Abstract

Preventive measures to prevent deforestation are made through the establishment of the rule of law and enforcement. However, this is not considered effective enough in maintaining the forest. Required improvement of legal culture of the community, especially about the legal awareness of Hindu communities around the forest area of Mount Batukaru in the management and protection. Protection of forest sustainability is inadequate. There is only the role of law enforcement and good rule of law, but also requires the role of a good legal culture so that the law can be effective to implement. This research is qualitative with approach of socio-legal research with descriptive analysis.

Abstract

This research purposed to examing and analiyzing what are weaknes and strength of impeacgment presiden according to UUD republic Indonesia 1945 about UUD beore amandemen. Methode of research based on the kind of normative law. The approach thad use to this research are :statute approach, historitical approach, comparative approach.The strenght of impeachment presiden according to UUD republic of indonesia 1945 is existance arrangement that eleares so that there is lawa of assuarance, because impeachment presiden have to courf of constitution isntitute mean while the weakness in UUD republic of indonesia 1945 in impeachment presiden consit of arbiraines of unliteral about meaning in setion 7A concerning the reason stopage of presiden and also issue that appear how low sternght that made by court of constitution so thar presiden or vie presiden can be responsible of criminal conduct when evidence to do law of uwlatin that accussed by DPR. Abstract

A Hindu integrity Guidance Division with Parisada as a tangible good work culture, will have an impact on Hindus who constitute the community auxiliaries. To improve the work culture takes time to change, then there is need for reform-reform that starts from the attitude and behavior as the leader of the institution Hindus. Likewise, each of the leaders of institutions of the people, both Hindu and Parisada Sector Guidance has have the duties and functions of each.Duties and functions of Sector Guidance Hindu Parisada in fostering, namely 1) carry out the services and guidance of Hindu society, 2) carry out the functions of the elaboration and implementation of technical policy in the guidance of the Hindu community, 3) will be maintained the integrity of the Hindu community to accommodate local cultural wisdom, and 4) the realization of the Hindu community that qualified and capable srada and bhakti modern actualized.

Abstract

Mengingat negara Indonesia sebagai negara dengan beragam budaya memiliki pekerjaan yang besar, diantaranya adalah meregenerasikan warisan nilai-nilai budaya bangsa kepada generasi mendatang.Nilai-nilai budaya bangsa secara spesifik berasal dari kearifan lokal masing-masing daerah yang terbingkai dalam semboyan Bhineka Tunggal Ika.Indonesia sebagai bangsa multikultural yang kaya akan berbagai kearifan lokal. Kearifan lokal setiap daerah memiliki spesifik dan pendekatan yang berbeda. Beberapa kearifan lokal sangat tepat dikenalkan dan ditanamkan melalui pendidikan. Pendidikan dengan tujuan dan kompetensi yang jelas untuk setiap mata pelajaran dapat diintegrasikan dengan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal, yang sesuai agar tujuan pembelajaran mudah dicapai serta kearifan lokal dapat terus diwariskan kepada generasi berikutnya.Integarasi kearipan lokal dalam pendidikan sangat penting dalam membangun budaya kehidupan. Membangun budaya kehidupan bagi peserta didik yang berperan penting adalah guru, dimana guru memberikan pengaruh sangat besar terhadap keberhasilan pendidikan karakter disekolah-sekolah, dan dirumah dapat dilakukan oleh kedua orang tuanya, bahkan sangat menentukan berhasil atau tidaknya peserta didik dalam mengemban pribadi secara utuh.

Abstract

Regulation is needed by the community to ensure fairness in achieving common goals. Starting from the Act until the Regional Regulation becomes a reference in implementing activities for the common good. Regarding the reconstruction of a place that has a historical value required guarantees for the process goes well certainly requires the principle of justice based on legal footing.Puri Ukir Kawi Cakranegara built by AA Gde Ngurah Karangasem in the past, has been known to exist based on information records Capt.W.Cool in his expedition in Lombok in 1894. Condition, now almost partially destroyed by colonialism invaders need serious attention to be restored.In addition to having the value of local wisdom Puri Ukir Kawi Cakranegara can bring in foreign exchange from the tourism sector. To that end, the local government immediately took steps to reconstruct and revitalize the existence of the castle.
