Abstract

This study aims to determine rubber farmers' income and purchasing power for basic needs during the COVID-19 pandemic in Gunung Riut Village, Balangan Regency. This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach, which was carried out in January-March 2022.The research method used is analyzing rubber farmers' purchasing power against basic needs with the formula andthen analyzing income with the formulawith the number of respondents, as many as 65 rubber farmers in Gunung Riut Village, Balangan Regency.The results of this study prove that the total income of rubber farmers during the COVID-19 pandemic is Rp. 116.570.000 with an average income of Rp. 1.793.384. The purchasing power of rubber farmers for basic needs during the COVID-19 pandemic has not decreased too much because the income of each rubber depends on the price of rubber offered by collectors, unless the rubber factory is difficult to move due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that is what will make the income of rubber farmers decrease

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of oil palm production and the export value of palm oil (crude palm oil) on the GRDP of South Kalimantan Province in the agricultural sector. This research is a multiple linear regression analysis method using eciews9 (years 2004 – 2018). The study's results indicate that the production of palm oil and the export value of crude palm oil in South Kalimantan Province together have a positive and significant effect on the GRDP of the agricultural sector in South Kalimantan Province.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach by analyzing the Elasticity and Efforts of Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) to GRDP in Banjarmasin City. The results obtained are: 1) the calculation of the elasticity of PBB-P2 on the GRDP of the city of Banjarmasin in 2014-2020 (7 years) has an average value of 4.60, which means that for every 1% change in PBB-P2 occurs, efforts can be made to increase GRDP by 4.60% so that the Government can optimizing potential tax opportunities as a multiplier effect on GRDP; 2) the calculation of PBB-P2 tax efforts on the GRDP of Banjarmasin City in 2013-2020 from year to year tend to have a relatively constant value, which ranges from 0.09 to 0.13 and has an average value of 0.11 or classified as very low, resulting in low awareness of the people of Banjarmasin City in paying taxes, especially PBB-P2 Banjarmasin City. In addition, there are a lot of vacant lands whose owners are outside the area, so Bakeuda Banjarmasin City has difficulty collecting PBB-P2.

Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the Sasirangan MSMEs Business development strategy in Banjarmasin City by utilizing digital platforms during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in the form of responses from sources and participants through interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis method used is the SWOT analysis technique. The result of this Study indicates that the condition of the survival of the Sasirangan MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic caused a drastic decrease in sales levels. However, market growth slowly began to increase from early 2020 to 2021. Next, the use of digital platforms by Sasirangan SMEs in Banjarmasin City is still not optimal, so a re-analysis is needed to apply digital-based sales. Based on calculations through the IFAS and IFAS matrices, it shows that the Sasirangan MSMEs are in quadrant I, so an SO strategy can be applied that can take advantage of the strength of the business to get the available opportunities by adding product variations with adjustment to consumer tastes and expanding the marketing network by digital-based media.

Abstract

This research aims to see the criteria for determining village fund spending in Abung Village and how the priority of Abung Village fund spending is Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Respondents in this study were six people who influenced the determination of village funds. This study uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method. So the results obtained in this study are alternative criteria for the Village Potential RPJMDes and Village Problems influencing spending priorities. This shows the alternative criteria for selecting priority expenditure priorities for Village development, Village development empowerment 37.28%, Village development 36.80%, community development 18.92%, and Village administration 7%. It can be concluded that the most dominant in the research that has been done is Empowerment of Village Community Development worth 37,28%

Abstract

This study aims to determine the classification of government financial performance and the effect of economic growth and the number of taxpayers on the government's financial performance of the Banjar Regency Government in 2015-2020. The analytical method analyzes local government financial performance and multiple linear regression. The results showed that the classification of the financial performance of the Banjar Regency government in 2015-2020, on average, was in the medium category. In multiple linear regression analysis, it is known that economic growth and the number of taxpayers affect the financial performance of the Banjar Regency government. This shows that there needs to be an effort by the government to improve financial performance by taking policies that can improve the financial performance of local governmentslocally.

Abstract

In this research, the problem is how the index of village independence in Banjar Regency is and how is the economic competitiveness of villages in Banjar Regency. In general, this study aims to determine the index of village independence and the economic competitiveness of villages in Banjar Regency. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, while the data collection techniques were conducted by interview and documentation, and the data analysis technique used was a descriptive, interpretive.From the study results, it was found that most villages in Banjar Regency were classified as developing. Based on IKS data, which reached the Village Independence Index, which was 7.22%; based on IKE data, it got the Village Independence Index, which was 0.72%; and based on IKL data, which reached the Village Independence Index, which was 6.50%. The economic competitiveness of villages in Banjar Regency is between towns with a developing classification, which is 214 villages, and an advanced type, which is 11 villages; this competitiveness can be seen from the adequate facilities in the town.

Abstract

This study has the following objectives: (1) to find out how the impact of the use of social media, marketplace, digital wallet, and Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) on the income and profits of Sasirangan SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin during the COVID-19 pandemic and (2) to find out how education, experience, and capital affect the income and profits of Sasirangan SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin during the COVID-19 pandemic.In this research, the writer uses the quantitative method through a descriptive approach. The type of primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires and interviews. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method.The results of this study explain that economic digitization has a positive impact on increasing the income and profits of Sasirangan SMEs in the city of Banjarmasin. On the other hand, capital also affects the income and earnings of Sasirangan SMEs in Banjarmasin. All variables are statistically significant except for education and experience variables.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the rate of growth, level of contribution, level of effectiveness, and trends of motor vehicle taxes and motor vehicle name transfer fees to local taxes in the province of South Kalimantan. This research uses a descriptive quantitative analysis method; the data used is secondary data obtained from digital files available from the Regional Finance Agency and the official website of the Central Statistics Agency of South Kalimantan Province, which is accessed through the website.The results of this study are the average motor vehicle tax growth rate of 11% and the transfer fee of motor vehicle names by 6%. The contribution rate of motor vehicle tax is 24.71% on average, and the transfer of motor vehicle name transfer fee is 22.75%. The effectiveness of motorized vehicle taxes is, on average, 100%, and the transfer fee for motorized vehicles is 99.3%. Then the trend method that is good for both taxes is the quadratic trend method.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of increasing the use of information and communication technologies, in terms of cellular phones, computers, and the internet, on the provincial Gross Domestic Regional Product per capita in Indonesia. Static panel data regression using Within-Group Fixed Effect and dynamic panel data regression using System GMM is employed. The result shows that increasing the use of cellular phones, computers, dan the internet can promote provincial GDRP per capita. However, the impact caused by using ICTs is still relatively small.
