Abstract

Internet network users are increasing and everyone has their own busy lives. This can happen to people who usually use transportation services to travel outside the city and the internet network can be used as a liaison between the transportation and also customers. To help customers make online bookings, both door-to-door and point-to-point transportation, choosing a schedule and destination location as needed, a study is carried out, which is making a ticket reservation feature for web-based transportation agents. E-Ticketing is one of the results of the development of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) features where digital areas in the business are the basis of service products. However, not all transportation service companies know the basis of CRM and how to implement the actual or minimum standards that can be applied in accordance with the business strategies used in customer service.

Abstract

New students admission (PMB) is a routine activities for education institution. Therefore, it was necessary for the institution to be aware of the mechanism of PMB to produce competent and qualified prospective students. Forecasting of PMB needed to predict the number of students and to prepare the institution infrastucture facilities to welcome the new freshmen. The research discussed the determination of forecasting number of Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika PSDKU Karawang students by using time series forecasting with three different method: moving everage, exponential smoothing and trend analysis. It also compare Mean Absolute Presentage Error (MAPE) calculated by QM for Windows. The result of the research showed that trend analysis was the most effective method which had 41.84 MAD, 2324.28 MAD, 4.99 % of MAPE and 557 students for next forecasting. The conclussion from data analysis processing showed that Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika should provide all of infrastructure facilities for the teaching and learning process with the number of 557 students in 2020.

Abstract

Sari Nikmat’s Frozen food UKM located in Malang, East Java faces problems in the process of refining refined sugar that is included in frozen donut packaging products. The process of refining refined sugar so far has been carried out manually by workers using plastic spoons and put into plastic clips. The process makes the dose is not precise and more varied. The next problem, the packaging owned by Sari Nikmat’s Frozen food UKM is the same size while there are many requests from customers to make large sized packaging. The Sari Nikmat’s Frozen food UKM have not yet thought about how to design large sized packaging. In terms of marketing, Sari Nikmat UKM has several distributors, the majority of which are in housing, the UKM wants to make a banner design as a promotional medium for the availability of Sari Nikmat frozen food products at the distributor’s location. As a proposal for the completion of this Community Partnership Program is the procurement of digital scales that can increase the productivity and precision of packaging refined sugar, making packaging designs for larger sizes, and making banner designs for information on product availability to be installed at several distributors.

Now a days information technology is not only rapidly developing, but also often changes very quickly. Almost every second new discoveries are always found with the aim of improving or perfecting the previous technology. In the developca of economics and technology when the use of computers feels more needed in order to facilitate human work and be more time efficient. PT. Prometama Sarana Graha requires a system that can support data processing of raw material purchases. For this reason, the author tries to make a final assignment regarding the design of accounting information systems for purchasing raw materials in credit at PT. Prometama Sarana Graha which is currently not computerized. System for purchasing raw materials at PT. Prometama Sarana Graha Still manual, from the process of ordering raw materials to making reports. Computerization of the system is the best solution to solve the problems that exist in PT. Prometama Sarana Graha, And with a computerized system can be achieved an effective and efficient activity in supporting activities at PT. Prometama Sarana Graha, and can reduce the buildup of archives at PT. Prometama Sarana Graha.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the representation of thoughts and statements of Rocky Gerung about "Common Sense" contained in social media. This study uses the Norman Fairclough model of critical discourse analysis by examining the level of texts, discourse practices, and sociocultural practices. The results of the study at the text level show that GE represents opposition to the government by emphasizing the role of open criticism with the jargon "Common Sense". At the level of discourse practice it is found that RG implements opposition practices in social media using a hierarchical logic writing system. At the socio-cultural level, the GE conducted an effort to trace the digital traces of statements made by the government to become one of the historical sources. However, the discourse from RG is very maintaining the ethics of communication and only expresses the word "Jae" without mentioning who has a role, even though during the five-year journey of the faction called "Cebong and Kampret" both are trying to do a proxy war in social media in order to maintain its existence.

Abstract

The economic growth of a country so far has a goal to achieve the welfare of society in a sustainable manner. Community economic activities become a benchmark, to determine the level of welfare of a country or region. Economic development and growth cannot be separated so that it still needs to maintain the economic role in this region. In accordance with economic growth to remain on a positive trend, the necessary interactions between monetary and fiscal policies. However, both policies have different authorities. If monetary policy is more controlled by the central government, fiscal policy with fiscal decentralization has two elements from the center and the regions. The interaction between monetary and fiscal policies is believed to have a good influence on the growth in various areas of the economy of the region.Therefore in this study it was found that the stability of Monetary Policy and Fiscal Policy had a positive influence on the growth of the Tourism sector, especially in the Special Region of Yogyakarta which was the object of research. So that the impact of the growth of the tourism sector can reduce unemployment and increase public opinion in the area.

Abstract

This research is discussing the use of Fermented Cassava as a sugar substitute ingredients in butter cookies. This research was conducted because of the interest of people to bring Fermented Cassava as a souvenir from west java is decreased. Fermented Cassava is an alternative of sugar subtitute for people who have diabetes. They can still be able to consume cookies without worrying about the sugar content in them. Fermented Cassava is also have a lot of nutrition that good for human body. The purpose of this research is to find a good formulation of butter cookies recipe using Fermented Cassava as a substitute for sugar with creaming method, and consumer acceptance test for butter cookies method. This research was conducted using the research and development method and consumer acceptance test was carried out by organoleptic testing to 500 consumers by distributing questionnaires.The result of the research showed that the recipe formulation suitable for fermented cassava based on butter cookies as a sugar substitute is 200 gram of margarine, 200 grams of butter, 400 grams of fermented cassava, 100 grams of powdered milk, 300 grams of low protein flour, 100 grams of almond powder, 100 grams cornstrach, 100 grams of raisin.The consumer acceptance test with a scale value of 4-5, by obtaining an average percentage is 63,4%. The Innovation of butter cookies based on fermented cassava as substitution for sugar obtained a number of nutritional results namely 48,46% carbohydrates, 8,82% fat and 26,98% sugar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the existing condition of the Jl. Cikapundung Barat of Bandung night culinary region, resistant factors in developing and the effort of developing the region in order to support the cultural heritage tourism development region Alun-alun-Braga. The Methodology used is descriptive qualitative to describe data of the phenomena derived at the locus of the research namely Bandung Cultural and Tourist Office and the Region of Night Culinary Jl. Cikapundung Barat of Bandung. Interactive and SWOT analysis are used to analysis collected data as consideration to determine development strategy. Data collections were derived by observation at the locus and interview with Bandung Cultural and Tourism Office, food seller, visitors and the local society of the region. The discussion of this research is focused on development strategy based on SWOT analysis of the Jl. Cikapundung night culinary region of Bandung and assessment of the Alun-alun-Braga Region. The result is to integrate the Jl. Cikapundung Barat of Bandung as apart of the cultural heritage tourism development region Alun-alun-Braga.

Abstract

This research entitled "Public Relations Strategy Hospitals Charity Tzu Chi In Employee Relations". Ineffective employee relations as well as services that are less good at the hospital Charity Tzu Chi will result in failure which can result in a negative impact against the hospital itself. The above problems will be solve by making an activity that is build and educate employees in order to always be able to work better in serving the patients and can be more compact in each process in the works. This research uses the scientific research method of characteristics are rational, empirical and systematic way. where in it include observation, interviews and so forth that serves to complete the research well and true. The data obtained in the research results of the Tzu Chi kegitan Camp that is add to it insights participants, add to the cohesiveness of the participants as well as the Committee's activities. The participants also willing when employee relations activities as has been done will be done again, because the participants admitted to obtain the many benefits that can be done in the workplace and in the environment. Tzu Chi Camp activity can be arranged well done and has a wonderful benefit. It seens from the employee who more diligent, compact andappreciate with the others. They keep environment well and keeping health with the vegetarian.

Abstract

SMP Islam Tarbiyyatul Falah is a private educational institution under the auspices of Pondok Pesantren Tarbiyyatul Falah Al-Afandiyah Foundation. Commitment to print students with character, competence, faith and excellence in achievement encourages this educational institution to be more effective and efficient in building communication relation with parents so that student education success can be achieved. But communication between the school and parents is still limited and less efficient, especially for parents of students who are outside the area / city whose children live boarding school. Therefore, by utilizing the progress of information technology that has developed rapidly, SMP Islam Tarbiyyatul Falah initiative to create a dynamic information system and able to represent the academic value of the students so that parents can easily monitor the achievements of his son's academic. The system to be developed is a WEB-based application that uses the waterfall model, starting with the needs analysis, system design and implementation. The tools needed in designing this application are: PHP as scripting language, Apache as web server and MySQL as database processor. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that the system produced is able to facilitate the parent's students in viewing the student's value such as task score, daily test score, UTS score, and UAS score. In addition, parents can channel the criticism and suggestions through this application easily and can be done anytime, not necessarily in the meeting of parents or other meetings
