Abstract

This study aims to see and know the variables that affect earnings per share in basic and chemical companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2017. By using variable X1 (return on assets), variable X2 (net sales), variable X3 (inventory turnover), variable X4 (net profit margin), variable X5 (current ratio), variable X6 (debt to equity ratio). While the variable Y (earnings per share). The population in this study are all basic and chemical companies listed on the IDX. The sample selection technique taken was purposive sampling and obtained 57 companies with a research period in 2016-2017. Data analysis method is panel data regression analysis using software eviews 9.5. The results of the study show that simultaneously the return on assets, net sales, inventory turnover, net profit margin, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio have a significant effect on earnings per share. Partially the net sales variable, inventory turnover, current ratio and debt to equity ratio do not have a significant effect on earnings per share. While the variable return on assets, net profit margin has a significant effect on earnings per share.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of funding policy (DER), dividend policy (DPR), asset management (FATO), and company size (SIZE) on company value (PBV) in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The data used in this study was obtained from financial report data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. The sampling technique used is perposive sampling and obtained 36 companies with a research period of 4 years, thus obtaining 144 sample data. The method of data analysis in this study is panel data regression analysis using software eviews 9.0. The results showed that simultaneous funding policy (DER), dividend policy (DPR), asset management (FATO), and company size (SIZE) had a significant effect on firm value (PBV). While partially funding policy (DER) has a significant effect on the negative direction of firm value. Dividend policy (DPR) does not significantly influence the negative direction of firm value. Asset Management (FATO) does not have a significant effect on the negative direction of firm value. Firm size (SIZE) does not have a significant effect on the positive direction of firm value.

Abstract

This Development Research aims to develop learning materials based modules. The method of this research is the research and development by s. Thiagarajan, Dorothy s. Semmel, and Melvyn i. Semmel. This study uses several stages, namely (1) the stage of pendefenisian, (2) design phase, the development phase (3), (4) stages of deployment. Feasibility of learning materials based on the validation of the product undertaken by expert design (Lecturer) and one classroom teacher. The data type that is used is the type of qualitative and quantitative data. The data in the form of the results of the assessment regarding product quality and suggestions for revising the product, which further analyzed in dekskriptif. The results showed that the product Materials developed viable for use in learning. This is indicated by: (1) expert assessment of design (Lecturer) shows the score on learning with an average of 4.45 by category "very good", (2) assessment of the master class shows the score on learning with an average of 4.44 by category " very good ", (3) the results of the test show the student response score on learning with an average score of 4.56 by category" very good ".

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of the proportion of independent commissioners, leverage, company size, and free cash flow on earnings management. The population in this study are the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2014-2017. The sample selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique so that the companies that become the study sample are 14 companies out of a population of 18 companies. Data analysis used is panel data regression analysis using software eviews 9. The results of this study reveal that there is a simultaneous influence between the independent and dependent variables. Whereas for the partial effect only the proportion of board of commissioners and leverage has an effect on earnings management, while for firm size variables and free cash flow does not affect earnings management. In this study the proportion of independent board of commissioners has a negative and significant influence and leverage has a positive and significant influence on earnings management, meaning in investment decision making that can be considered or focused by looking at the number of independent commissioners in the company to oversee the performance of company managers. besides that investors must be careful with companies that have a high level of leverage ratio because it can be estimated that their management practices earnings management.

Abstract

This research was carried out in Gurabati Village, South Tidore Subdistrict, Tidore Islands City. The population made in this study were 12 employees in the Gurabati sub-district office in South Tidore District, Tidore Islands City. The samples used in the study were 12 government employees at Gurabati Urban Village office and 3 Social Service staff and 15 people from the community so that the total sample or respondents were 30 people. The dependent variable includes the distribution of BLT which has indicators: adjusting data for the poor with the applicable provisions; evenly determining the number of BLT received by the poor; the suitability of BLT received by the community according to its provisions; the distribution of BLT is right on target. In analyzing the data obtained in this study using qualitative descriptive techniques that are assisted by frequency tables, it can be stated that the pattern of government oversight in the distribution of Cash Direct Assistance in Gurabati Subdistrict, South Tidore District, Tidore Islands City is measured to be quite good.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the income of fishermen fishing in a trip that impact on economic life of fishermen fishing in the district of east banggae western sulawesi majene district.This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. Population in this study is overall fishermen fishing in the district of East Banggae western Sulawesi Majene district in 2015. Sample of 100 people using simple random sampling. Data collection tools to use documentation techniques, observation, questionnaire. Data analysis is the equation of the total cost at a given price level. The results of this study showed that Revenues catch fishermen fishing in the village baurung districts Banggae Eastern revenue was greater than the fishermen catch located in the village of Labuang districts Banggae East, and revenue capture fishermen catch influenced by the seasons and climate while at sea, the price of kerosene, gasoline prices, the price of cigarettes and the need to use when fishing.

Abstract

Profit is one of the very important information in financial statements.Fluctuating earnings tend to show the high risk of the company. Income smoothing is one of the earnings management techniques carried out by management with the aim of reducing fluctuations in profits at a certain level in accordance with what is expected by the company. Income smoothing is measured using the Eckel Index (1981). This study aims to determine the effect of variables Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, Debt to Equity Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio on income smoothing practices.

Abstract

General practice Dr. A. Esti is a health service facility located in West Jakarta. Common practice commonly known as Dr. A. Esti provides health services such as consultations, health checks and medical treatment in general. In general practice Dr. A. Esti where the author researches the system of data recording and storing is still using the manual method by using books and papers to recap patient data, patient medical record data, and visit data. This is very inefficient, because if the patient checks again the staff will find it so difficult to find medical records of patients who have previously conducted an examination. Making this system uses system development methods, namely the waterfall model method. The proven waterfall method can be used to design a system well starting from system requirements analysis, design, code generation, testing, and support. The system is also described using Unifield Modeling Language (UML). This system is web based, the programming language used is PHP, Javascript, and CSS. Design Of Web-Based Medical Record Information System is a system that regulates and manages all patient data, helps officers, doctors and owner to manage all data in General Practice Dr. A. Esti.

Abstract

In order to comply the regional autonomy, the central government expects the village government to play a role in contributing to national scale development. In this process of creating the potential development and establishment, the village government needs to increase their village’s expenditure budgets. This study aims to find out the effect of a Village’s Original Income (VOI), Village’s Funds (VF) and Village’s Balance Funds Allocation (VBFA) both simultaneously and partially on Village’s Expenditures in Bandung Regency in 2017. The data used in this study was taken from Village’s Financial Reports Bandung Regency. The analytical method of this study are descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25 software.Based on the results of the test, it is shown that VOI, VF, and VBFA simultaneously influence Village’s Expenditures with a determination coefficient of 93,4%. As well as the results of the partial test, it is shown that both VOI, VF, and VBFA have a significant positive effect on Village’s Expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of differential costs in order to receive or reject a special order on the Meubel Sabar Usaha Majene Regarding the unemployment capacity contained in the company. The type of research method used is descriptive with quantitative approach, by taking samples from two special orders in 2016, which is 20 units kuseng windows and 10 pairs of school curriculum. Meanwhile, the type of data in this study is qualitative data and quantitative data, obtained from observations and interviews with owners and employees directly involved in the production process. The data analysis technique in this research is by identifying the cost behavior, then separating the cost of semi-variable by using the least squares method, the last calculate the differential earnings by taking into account the existing criteria.Based on the result of the research and discussion, concluded that the decision of Meubel Sabar Usaha to accept the two special orders is the right decision because the company get additional profit of Rp 1.179.473,00from the decision to accept the order 20 kuseng window, and 10 pairs of school fees, although special order prices are below the normal price set by the company.
