Abstract

Pajak Daerah adalah kontribusi wajib pajak oleh orang pribadi atau badan yang bersifat memaksa berdasarkan undang-undang, digunakan untuk keperluan daerah demi kemakmuran rakya, Salah satu dari Pajak Daerah adalah Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Salah satu kontribusi penerimaan Pajak Kabupaten Lebak adalah Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan data empiris dan menganalisa Pengaruh Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Terhadap Pendapatan Pajak di Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kabupaten Lebak. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam Metode Analisa yaitu kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi, korelasi dan determinasi. Pengujian koefisien korelasi memiliki hubungan yang erat antara Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan terhadap Pendapatan pajak daerah dengan nilai sebesar 0,910. Uji Determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan memberikan kontribusi besar dengan hasil yang didapat yaitu sebesar 82,9 %, Uji persamaan regresi yaitu koefisien bernilai positif yang artinya terjadi hubungan positif sehingga semakin meningkatnya Penerimaan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan maka semakin meningkat Pendapatan Pajak daerah Kabupaten Lebak dengan hasil yang didapat yaitu sebesar 0,819.

Abstract

This research was aimed to find out the role of internet in translating. The subject of this research was the students who took Translation course. The data in this research were taken in three methods that is observation, interview and questionnaire. Based on the result of data analysis, it was found that in the Translation course, the students had freedom on using internet to translate. Internet was believed by the students to be helpful on their ability to translate, especially in translating in more natural way. Moreover, the students used search engines such as google and yahoo, read articles in English, and used online dictionary. However, they tend to be not satisfy with the translation result of the google translate. Therefore, the first conclusion that can be taken is that the ability of the students to translate is good enough. It was proven by the mean score of the class which reached 78.67. The second conclusion is that the internet is quite helpful for the students to help them translating the material. Keywords: internet, translation ability, qualitative research.

Abstract

Abstract A true heritage is a legacy given by our ancestors that we should maintain or preserve so that the culture can be known to many people. Many efforts can be done to preserve Indonesian culture to preserve local dances. One of them is by making a container or dance studio. Padepokan Parikesit Dance is a place that is made as a dance studio, one of the aims of its activities is to preserve Indonesian culture, especially traditional dance and music and puppets in the hope that it can create creative young people and love for local art. Using qualitative methods with constructivist paradigms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan teori strategi bauran promosi dan teori media baru dan metode deskripsi . Hasil dari penelitian strategi yang di gunakan melalui situs website yakni memberikan informasi dan edukasi serta memciptakan atmosfir pembaca atau pengunjung situs website merasa seolah berada di daerah yang informasikan baik itu kegiatan, festival, keragaman budaya atau keindahan alam daerah pariwisata selain itu membentuk citra pariwisata dengan mempromosikan Wonderful Indonesia atau Pesona Indonesia sebagai brand pariwisata Indonesia . Untuk saran yang didapat perlu di kembangkan strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan nasional karena saat ini website Kementrian Pariwisata harus didukung media social melalui telephone selular berbasis android yang sudah menjadi gaya hidup masyarakat Indonesia khususnya generasi muda yang menyukai wisata . Kata kunci : strategi bauran promosi, promosi,media baru.

Abstract

This study seeks to determine and assess the optimization of service quality that is seen in the improvement and improvement of service quality www.gramedia.com as an online store in maintaining and increasing customer loyalty. The approach in this research is qualitative with the case study method and uses interview techniques, field observations, and documentation. The object of this research is the management of service quality at the Gramedia.com online store as an interactive marketing communication medium to increase customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the subject of this research is the online shop www.gramedia.com which is located in the Matraman area, East Jakarta. Key informants and informants consist of the Marketing Section and the Fulfillment Section contained in the Operations Division, as well as several customers from www.gramedia.com. The results of this study indicate that Gramedia.com uses seven integrated marketing communication tools, including advertising, sales promotion, direct marketing, word of mouth marketing, viral marketing, events, and interactive marketing. This creates interest from potential customers and regular customers, is also able to maintain and even increase customer loyalty through increasing the number of website visitors, followers on social media, and increasing sales figures.

Abstract

Collaborative learning is one of the method of teaching and learning that motivate the students to work in group and discuss their learning with their pairs so that the students have to share their knowledge and opinions. It gives the students opportunity to teach each other and collaborate their learning simultanously. Reading becomes more enjoyable for the students due to their collaborativeness in trying to understand the passage being read and comprehend their reading. The process of learning also makes the students aware of their strength and weaknesses. Therefore, the research is conducted to know the effect of both variables. The Research methodology used is descriptive quantitative study using 80 students as the sample which is chosen randomly. Data was collected through pre test and post test in the form of multiple choice test to the samples. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics. The research result shows that there is a significant effect of collaborative learning and the students’s reading comprehension. It means that the implementation of collaborative learning method has influenced the students’ comprehending of the reading passage better. The students completely engage in their learning and motivate each other to understand the reading and answering the tasks. Teachers also have good influenced as facilitators to help the students in building relationship in their groups and encourage them to give and respon to their pairs’ opinions

Abstract

Education is a comprehensive thing and involves many systematic aspects. Therefore one of the determining factors for the success of our education program. At present there is the recruitment of students who get the Jakarta Smart Card (KJP). This study aims to determine the extent of the effectiveness of the procurement of smart jakarta program in SMP Negeri 120. The sample in the study was all student in the junior high school. The results of the study showed that the card-giving program was very effective, even though there were students who refused the card.

Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is, the mixing of language in the use of language in Jorong Rageh. The purpose of this study is to describe the use of ilokusi speech acts in Jorong Rageh Nagari Bukik Sikimpa District Lareh Sago Halaban District Lima Puluh Kota. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive method. The object of this research is Jorong Rageh Nagari Bukik Sikumpa Society. The Techniques of collection data is using listening techniques. The first step in collecting data is the researcher directly go to the informant’s house that will be observed; second, the researcher observes every speech the informant says; third, the researcher asks questions to informants to say their speech; fourth, the researchers recorded every speech the informant said; fifth, transcribing data in writing as a result of the speech data obtained from the informant. Based on the research conducted found a number of acts of speech ilocusi in Jorong Rageh region Bukik Sikumpa society. From these number can be specified as follows: assertive; directive speech; commissive speech; expressive speech. Thus, the dominant speech uttered by the Jorong Society of the Nagari Desert Hall is an assertive act of speech.

Abstract

Perusahaan yang baik adalah perusahaan yang dapat bertahan dalam kondisi ekonomi. Perkembangan tersebut dapat dilihat dari kemampuannya untuk memenuhi kewajiban keuangan dan mengembangkan perusahaan secara terus menerus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap perubahan laba pada CV Sentral Era Sukses di Batam. Populasi penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan selama periode 2015 - 2019, dan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan metode dokumentasi dan diuji dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan dari uji T untuk nilai CR sebesar 0,085 lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa CR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan laba; untuk variabel DAR sebesar 0,677 lebih besar dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa DAR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan laba; untuk variabel NPM 0,042 lebih rendah dari 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa NPM berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan laba. Sementara secara parsial, penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan dari uji F adalah 0,017 dan lebih rendah 0,05, sehingga secara keseluruhan CR, DAR, dan NPM secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap perubahan laba.

Abstract

Non-performing Loan menjadi salah satu indikator mengenai kondisi kesehatan perbankan, dan kondisi NPL Perbankan di Indonesia di masa pandemi mengalami kenaikan yang cukup signifikan, angka-angka NPL sejak bulan mei senatiasa berada pada angka lebih dari 3 persen jika dibandingkan dengan bulan-bulan sebelumnya yang senantiasa berada dibawah 3 persen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, dengan data-data yang bersifat sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai tulisan, baik jurnal, berita nasional, laporan keuangan perbankan yang dirilis resmi oleh Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, dan data-data lain yang juga dirilis resmi oleh Badan Pusat Statistik. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kebijakan-kebijakan stimulus dan relaksasi kredit yang diberikan oleh pemerintah beserta OJK mampu menahan angka-angka NPL perbankan tetap terkendali berada di bawah angka 5 persen, dan dengan kebijakan-kebijakan yang telah dan akan di berlakukan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kembali pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.
