in the world of education. Education humanization is an educational process aimed at developing the potential of students as whole people, which is done humanely (humanizing humans), so that students can develop both qualitatively and quantitatively towards perfection. Thus human rights violations in education can be prevented so that the human dignity (Human Dignity) will be maintained and protected, and eventually humans will exist with their existence. But all of this really depends on the good intentions of the education managers and educators to humanize students in the educational process. Finally, hopefully this short article can be an inspiration for millions of education managers and educators to be more human in implementing the education system in their environment, of course by prioritizing humanitarian aspects, because students are humans who must be humanized. Abstract

Coconut oil Mandar processing business is one of the typical products of Majene Regency which has a special flavor and it is generally produced traditionally with one of the main superiority that is free from preservatives. In general, coconut oil processing center produces the main products in the form of coconut oil and by products are quite varied. This research aim to find the application of the cost of production of Mandar Coconut Oil Processing Business In Majene Regency). The data used are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique is interviews, observation and documentation. The analytical method used are qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the cost of production of Mandar Coconut Oil for each production (assuming 150 coconuts) which is Rp. 370,000 / day / every time production in 2018.

Abstract

Research objectives include: To find out and analyze therapeutic communication that nurses treat patients in the Chasan Boesoerie Ternate Hospital Room and to find out and analyze the level of therapeutic communication knowledge for nurses in the Chasan Boesoerie General Hospital Ternate Surgery Room. The type of research that researchers use is a descriptive method, which is a method designed to gather information about real conditions in progress. Based on the results of field research that the therapeutic communication of nurses to patients during the treatment process in the operating room does not show a balanced communication attitude so that patients still feel uncomfortable over the communication that is built, as well as communication that is carried out verbally or verbally with the intention of conveying a meaningful message but not supported by nonverbal communication. Verbal communication delivered is not supported by visible expressions.

Have White skin is one of the many beatiful caterigories that are ideal for every teenagers. This study aim to determine the using of facial whitening cosmetic produts in young women. This study was conducted on resident of RW 04 Sukasari Village Tangerang. Cosmetic product use are cosmetic products for facial whitening. Teenage daughter of RW 04 Sukasari Village Tangerang use pond’s brand whitening cosmetic productswhich suiteble for their skin.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain data and information about the application of the Jigsaw Cooperative Learning Model to improving learning outcomes in writing exposition texts of class X IPS 4 Bukittinggi Public High School 4 2016/2017 academic year. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class X IPS 5, amounting to 36 people consisting of 17 male students and 19 female students. The technique of collecting data uses observation, observation, and tests. The data obtained is then analyzed to draw conclusions. The results of this study can be seen from the increase in the initial precycle average with a percentage of completeness of 38.9%, after the first cycle increased to 75%, while the percentage of completeness in the second cycle increased significantly to 95%. The implication of this research is that the application of the Cooperative Learning Jigsaw Model can improve the learning outcomes of writing exposition texts of class X IPS 4 students at Bukittinggi 4 Public High School.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the process of utilizing and software making that can be used to evaluate students in learning English. By utilizing the advances in computer technology (artificial intelligence), it is expected that this application program can help tutors, teachers, and lecturers in providing evaluations of English course (English quizzes) to their students more efficiently. The advantage of using this application is that, for students the process of evaluating or quiz becomes more fun and practical because it is done directly on a computer or laptop without the need for paper and other stationery. The second advantage is that the quiz assessment process will be carried out directly by using the computer so that it can be more efficient for the instructors. By this program they do not need to manually correct it because the final score or result will appear automatically after all the questions have been completed by students. This application program is created using the Visual Basic 6.0 programming language.

Abstract

In order to create complacency and success of an information system that has been created, a test is needed, one of them is usability testing on the system to be implemented. This testing is done by analyzing the usability aspects of a system. Usability aspects to be tested including Usefulness, Satisfaction, and Ease of use. The purpose of this research is to determine the acceptance of usability web-based citizen services system by measuring the dimensions of usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use. This research used a testing method with USE Questionnaire which consists of 30-Question. This research is a descriptive quantitative research conducted on Rusunawa RW 014 Pesakih by survey method. The test results showed the average variable value is 4.18 and was in the Interval of Assessment "Good (B) / High (T)" which can be interpreted website-based citizen services system has a good usability value and this information system can be implemented in Rusunawa Pesakih.

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1). To find the level of problems of the Implementation of Law No. 21 of 2001 concerning Special Autonomy for the Papua Province towards increasing community welfare in Kampung Bumi Mulia District of Nabire District Wanggar. (2). Providing solutions to problem solving to the government through research seminar results, and published through journals. Thus the specific target expected to be achieved from the results of this study is the creation of a maximum Government Service for Increasing Welfare by implementing Law Number 21 Year 2001 concerning Special Autonomy for the Papua Province so that the welfare of the Papuan people in Kampung Bumi Mulia increases according to the purpose of Invite the Special Autonomy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the school environment and student discipline in the Medan 2 MAN Model. The hypothesis proposed is the relationship between the school environment and student discipline in the MAN 2 Model Medan. The subject of the study amounted to 65 students who were selected based on the criteria needed by researchers by taking all existing populations. Data collection was done using two types of scales, namely disciplinary scale. and the scale of the school environment by giving a questionnaire to the research sample. The data analysis method used in this study is a regression test using the Pearson Product Moment formula.
