Focus of this study aims to analyze performance through productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility and accountability and pay attention to the supporting and inhibiting factors of performance at the Salatiga City Housing and Settlement Area Office. The discussion also relates to the implementation of the Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP). Descriptive qualitative research method, data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation and document study. Data validity checking techniques used triangulation. Research informants were determined purposively, namely internal employees, related agencies and service user communities. The results showed that the main performance at the Housing and Settlement Area Office was good but not optimal because there were several main performance achievements that had not met the targets in 2020-2021. Indications of productivity in budget limitations due to recofusing; Quality of Service has not been managed in a representative manner; Responsiveness performance found indications of some problems from external parties; Responsiveness performance in archival administrative data management is still low; Accountability performance has not managed public information optimally. Supporting factors for performance include the implementation of the main tasks and functions, the level of employee discipline, leadership style, teamwork and the support of a conducive situation in Salatiga City. Factors inhibiting performance include the limited provision of human resources and performance facilities, the phenomenon of low public awareness of the maintenance of performance results.

Providing social justice for all Indonesian people is our collective duty. In realizing it, the forms of justice obtained are various, such as getting equal rights. One form of obtaining equal rights is public services for persons with disabilities. In accordance with the regulations contained in Law No. 8 of 2016, it says that persons with disabilities have the right to receive the same public services. Like one of the special services. In supporting public services for special services, namely in the form of innovation. One of the innovations made by the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Malang City is the issuance of Braille E-KTP documents for persons with disabilities. However, the problem is that there are still many who have not received Braille documents. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods with the theory of policy implementation from George Edwards III which has 4 variables namely, Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The results of this study, it was found that the four variables previously stated had gone well and were in accordance with what happened in the field. It just needs to be improved in order to further increase its utilization

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness and perceived credibility on the behavior of the intention to use e-wallet services and their impact on the spending behavior of the millennial generation in Ambon city. Respondents in this study were millennials who live in Ambon with a research sample of 100 respondents. This type of research is associative and the data source uses primary data. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire through the Google form. The collected data were then analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study show that the shopping behavior of respondents in Ambon is influenced by the intensity of the intention to use e-wallet services. However, other findings show that perceived ease of use has a significant effect and perceived usefulness and perceived credibility do not have a significant effect on the intention to use e-wallet services. Then the limitations in this study are that the respondents who are involved are only the millennial generation. For this reason, it is hoped that further research can add other variables and add respondents from other generations.

This study aims to analyze the effect between variables both partially and simultaneously on interest rates, amount of money in circulation and exchange rates on the inflation rate in North Sumatra Province in 2012-2021. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. The independent variables in this study are interest rates, money supply and exchange rates. While the dependent variable in this study is inflation. Secondary data collection techniques with quantitative research types obtained from Bank Indonesia, the Central Bureau of Statistics and from related agency sources. This study uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method. The results showed that the interest rate variable had a positive and signifikan effect on the inflation rate in the long term, whereas in the short term the interest rate had a positive but not signifikan effect on the inflation rate. The money supply variable has a positive and insignifikan effect on the inflation rate in the long and short term. Meanwhile, the exchange rate variable has a negative and insignifikan effect on the inflation rate both in the long term and in the short term.

The absence of market and product innovation of buah salak merah are important problems faced by the farming community in Riring Village. Moreover, there has been no government attention in empowering this local product. For this reason, the research was conducted to design a development model and branding strategy of buah salak merah. Data were analyzed using a qualitative approach which consisted of three activities that occurred simultaneously, namely: reducing data, presenting data and conclusions. Data were obtained from experts, namely farmers and government. The implication of this research is to produce the elaboration model between farmers and the government to increase the innovation of development and Branding Strategy based on Local Wisdom. The result indicates Farmers need knowledge, skills, processing equipment, market and the attention of the Riring Village Government and SBB District Government to develop buah salak merah.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the sustainability of the BUM Desa Bumi Indomakmur Kalanganyar. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach using The Fifth Capital Model theory. Data collection was done through interviews with key informants, observation, and documentation. The results obtained in this study are: 1) Natural capital has not been fulfilled because BUM Desa obtains raw materials by purchasing, 2) Human Capital has been fulfilled with training and a clear remuneration system, 3) Social Capital has not been fulfilled because BUM Desa does not have an SOP, 4) Manufacturing Capital has not been fulfilled because BUM Desa does not use other machines/technology due it not focuses on production but only on services, and 5) Financial Capital has also not been fulfilled because the financial condition of the business in reality does not match the capital owned and BUM Desa still has an unfavorable image in the community due to the similarity of business forms.

Public services aim to meet the needs of the community in carrying out rights and obligations and improving welfare that can realize a just and social order. In creating the effectiveness of public services in the government environment, a bureaucratic reform in public services is needed. The Indonesian government utilizes existing technology to create better public services by organizing online public services. The Sidoarjo Regency Government together with the Sidoarjo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office issued a new breakthrough in public services, especially in the service of population administration and civil registration with the issuance of the Via Online Service application (PLAVON). The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effectiveness of the Dukcapil Via Online Service (PLAVON) in Permisan Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The results showed of the effectiveness of the Dukcapil Via Online Service (PLAVON) in Permisan Village, Jabon District, was still not running optimally, especially in provision of socialization to the community.

This study aims to determine the effect of role conflict and work stress on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory. This research was conducted at PT. Wahana Lestari Investama, with a population in this study totaling 430 people. The sample studied amounted to 60 people obtained by using the purposive sampling method with the criteria of being female employees who are married and have children. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression with the help of the SPSS tool. The results showed that the role conflict had a significant negative effect on employee performance, and work stress had a significant negative effect on employee performance.

The objective of this study was to determine and analyze the direct and indirect influence of teacher competence on teacher performance through job satisfaction in several public secondary schools in Jayapura City, Papua Province. The research was conducted by sampling 145 civil servant teachers out of 331 civil servant teachers in 6 public high schools, using a deliberation/criteria technique. Data were collected through surveys and questionnaires, with a participation rate of 120 questionnaires (83%) returned, which were referred to as respondents. The analysis was performed using path analysis with the assistance of SmartPLS software version 3.0. The results of the analysis indicated that: 1) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; 2) teacher competence had a positive and significant direct influence on job satisfaction; 3) job satisfaction had a positive and significant direct influence on teacher performance; and 4) job satisfaction mediated the positive and significant relationship between teacher competence and teacher performance.

Electronic-based administrative services support the CAK3P online program in the Jurumudi Baru Village. The CAK3P online program is a form of e-service in the form of online birth certificate and death certificate services which also have similar values such as Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Responsiveness, Privacy, Compensation, and Contact. There is an indirect relationship between the e-service concept and the CAK3P online service program. This study aims to determine the Quality of Administrative Services Based on the CAK3P Online Program in Jurumudi Baru Village. This study uses a qualitative approach using observation and interview techniques in collecting research data. In the CAK3P online program, the staff's timeliness in promising the issuance of birth and death certificates has not been maximized because there are still people who complain about the timeliness that does not match working hours and also the availability of an online system, there are still problems with the main application, so from Meanwhile, the community is still not satisfied with the CAK3P online program service.
