Abstract

New students admission (PMB) is a routine activities for education institution. Therefore, it was necessary for the institution to be aware of the mechanism of PMB to produce competent and qualified prospective students. Forecasting of PMB needed to predict the number of students and to prepare the institution infrastucture facilities to welcome the new freshmen. The research discussed the determination of forecasting number of Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika PSDKU Karawang students by using time series forecasting with three different method: moving everage, exponential smoothing and trend analysis. It also compare Mean Absolute Presentage Error (MAPE) calculated by QM for Windows. The result of the research showed that trend analysis was the most effective method which had 41.84 MAD, 2324.28 MAD, 4.99 % of MAPE and 557 students for next forecasting. The conclussion from data analysis processing showed that Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika should provide all of infrastructure facilities for the teaching and learning process with the number of 557 students in 2020.

Abstract

In the current millennial era, information technology is advancing rapidly and in diversity. The advent of the internet will greatly facilitate learning new things without space and time. Computers are equipment designed to meet human needs. In this case, the admission of new students is carried out on the problems carried out by each educational institution / institution in accepting prospective students in the new school year, where so far there are still institutions that have a manual registration system starting from registration, implementation and selection. The software development method uses the Waterfall Model. Software testing is done through black box testing. Data collection techniques in research using observation and literature study. With this system, it can make it easy for the new student registration committee to process data, make decisions, and support the community. Prospective students can simply access the registration system application in the form of a computerized web site. This is a good solution to solve problems so that an effective and efficient system is created. In conclusion, this High School Student Registration Information System has been completed using PHP and MySQL. Abstract

This research is intended to analyze and distribute grigrids currently used and network security by providing changes to the design and installing program PRTG (peassler traffic grapher) using the SNMP protocol (simple network management protocol) on west Jakarta's man council. The steps used on this assessment are studies of literature, direct field observations, interviews, and syste tests.. The result is to improve and detract from such agencies as: Failure to check the alignment of how often networks are used, how often they are passed through this network, no recent estimates of how active or frequent users use Internet networks and a lack of daterelated budgets for Internet use and safety, By building a monitoring using the PRG application, it will monitor each user using the network in detail and increase the quality of use for bandwidth in west Jakarta. The conclusion of this study is that west Jakarta's public prosecutor's office building and designing PRG applications can minimize the scope of the problem and can improve performance, efficiency and network security
