Abstract

Stunting in Indonesia is still relatively high, including Probolinggo Regency which ranks 4th in East Java Province based on https://sigiziterpadu.kemkes.go.id/ data has a stunting prevalence of 23.5% based on SSGI data in 2021. Stunting in Probolinggo Regency is said to be high because it exceeds the minimum stunting percentage, which is 14%. So to overcome stunting, legal certainty was made, namely Probolinggo Regent Regulation Number 15 of 2019 concerning the Acceleration of Integrated Stunting Prevention in Probolinggo Regency, one of the strategies is by establishing cooperation and harmonization across sectors. Therefore, the dynamics of collaborative governance are needed, so that the cooperation established by these stakeholders can support the reduction of stunting that occurs in Probolinggo Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine and describe collaborative governance in stunting reduction in Probolinggo Regency using Ansell and Gash, (2008) theory references which have four variables, namely initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaboration process. This study used qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that collaborative governance carried out as a whole has run optimally and obtained good intermediate results.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of digital marketing and word of mouth on the purchase decision at Papa Ganteng Kupang Coffee Shop. The research adopts an associative approach and collects data through a questionnaire distributed to Papa Ganteng Kupang Coffee Shop customers. The required sample for this study is 100 respondents, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis includes instrument quality tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The research findings reveal that digital marketing and word of mouth have a significant positive impact, both simultaneously and partially, on the purchase decision at Papa Ganteng Kupang Coffee Shop. Furthermore, it is evident that digital marketing exerts a more dominant influence compared to word of mouth, as it is more effective in shaping the purchase decision at Papa Ganteng Kupang Coffee Shop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the weaknesses of cheks and balances in local government based on the principle of trias politica. The research uses normative legal research methods through legislation and literature approaches. Using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials then analyzed qualitatively to describe the results of this study. Research results: first, the problem of minimal synergy causes disharmonization between state institutions. This happens due to sectoral egos, for example not accepting or not following up on recommendations from the results of checks and balances. This ego is due to a mistaken view of equality among branches of power. Second, the absence of specific legal substance regarding standard standards for evaluating local government performance has an impact on non-progressive development performance. Third, the existing legal substance has not been able to create the correct checks and balances as described above. For this reason, the formation of legal substance is urgently implemented in order to create a very strict mechanism of checks and balances, with provisions containing material on strict performance appraisal standards and strict and real sanctions that will force these branches of local government power to submit, comply or be sanctioned.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the impact of frontliner service quality, mobile banking, and trust on customer satisfaction of BSI KCP Sumenep. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis which is preceded by a description of the research data, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Data processing is done by utilizing the SPSS statistic 26 program. The results showed that the variable service quality of frontliner services, mobile banking, and trust partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant impact both partially and simultaneously on customer satisfaction BSI KCP Sumenep.

Abstract

The government in public services is expected to provide good services to the community so that the community needs effective and efficient time management. The Bojonegoro Regency Government received an award for excellent public service from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform. The aim to be achieved in this research is to determine the good governance paradigm in improving the quality of population administration services. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to collect information based on the aim of describing the good governance paradigm in improving the quality of population administration services. The results of this research reveal that the good governance paradigm has been implemented well by the Bojonegoro Regency Population and Civil Registration Department. In the conclusion above, there are 9 principles of good governance which indicate that these principles have been implemented, but there is still two indicator of good governance principles that have not been implemented.

Abstract

Turnover intention is the desire of employees to quit their jobs in order to get another job. This study aims to analyze job insecurity against turnover intention mediated job satisfaction. The sample in this study was 51 sales employees at Kredit Plus (PT Finansia Multi Finance) Ambon Branch and used a simple random sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale. The analysis tool used in this study is Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results obtained from this study are: (1) job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, (2) job insecurity has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (4) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of job insecurity on turnover intention. Abstract

This study aims to look at the implementation of the E-Open policy at the Bekasi City Population and Civil Registry Service using the George Edward III Implementation in which there are 4 indicators, namely communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of this research explain that the implementation of the E-Open policy has gone well, seen from the following indicators: 1) Communication: the information conveyed to the public regarding E-Open has been conveyed clearly. 2) Resources: human resources, information and facilities provided support the implementation of E-Open although they still need improvement. 3) Disposition: employees already have good commitment and ability and understand E-Open but lack the speed of response in responding to problems. 4) Bureaucratic structure: in the implementation of E-Open there are SOPs and distribution of responsibilities according to applicable regulations.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a role in stabilizing the economy, because they have the potential to create jobs and reduce unemployment and poverty rates in a country. Rungkut Lor Village, Surabaya City is a forum for MSME groups engaged in the culinary sector, especially traditional snacks. However, there are still obstacles in its development that require collaboration with other sectors. The aim of this research is to find out and describe Collaborative governance in Empowering MSMEs in Kampung Kue, Rungkut Lor, Surabaya City using the Collaborative governance theory quoted by Emerson and Nabatchi Perdana et al., (2021), namely the dynamics of collaboration, action in collaboration and its impacts and adaptations are the result of collaborative action. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research results show that collaboration between stakeholders to empower MSMEs in Kampung Kue is already underway. However, in the process there has been no agreement or MoU between sectors responsible for empowerment.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Effectiveness of the Integrated Child Social Welfare Service Center Program in the Surakarta City Social Services. The research employs a qualitative descriptive research design with a program effectiveness theory approach that consists of four aspects: 1) Program Target Accuracy; 2) Program Socialization; 3) Program Objectives; 4) Program Monitoring. The research is analyzed using data analysis techniques that involve four components: data collection, data presentation, data condensation, and conclusion. The research results show that the Integrated Child Social Welfare Service Center in Surakarta City, as the implementing body, has carried out its tasks and functions effectively. However, it is found that the program's socialization aspect has not been fully achieved.

Abstract

Agriculture is the field closest to people's lives, especially in rural areas. The government must continue to provide advice and in this case the Western Moluccas Department of Agriculture is responsible for contributing to these activities. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare quality human resources. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership style on job satisfaction through motivation in the SBB District Department of Agriculture. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling technique and the research sample includes 42 employees. The data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires were then analyzed using inferential statistical analysis techniques, specifically Partial Least Squares (PLS) with Smart-PLS 3 software. This study shows that organizational culture and leadership style do not directly affect job satisfaction. However, organizational culture and leadership style have an indirect impact on job satisfaction through work motivation.
