Abstract

This study examines how leadership, work discipline, and work motivation affect employee performance, with work motivation as the mediator. This study involved 30 Cepogo sub-district office employees from Boyolali Regency. This research is quantitative. Data analysis with multiple regression. The coefficient of determination of 80.8% indicates that the independent variable explains most of the employee performance variables. There were 19.2% of variables that did not affect employee performance. The findings of this study show a strong relationship between leadership and work discipline with employee performance. There is a positive but not statistically significant effect on employee performance caused by leadership. The results of the indirect influence of leadership variables can be influenced by work motivation variables on employee performance variables. Work discipline cannot be influenced by work motivation because the results of such variables are too small to be influenced by motivation. This is because the results of direct influence are greater than the results of indirect influence.

Abstract

The uniqueness of ecoprint fabric in batik, serving as an iconic symbol of the Indonesian nation. The intricate and distinctive production process leads to varying selling prices. However, a challenge lies in the inaccurate estimation of production costs and product selling prices. This prompts the need for studies on determining product prices in line with Sharia principles from a Sharia business perspective. The research problem formulation includes determining production costs using the job order costing method for Jati Aji ecoprint batik products, selecting a method for determining ecoprint batik selling prices, and establishing selling prices from a Sharia business perspective. The research employs a qualitative method, utilizing field observation, interviews, and literature study for data collection. The results reveal that Jati Aji batik hasn't implemented the job order costing method, prompting the researcher to provide calculation recommendations. Pricing methods involve demand-based, cost-based, profit-based, and competition-based pricing. Determining the selling price of ecoprint products aligns with the thoughts of Muslim leaders, emphasizing fair and reasonable prices based on demand and supply.

Abstract

The East Java Provincial Social Service prioritizes the shackle-free East Java program. The program seeks to end the practice of shackling. In reality, the shackle problem is still found in East Java. The aim of the research is to examine the execution of the East Java shackles-free policy as a top priority initiative to help shackle victims regain their social function and spiritual well-being. In this work, a case study methodology uses qualitative research. Then, observation, documentation, and interviews were used to collect data. The six indicators used in this research include policy standards and aims, resources, implementing organization characteristics, relationships between organizations, implementers' attitudes, and the social, economic, and political environment. The study's findings indicate that East Java has not yet fully implemented the shackle-free program. It has been established that several districts and cities have not adopted the shackle-free program because social readiness is limiting their ability to do so. That's holding up the goal of East Java to get rid of shackles.

Abstract

There has been an intensively increase in the area of critical land in many regions including in DIY Province from 2013 - 2018. In handling the problem, there needs to be cooperation between various related stakeholders. This research was conducted to map stakeholders in order to understand factors constraining coordination as well as the collaboration. The method used in this research is deductive qualitative with data analysis techniques, namely stakeholder analysis. The data used are primary data obtained from interviews and secondary data formed of policy documents obtained from an inventory of publications of relevant agencies. The results showed that there are 7 (seven) stakeholders related to the handling of critical land in DIY Province. The most influential stakeholders (Key Players) are the Serayu Opak Progo Watershed Management Center and the Division of Rehabilitation, Nature Conservation and Forest Protection (DLHK Provinsi DIY) because they have a high level of importance and influence. Coordination in order to build collaborative work between stakeholders has not been implemented in this case due to the mismatch between resources (budgeting) and authority assigned to each Key Players stakeholder agency.
