Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine whether the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) is able to prosper the community, the inhibiting factors of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District in developing their business. The research method is descriptive quantitative which aims to systematically and accurately describe the facts of the population. The population in this study amounted to 28 business actors. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation. The data analysis technique uses quantitative data analysis techniques using the SPSS application. The results of the study to determine whether the role of Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) is able to prosper the community, seen from the determination coefficient test of 0.656% = 65.6%. 34.4% (100% -65.6%) influenced by other variables outside this study. The regression coefficient value of the Role of Business Actors is 0.596.This means that the role of business actors is fixed and has an increase, then the Welfare of the Community in Wonosari Village will increase by 0.596. Keywords: Small and Medium Enterprises, UKM. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah peranan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) mampu untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat, faktor penghambat Usaha kecil dan Menengah (UKM) Di Desa Wonosari Kecamatan Bengkalis dalam mengembangkan bisnisnya. Hasil penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah peranan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) mampu untuk mensejahterakan masyarakat, dilihat dari Uji Koefisien Determinasi sebesar 0,656 % = 65,6 % Dimana pengaruh peran pelaku usaha terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Wonosari adalah 65,6%, sedangkan sisanya 34,4% (100%-65,6%) di pengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini. Nilai koefisien regresi variabel Peran Pelaku Usaha sebesar 0,596 Artinya peran pelaku usaha nilainya tetap dan mengalami penambahan, maka Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Wonosari akan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 0,596 Koefisien bernilai positif, artinya terjadi hubungan positif antara Peran Pelaku Usaha terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Desa Wonosari Kata Kunci: Pelaku Usaha, UKM, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe marketing strategy is a strategy to serve markets or market segments that are targeted by an entrepreneur.Therefore, the marketing strategy is a combination of marketing mix implemented by entrepreneurs to serve its market.Based on the formulation of the problem, this study aims to determine the marketing strategies of cake entrepreneurs in increasing cake business income.The type of research is empirical, as in this study, researchers describe a situation or phenomenon of the research object studied by developing the concept and collect reality.The research method is descriptive qualitative.From the research results, the marketing strategy applied in increasing the entrepreneur's income is by implementing a marketing mix system; product, price, place and promotion.Viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, cake entrepreneurs also apply the practices of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, namely shiddiq (true and honest), amanah (trustworthy), fathananh (intelligent), and tabligh (communicative). ABSTRAKStrategi pemasaran merupakan strategi untuk melayani pasar atau segmen pasar yang yang dijadikan target oleh seorang pengusaha. Oleh karena itu, strategi pemasaran merupakan kombinasi dari bauran pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh pengusaha untuk melayani pasarnya. Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran pengusaha kue dalam meningkatkan pendapatan usaha kue. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah empiris, karena dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggambarkan tentang suatu keadaan atau fenomena dari objek penelitian yang diteliti dengan cara mengembangkan konsep serta menghimpun kenyataan yang ada. Metode penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian strategi pemasaran  yang diterapkan dalam meningkatkan pendapatan pengusaha adalah dengan menerapkan sistem bauran pemasaran; product, price, place dan promotion. Dilihat dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, pengusaha kue juga menerapakan praktik yang dilakukan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW, yakni shiddiq (benar dan jujur), amanah (dapat dipercaya), fathananh (cerdas), dan tabligh (komunikatif).

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of capital, working hours andlocation on the income of marketeer in Terubuk market, Bengkalis Regency eitherpartially or simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that capital has a significanteffect on the income of market marketeers with tcount = 2.310> 1.998 = ttable, and sig =0.024 <0.05. Working hours have a significant effect on the income of marketmarketeers with tcount = 2.261> 1.998 = ttable, and sig = 0.027 <0.05. Location has asignificant effect on market marketeer's income with tcount = 3.391> 1.998 = ttable, and sig= 0.000 <0.05. And simultaneously capital, working hours and location have a positiveand significant effect on the income of market marketeers with a value of F = 68.842>2.76 (F0.025 (3:67) = 2.76) and sig = 0.000 <0.05. Jam kerja berpengaruh secarasignifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar dengan nilai thitung = 2.261 > 1.998 =ttabel, dan sig = 0,027 < 0.05. Lokasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadappendapatan pedagang pasar dengan nilai thitung = 3.391 > 1,998 = ttabel, dan sig = 0,000< 0.05. Dan Secara simultan modal, jam kerja dan lokasi berpengaruh positif dansignifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar dengan nilai F = 68.842 > 2.76 (nilaiFtabel F0.025 (3:67) = 2.76) dan sig = 0,000 < 0.05. Simpulan dari hasil penelitian inimenunjukan bahwa modal, jam kerja dan lokasi secara parsial dan simultanberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan pedagang pasar TerubukKabupaten Bengkalis.Kata Kunci: Modal, Jam Kerja, Lokasi, Pendapatan dan Pasar Terubuk.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPembangunan hukum nasional tidak berada dalam ruang kosong. Paling tidak terdapat tiga lingkungan strategis yang mempengaruhinya, yaitu lingkungan internasional, lingkungan nasional, dan tuntutan lokal. Dalam tata pergaulan dunia, bangsa Indonesia tidak dapat melepaskan diri dari perkembangan dan tuntutan internasional, misalnya untuk masalah-masalah demokratisasi, perlindungan HAM, lingkungan hidup, dan perkembangan ekonomi perdagangan internasional. Dalam lingkungan nasional, pembangunan hukum nasional tentu harus dilakukan secara koheren dengan politik hukum sesuai dengan UUD 1945 sebagai hukum tertinggi. Selain itu, pembangunan hukum nasional juga dipengaruhi dan harus memperhatikan tuntutan dan kepentingan masyarakat lokal.Meskipun peradilan nasional bersifat terstruktur dalam kerangka sistem nasional, namun materi hukum yang dijadikan pegangan oleh para hakim dapat dikembangkan secara beragam. Apalagi mengingat kebijakan otonomi daerah yang memberikan ruang pada daerah untuk membentuk peraturan sesuai dengan kondisinya masing-masing, bahkan beberapa daerah memiliki status otonomi khusus seperti NAD dan Papua.Dalam konsteks sistem hirarki norma, perlu dibedakan antara pengertian syari’at dengan fiqh dan dengan qanun.  Jika dikaitkan dengan Hukum Nasional Indonesia, maka qanun itu identik dengan hukum negara berupa peraturan perundang-undangan yang bersumber dan berpuncak pada UUD 1945.  Kata Kunci: Politik Hukum, Hukum Islam Qanun Hukum NAD

Abstract

The marketing strategy is basically a whole plan, integrated and unified field of marketing, which provides guidance on activities to be carried out in order to achieve the marketing objectives of a company. Marketing  strategy standalone Islamic bank KCP Bengkalis, to encourage customers to participate in activities such as banking, namely, location, promotion, and product sharing. Marketing is human activity directed to meet and satisfy the needs and human desires through the exchange process. Establishment of site selection Islamic Bank Mandiri KCP Bengkalis positively to the value of 6.589 on the variable increase the number of customers using 4 indicators, strategies, location, location and comfort. With four variables used in this study proved that the location variable has the highest influence. In this research, using a sampling method with random sampling technique. Then the retrieval of data by using a questionnaire containing open and closed questions. From the data obtained was then processed using statistical linear regression formula with the help of software SPSS 16. From the results obtained, the location variables have the most influence and significant to the variable increase in the number of customers of Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Bengkalis. Keyword: Marketing Strategies, Increasing Number of Customers

Abstract

Polygamy marriages have been going on for a long time for some people in Indonesia. The practice of polygamy is usually also motivated by several factors such as household harmony, absence of offspring, biological reasons and so on. However, with the enactment of the Criminal Code through the concordance principle which has led to legal unification hitherto, the practice of polygamy which is carried out outside the provisions of the legislation is determined to be a crime that is threatened with a criminal sanction. In its continuation, this creates a lot of controversy to Indonesian people because polygamy is basically a sharia and something that has been going on for a long time in some Indonesian people. Therefore, criminal sanctions according to Article 279 of the Criminal Code paragraph (1) and (2) to polygamy actors need to be reviewed because it is not in line with the source of material law in Indonesia, namely Pancasila and protection of human rights in practicing religion in accordance with religion and belief. . This writing is carried out through normative juridical research with qualitative research.

Abstract

The Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia is a government institution that exercises state power in the field of prosecution and other powers based on law. Attorney General who is the leader and highest person in charge of the prosecutor's office who leads, controls the implementation of the duties and authorities of the prosecutor's office. As a law enforcement agency under the executive power and the position of Attorney General who is appointed, dismissed, and accountable to the President, this state institution is not independent in exercising its authority. This research uses normative legal research. The source of the data used in this thesis is collection through literature research, namely by examining secondary data in the form of books, laws and regulations, papers related to this writing. The results of this study conclude that the public prosecutor's office is in the executive realm to make this institution easy for executive power to intervene. Based on this research, the Attorney General's Office exercises authority related to judicial power, but this institution enters the executive realm and filling the position of Attorney General is the President's prerogative. Therefore, the authors recommend changes to the position of the Attorney General's Office and filling the position of Attorney General with changes to the constitution or changes to the prosecutor's law. Abstract

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan pemanfatan Dana Desa dalam pembangunan desa dan pemberdayaan masyarakat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Ulu Pulau Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis, dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi untuk mendapatkan informasi Dana Desa yang diinterperestasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan dana desa didominasi oleh sektor pembangunan desa seperti pembangunan jalan perkebunan, pembangunan jembatan, bangunan PAUD dan LPTQ. Sementara pada sektor pemberdayaan masyarkat berupa bantuan keagamaan, Bantuan Gaji Guru PAUD, Kegiatan PKK dan Bantuan rumah Keagamaan. Kata Kunci : Dana Desa, Pembangunan Desa, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Desa
