Lack of skill English is a major problem for someone who wants to learn to speak English in the pronunciation section. A person often feels insecure to speak English with other people even though in his own understanding it can be said to understand English. English learning applications, it can help to learn and practice good and correct pronunciation or pronunciation in English without having to involve other people. Using the Extreme Programming development method, it is found that the use of technology can be a solution for learning to speak English without having to be seen and valued by others. With the help of Speech Recognition, the process of recognizing a person's voice from a spoken phrase is the result that can be obtained. This English learning application is used to learn English spelling, so you can know how to pronounce English words and sentences properly and correctly.

Software-defined Networking (SDN) is a new paradigm in computer network management that separates the control plane and data plane. The controller is an important component in an SDN-based computer network. The purpose of this research is to conduct a comparative study of the performance of segment routing and reactive routing in SDN. In this study, ONOS was chosen as the controller used in the experiment because it supports the implementation of segment routing and reactive routing. The experiment of implementing the two routing protocols on an SDN network with a full-mesh and tree (depth 5) network topology is the scenario that is tried in this study. QoS results based on TIPHON parameters (throughput, packet loss, delay and jitter) were recorded from each experiment. The throughput of each experiment was 6.97 MB/s, 5.80 MB/s, 1.65 ms and 2.16 ms, indicating index 4 (very good). Packet loss in the full-mesh topology experiment was 5.16% and 5.53% with index 3 (good), while in tree (depth 5) the results were 2.46% and 2.16% showed index 4 (very good). The delay for each experiment was 2.99 ms, 3.17 ms, 4.65 ms and 5.43 ms, indicating an index of 4 (very good). The jitter for each experiment was 7.10 ms, 7.85 ms, 18.30 ms and 18.13 ms, indicating index 3 (good).

Ikan Cupang dikenal sebagai ikan petarung, agresif dan suka menyerang beberapa jenis ikan cupang memiliki warna tubuh yang menarik, bentuk siripnya indah, gerakannya tenang dan berwibawa. Akan tetapi masih banyak orang yang keliru dalam membedakan jenis ikan cupang peliharaannya terutama bagi yang baru membeli sehingga untuk membantu menentukan jenis ikan cupang ini, maka di bangunlah sebuah aplikasi Matlab untuk menentukan jenis ikan cupang berdasarkan bentuknya. K-Nearest Neighbor dapat melakukan klasifikasi terhadap objek berdasarkan data pembelajaran yang jaraknya paling dekat dengan objek tersebut sehingga hasilnya bisa lebih akurat. Canny dikenal sebagai deteksi tepi yang optimal, algoritma ini memberikan tingkat kesalahan yang rendah. Kombinasi antara K-Nearest Neighbor dengan Canny mengahasilkan akurasi yang cukup tinggi untuk penentuan jenis ikan cupang yaitu rata-rata 68,5714%, untuk data latih dengan jumlah 70 data ikan cupang, dan 70%, untuk data uji dengan jumlah 20 data ikan cupang.

The computer revolution to this day continues to occur, current progress makes many variations of computer technology, especially those used for servers, Raspberry pi is a mini computer designed for minimalist servers. On the other hand, the high and fast flow of technology raises new problems, one of which is the issue of data security through threats embedded in advertisements and age-appropriate content filtering. This research was conducted using a Raspberry pi with Plex media server service and configuring a DNS Server to filter content with the Adguard Home application as Family protection. With the developments and problems above, it can be taken from the reliability of the Raspberry pi as a home server that was built and became a solution, with the service features of the plex media server and adguard home. Both server services can be used as a home server and family protection to maintain the security of data inserted through advertisements and content filtering, especially content in the form of video or sound.

One of Indonesia's problems is its rapid population increase. The population growth rate for Indonesia between 2010 and 2020 is 1.49%. North Sukabumi is a developing region of Sukabumi Regency with a greater population and population growth rate than Southern Sukabumi. Family Planning Village is one of the government's initiatives to address the issue of population increase. This research aims at assessing the growth of KB village areas and the evolution of the KB village program in North Sukabumi from 2017 to 2020. This study employs a descriptive quantitative GIS-based methodology. This study used scoring and weighting analysis to analyze its data. The growth of the KB village program in North Sukabumi from 2017 to 2020 is often shown on a map including two pieces of information: a diagram of the development of the KB village program each year and the percentage of the overall development of the KB Village program from 2017 to 2020. The findings of this research show that the number of KB villages continues to expand each year, with 94 KB villages existing by 2020. Furthermore, the growth of the KB village initiative in North Sukabumi between 2017 and 2020 is highly encouraging (60.90 %). This study is valuable to the government, KB village managers, and communities as it pertains to the improvement of family/community welfare via the KB Village program.

Information related to the classification of ARI disease suffered by the community in a public health is essential. This is because the public health is one of the community health centers that is a reference for treatment for the community. Public health must identify the right type of ARI disease so that treatment for ARI sufferers can be given optimally. This study classified the data of patients with ARI in a public health based on the determining factors, namely the disease suffered, age, and period of stay. Classification is carried out using the Naive Bayes Classifier method with the Confusion Matrix testing method. The results of applying the Naive Bayes Classifier method to patient data resulted in three types of ARI, namely mild, moderate and severe. The highest number of ARI patients is severe ARI. The results of the Confusion Matrix test that have been carried out prove that this method has an accuracy of 93.33% so it is suitable for use to classify ARI diseases.

Data analysis is one of the most important things in the sustainability of a company. The data generated by the company's operations are increasing day by day. The resulting raw data will have no use value if it is not processed and analyzed properly. Therefore, over time, there are ways to process and analyze one of them, namely the Business Intelligence (BI) method. Kantah Karawang Regency is one part of the ATR/BPN institution at the district level which has data records from the people who do land registration. However, until now, the agency has not provided any data processing that produces analysis results that are easy to understand. This study aims to provide information to facilitate agencies in processing and analyzing data that is easy to understand with Business intelligence. In the research conducted, data analysis with the help of Tableau Public tools. The methodology used in this research is a descriptive methodology with the output in the form of information on the achievement of uploading land registration documents. The result of this research is the BI dashboard on the Tableau Public application that is able to analyze data according to the business questions want to know.

Cattle cage is a term that refers to a structure used to house farm animals or animal homes. The structure might be in the form of a container, a building, or something else entirely, depending on the type of animal being farmed. Because most cattle shed doors are slotted or padlocked, there is a high rate of theft from irresponsible individuals seeking to take livestock without permission. The primary objective of this research is to devise a security system capable of keeping cattle pens secure and free of thieves or burglars that cause livestock loss. The author chooses the Atmega 328 microcontroller because it features a Harvard architecture that separates program code and data memory to maximize work and parallelism. Additionally, this circuit may be connected to an Arduino Uno to create a variety of electronic circuits ranging from simple to complicated. LED control, helicopter control, servo drive control, and robot control can all be implemented by adding specific components. Thus, a prototype was created for an automatic door safety system that employs an infrared sensor to detect the presence of animals and automatically opens the entrance, locking it with a password and ringing a buzzer in front of the farmer's house if the password is incorrect. This tool was created to help minimize cattle losses due to theft.

In managing finances there are various ways that can be chosen, such as saving and investing. Investment has long-term and short-term goals and has several types of instruments with each instrument having a promising return. Generation Z is now familiar with matters related to financial technology for their money management field. The lack of literacy among Generation Z in terms of investment raises doubts and even fear in making an investment making it difficult for them to choose or decide on the best investment instrument product. This study aims to help potential investors, especially Generation Z, in choosing the type of investment according to the selection criteria offered, namely Equity Mutual Funds, Money Market Mutual Funds, Crypto, Bonds, and Deposits. The research method used is Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Topsis is a multicriteria decision making method based on the concept that the best alternative not only has the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution but also has the longest distance from the negative ideal solution. The results of data analysis obtained the best preference values, namely Equity Mutual Funds of 0.75 and Deposits with a value of 0.62. The results of this study are implemented by designing a website-based decision support system using the PHP programming language and MySql database which can help determine the best investment instrument according to user preferences.  keywords : Decision Support System, Invesment, MySQL, PHP, TOPSIS

Sentiment analysis is a process that aims to determine the content of the dataset in the form of positive, negative and neutral text. Currently the opinion of the general public is an important source of decision making. Social media is a place to express public opinion on an object, problem or event. Such as the government's policy regarding the relocation of the capital city of Indonesia, which was originally in Jakarta to Kalimantan, did not escape the attention of the public, especially Twitter users. One of the problems in sentiment analysis is the high number of attributes and dimensions in the dataset. In this study, sentiment analysis was carried out on the relocation of the national capital using the Naïve Bayes method, and the Support Vector Machine based on Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). The advantages of the Support Vector Machine are High dimensional space and Vector document space. Feature selection greatly affects the performance of the classification, the use of PSO as feature selection to improve accuracy. The results of this study obtained the best accuracy value of 96.45% and the AUC value of 0.920 from the application of PSO on the Support Vector Machine. This result has increased when compared to the experimental results using Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine without PSO. The application of PSO on the Support Vector Machine is proven to get better accuracy results in predicting sentiment analysis on the dataset of moving the State Capital.
